Foudn the hotel staff helpful it is a shame they have to represent such a dated hotel. The rooms were clean but antiquated including the kitchen whic was accommodation for self catering. The apartments should be kept up to the same standards as the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Not a 4 star hotel! Hotel is very dated and rooms are basic, needs a good refurbish! Food is quite good, shame about the flies though!

I booked this hotel because it was rated as a 4 star. The hotel is nothing more than a communal apartment complex. Indoor trailer park at best. We arrived late only to find that there was no paper products in the room and there was a missing shower curtain. The sheets were changed, but the overall room had not been swept or mopped. I went down to the […] front desk and was told that there is no night service for the maids. They would be in at 8 am. The next day I tried to make a phone call, the outside lines did not work. We went down to breakfast. Although the food was hot, we did not trust the resteraunt. Food from the night before was still on the floor. The plates needed to be recleaned before you could even use them. There was still food left on some of the silverware. We checked out early, at 12 pm. This was advertised at as a four Star hotel, but when we arrived the door was open, the bed was dirty with stains and had hair on it, the curtains were ripped, the plaster board near the door was falling away and had a massive hole in the wall. We booked an self contained apartment but we had no fridge.

I booked this hotel because of the price, very cheap and I was very surprised of good location ( near to tha sea front and Malaga airport ) I would recommend to any one.

I was expecting alot more from the hotel which apperently was a 4 star! I was left hugely dissapointed with the service recieved and hotel. Day one on our arrival, we were given our room, we had a very unpleasent night sleep due to the weather and discovered a day later the air con was not working to which they were aware of! why was this room given […] out?? Secondly we were put in a room opposite to the bar which they forgot to advise us the bar was open until 5am (GMT +1). Again, we were moved the following day, then we were in a room which for starters did not have a balcony, what i paid for!! secondly, the sockets were away from the wall, thirdly there was mould on the walls, forthly air con was not working, weather was 40+. Room next to us was a stock room for the cleaners, so 7am (GMT +1) they were ready to work, pushin trollies, dropping materials, radio on loud! no consideration what so ever it is appalling this hotel is considered to be a 4 star, they dont even supply towels, we had to request them from the reception which took a day to arrive. This hotel is not welcoming and the manner i was spoke to was unacceptable, i didnt not appricatie being called a 'Bore' because i was not happy with the room, After all, i was under the impression I was paying his wages!! This hotel experience put a downer on my holiday and i did not enjoy it as i should of. I will not be returning and will continue to name and shame this cheap 1 star hotel Skaityti daugiau

Para mi lo mejor ha sido le relación calidad-precio,aunque la ubicación del hotel no era la más idónea, con el servicio de autobus gratuito era cómodo hacer alguna escapada,la habitación bien orientada y con vistas,y la comida bien en general así como los espectáculos.

Opholdet var OK men man skal ikke forvente en luxus hotel. Alt er OK sammenlignet med prisen. Der er gratis bus til centrum og stranden hver 30 min.

Helhetsintrycket var en upplevelse av östeuropa 1990. Måttligt trevlig personal med vissa undantag, illa underhållet. Rummet var bra men illa städat. Det var inte mycket som fungerade för oss. Een medewerksters van de receptie, een vrouw met bril was zeer onaardig, volgens mij heeft ze de pest aan de klanten of is ze overspannen, de rest van het personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Servicevänlig personal. Bra med gratisbussen som tog oss till och från stranden. Lite "dött" i närområdet, var tvungna att ta en taxi till centrum för att få lite liv och rörelse.

Otin hotellista "All inclusive"-palvelun, joka sisälsikin sitten aamupalan, lounaan ja päivällisen ruokajuomineen sekä juomat hotellin baarista. Huone oli vaatimaton ja televisio oli analoginen. Langattoman netin sai 5€/vrk ja se oli nopea. Lähijunalle oli matkaa 1 km. Junalla pääsee lentokentältä siis kilometrin päähän kyseistä hotellista. Pysäkkinä […] on La Colina. Empecemos por lo malo: el hotel no está en primera línea de playa, ni las cuatro estrellas son actuales, le faltan ascensores cuando está muy lleno, y deberían plantearse poner el wifi gratuito. Y lo positivo: tuve un problema (mío) en la habitación y me la cambiaron por otra mejor amabilísimamente. El tren de cercanías Málaga-Marbella está a 15 minutos […] a pie y con frecuencia cada 20 minutos, la playa a 20 minutos de paseo, y también hay opción del autobús propio del hotel que te acerca. La comida está bien, los camareros atentos, las piscinas limpias. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas, siempre que tenga un precio asequible, como el que yo conseguí por medio de hoteles.com ;-) Skaityti daugiau

Overraskende rent rom, gratis tv med også engelske kanaler. Litt lytt. Stort og til dels upersonlig hotell, men med hjelsomt personale. Flest pensjonister. Absolutt helt greit!

Vi hyrde ett dubbelrum med kokvrå och stort badrum i en vecka och var mycket nöjda med hotellets skick och trevliga personal samt fina pool och tennisbanor. Ganska nära till havet, ca 1,5 km promenad.

Hotell Roc Lago Roja har fin beliggenhet både for spasertur langs strandpromenaden - opp til parken, opp i fjellet og til nærliggende tettsteder. I tillegg god underholdning , hyggelig personale og stort rom.

Wie dieses Hotel zu 4 Sternen gekommen ist, wird mir schleierhaft bleiben. Das Appartement war aber trotzdem sein Geld wert. Ich war also recht zufrieden und bin auch nochmals gekommen.

Bra hotell med nära till kommunikation. Bra med p-platser vid hotellet. Man kunde ta trevliga promenader i området. Lätt att hitta hit. Frukosten var fantastisk och var ej lika varje morgon. Trevlig personal och mycket hjälpsam. Snabb incheckning och personalen var hjälpsam vid bokning av arrangemang. Hinta-laatu-suhde ok. Hotellin henkilökunta muutenystävällistä, mutta Antonio niminen tarjjoilija erittäin epäystävällinen koko ajan. Pilasi ffiiliksen eli en mene enää uudelleen kyseiseen hotelliin.

Det startet med en sur grinebiter i resepsjonen da vi kom,for så å få en "leilighet" som rett & slett var det jævligste vi har sett! Vi har reist MYE & ligget på 2 stjerners for en natt som har vært 50 ganger så flotte & hyggelige som dette. Dette så ut som et rottereir! Fullstendig nedslitt, rustent kjøleskap,dører som hang,dyr i senga som var smale,harde […] & så møkkete ut. Utenfor terrassen lå det kilovis med fuglemøkk, sigarettsneiper, hår & annet gugg! ÆSJ så kvalmt! Vi klagde både til Hotels.com & hotellet & fikk da et nytt rom i hotellet. (Slapp heldigvis å "teste" de sengene.) Det var betrektelig bedre,men fremd.harde senger, nedslitt & uten verken kjøleskap eller vannkoker. Men det er kansje forståelig siden det hovedsakelig skulle være i leilighetene. (ikke vannkoker der da) Med dette er et all innklusiv hotell vis man ønsker det, så vis man ønsker å ha bråkete engelskmenn hylende i gangene & rommene natt etter natt & drikker med begge hender for å få i seg nok av hva de har betalt for så er dette det rette stedet! Vi kommer ALDRI til å bruke dette hotellet igjen eller anbefale det til noen. Selv om mange av de ansatte var meget hyggelige var det desverre de grinete man husker best,samt bråket! Inte alls så tokigt. Visst, det är inget 4 stjärnigt hotell enligt våra standarder men inte heller något obeboeligt ruckel. Vi bodde där en helg på en weekend-resa och allt fungerade jättebra. Vi fick ett rum på fjärde våningen och allt var rent och fint. Städades varje dag och nya handdukar m.m. Fanns väl någon liten vattenskada på ett ställe i taket […] i hallen men det spelar väl ingen roll. Det ligger ju lite avsides, men hotellet har gratisbussar som tog en in till närliggande Torremolinos (stavning??) på 10 minuter eller om man ville åka vidare så kom man ner till stranden. Sedan gick den tillbaka till hotellet. En gång i halvtimmen tror jag. Väl inne i Torremolinos kunde man enkelt ta en annan buss (Nr 110) in till Malaga för endast 1,4Euro. Samma buss (110) ut från Malaga stannade sedan även till utanför hotellet igen. Lyssna inte på vad alla Engelsmän gnäller om. Dom tror allt ska vara som hemma. Sen kanske det även är så att Spanjorer inte är helt glada åt Engelsmän.. vad vet jag. Vi hade inga problem med personalen på hotellet iaf. Dom var alla väldigt trevliga och ordnade med Taxi åt oss och svarade vänligt på alla frågor vi hade. Skaityti daugiau

De primeras, parece un buen hotel , amplio, bastante completo y la ubicacion un poco alejado pero con coche estas a 5 minutos de todos lados, el problema está en la limpieza, estubimos en un apartamento que estaba lleno de polvo, el suelo sucio, ni si quiera cuando vinieron a hacernos las camas nos las dejaron bien hecha. Es un hotel de hace unos años, confortable y que está bien mantenido. Brinda todas las comodifdades y los servicios correctamente. Es de mucha capacidad por lo que se junta mucha gente en los comedores a las horas del desayuno y cena. Ambas son self service, sencillas, correctas y abundantes. El personal muy bien predispuesto y cordial.

En generalme ha gustado. No está en la playa pero tiene un autobús gratuito muy frecuente y no tienes necesidad de llevar tu coche. El parking del hotel tambien está muy bien a un buen precio. Muy amable su personal y una gran habitación, amplia y confortable.

El apartamento se entrega con la nevera descongelada y charco en el suelo, por lo demas, satisfacccion general al ser un apartamento y no una habitacion como habia sido reservada, recibimos mas de lo esperado. Gracias
