Best Western Inn - Fort Vertas

It was very nice area right off the interstate. There where a lot of places to eat real close by. It was easy to get to my retirement lunch. Did not have to fight the heavy traffic of Fort Worth coming in from the north. Very noisy, guest above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Banging headboard in another room around 2am. No hot water when we arrived, "they we working on it" and low water pressure in the shower.

I was settling in for the night ... stepping into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my pearly whites as always - closing the door behind me. And I was greeted by a piece of chewed up bubble gum on the floor behind the door. At this point I even questioned the cleanliness of the sheets ....

Very clean and nice. Front desk was very sweet. I would definitely recommend or stay here when we return. PS: There's. restaurant/bar walking distance from the hotel. Fiancé and I went and had soooo much fun.

Our stay was okay, but I was bothered by the fact that the morning hotel staff all seemed to congregate in the kitchen area outside the breakfast room. It was obvious that some of the "diners" were family members. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. Upside, we were charged even less than the advertised price.

Very clean and comfortable room with great mattresses and wonderful bed linens. Small but clean pool. Usual breakfast fare. Just a little too much room freshener upon arrival.

We stayed a full week at this hotel. We asked for some mimor extras when we made our reservation-none were provided at arrival. We were leaving on a late flight and the hotel offered us a one hour late check-out even though many flights were being cancelled due to bad area weather. I purchased the hotel stay for my brother his wife & their 2 year old daughter. First we didn't get the room we said we'd get with our confirmation. Which was 2 queen beds, instead they got a king size bed. The A/C, heat unit did not work the tempiture was in the low 40's that night. The front desk said the maintenance man had left for the day & it […] was only 4pm on a Thursday. They were on the street level floor & the bedroom window's lock was broken. We were able to push it down enough to have it not open, so we thought. We left the hotel for a few hours & when we returned the window was fully opened. The hotel would not admit they opened the window. We spoke to the front desk about our dissatisfaction with the room. The front desk made notes for their manager. On Saturday morning the toilet in the first room backed up. We called the front desk for a plunger & never received one. When we were leaving for the day on Saturday we asked to get another room. The manager okayed it & we were given a room with 2 queen beds. In that room there were two bugs in the bathroom and the A/C, heat unit did not work properly either. I'm going to contact Expedia & the hotels customer service departments. I would like some kind of refund for all the inconvenience we had with this hotel. Skaityti daugiau

dead bolt on door was gone, tv hummed, air conditioner did not cool the room, overhead light hummed when on, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer did not blow well enough to dry

Staff made every attempt to keep rooms and bathrooms impeccable. Cafe was well stocked for breakfast with a good variety of breakfast foods including fruits. We didnt like the vending machine juices, but liked everything else. Hotel isnt very fancy, but it is a good, clean place to stay with kids.

Overall, a great stay and I would return and recommend to family and friends. The only issue I had was the in-room safe was not working and i was offered a safe box at the front desk which I was not comfortable with using.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I really have enjoyed my stays here and my lil girl likes it too. The front desk staff left much to be desired --- they were not helpful. When asked if there was a Target in the area, they said they had no idea and no offers were made to help. I had a great time here at htis hoel. The location is great - it was just 5 minutes away from all the places i had to go. Upon arrival, the desk clerk ( an older gentleman) was very friendly and give us a bring update about the hotel and surrounding areas. At the check out, the clerk (a lady) was also very friendly. Gen. Manager Gus made us feel right at home on a hot summer day when the air conditioning at our hour house crapped out. First-rate treatment at a good rate. Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable. And great morning breakfast buffet made the family happy.

This was definitely the nicest Best Western I have experienced. Everything was very modern and clean. Good breakfast. Only downside was work-out room.

Check in was business like, no smiles or welcome greatings. Room was clean and about average. The hotel was cheaply built, you can hear all of your neighbors and the floor squeaked like an old house. Only 2 issues were the bathroom was dimly lighted. I thought there were lights burned out by no the entire bathroom was lighted by 1 fixture. My other […] issues was the "free" wifii which didn't work most of the time I was there. Breakfast was very basic, cereal, bagels, toast or waffles.
