This was the first time in a while that we stayed at a Best Western Plus having had a bad experience in Spokane. This hotel offered a good rate and with the exception of one other mor expensive chain, offered the best breakfast we have experienced in roadside hotels. This was a nice facality. We also stayed in a Best Western in Gillette, Wyo and it was older and dirty! So upon our return trip we stayed here again and appreciated the newer nice clean hotel. The view was even awesome outside our room. We diffently will stay there again.. and maybe spend more time there to check out the area.

Front desk and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, & comfortable--exactly what we wanted. The breakfast buffet and pool/hot tub/steam/sauna were wonderful bonuses. Will definitely stay here again.

when I first arrived the sink was a bit clogged. I mentioned it to the front desk less then an hour later it was fixed. great crew and nice place to stay. will stay there again.

The staff was excellent with my four-year-old! Everyone was very friendly and the room was nice. The only thing I would have them do is clean the carpet...my son spilled some juice, I cleaned it up and the towel was filthy. We will be back, hopefully with no spills.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great location. Only complaint was that my coffeemaker did not work. Not a big deal!

Everything was as it should be. Staff went out of their way to make sure additional requests were addressed. staff was very polite with walk-in customers hoping to get a room (they were completely full) advising them as to other potential hotels (the staff called other hotels to check on availability).

We found this hotel to be a great combination of family friendly and convenient for our travels. The pool was clean and had plenty of towels. The free breakfast was decent, especially for kids - make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. The room was nice and the staff friendly - nearby pizza restaurant and starbucks, as well as a 24-hr gas station […] and mini-mart made this an easy place to get in and out, good for a quick stay. we liked the fact that the motel is right off the interstate and that we didn't have to drive threw that messed up traffic in missoula and that the motel is very clean. Great breakfast also. The help is very helpful at the front desk. Best stay we've had in Missoula so far. Thank very much.

This motel was satisfactory. There was nothing to complain about but it is not the newest or the fanciest.

Cleaning person forgot to take a dirty wash rag off of the railing of the shower....so not sure the shower was even cleaned between guests.

This was the second time we stayed there and love it. The breakfast wasn't that great. Its funny because the first time it was wonderful. May be it was just an off day or new staff. The other thing was that we have two small kids and our outside window looked right into the pool. It was fun to watch until it was time for bed and we could hear people […] swimming. Also the light from the pool shinned in our room. . Otherwise we had a blast. I have stayed many times at this hotel enroute from Seattle to SW Montana. The stay is short, but I have always found it to be the place in Missoula to which I would return for a good night's rest.

Overall the quality was good. The pool was actually warm not freezing like so many motels. The breakfast was good. The price was too high compared to similar motels but we booked late so not a lot of choices.

Very nice hotel, especially if traveling with pets. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Special shout out to maintenance staff. We had a dead battery in the morning, right on it, gave us a jump and underway in less than 10 minutes. If you are traveling thru Missoula , a very good option

This 3 star hotel was not that great. Our room was a little beat up & need some maintenance done. One of the sinks barely drain. The location was good & the buffet personnel were friendly.

Wonderful service, great breakfast, super comfortable bed. They cheerfully shuttled us all around Missoula...we didn't even rent a car! I would definitely stay here again

I don't know if the cleaning staff was just in a hurry to turn the room around but the bathroom floor was not clean at all. And there was an inordinate amount of the previous guests (how do I put this politely?) adult hair left on the floor around the shower and toilet. Staying here was a pleasure, very friendly staff who went out of their way to make suggestions on activities and provide directions as needed. The breakfast is full and good, breakfast room crowded because the hotel was full, but you could take this to your room, also other guests were happy to share a table. This was a convenient location for our activities, […] with lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. Our room faced the back and was quiet, also looked out on a pretty wildflower-covered hill. The restaurant attached to this motel pprovided very poor service. Since the hotel provided a discount for breakfast that was out too. It was overpriced for the quality, comparred with other Best Western Plus sites.

Convient location to access Interstate 90. Close to restaurants of different tastes. Loved the morning breakfast served at the hotel. Pool was a little on the cold side.

I come to Missoula several times a year for University of Montana activities. I usually stay at a hotel that is very close to campus. Every time I made a reservation there the price goes up so thought I'd try something different. The Grant Creek Inn is about as far away from the campus as you can get but it's well worth the drive. I saved about $60/night […] and this hotel had more amenities. The service was great, the room is clean and comfy. There is a gas station and a Starbucks conveniently located a few steps away and all kinds of restaurants on Reserve St. Grant Creek is going to be my new "home base" in Missoula. Skaityti daugiau

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were accomodating, the pool was clean, the room was spacious and the pillowtop beds were oh-so-comfortable. The breakfast included a nice variety of healthy options: granola, yogurt, apples, bananas, as well as pancakes, fresh scrambled eggs and sausage links. A Starbucks is a walk […] across the parking lot. The hotel is right off the interstate and impossible to miss. We asked for a room facing away from the highway and didn't hear a thing. Overall, a good experience. Rooms were clean, pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice, breakfast was very good. Even though the motel is close to the highway we didn't have any problem with traffic noise. However, we were on the back side of the motel, away from the highway.

One night stay, two rooms. Picked this hotel for reasonable pet fee and good reviews. Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs, and other hot items - great variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Bathrooms were basic but clean, lots of hot water. Location was fine as we were driving and […] even though it's near a highway intersection our two rooms were quiet. Although we didn't use it, there was a very nice, large and indoor pool that looked spotless. The front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy.
