Location could not be better, right on Darling Harbour, clean comfortable large room.

We were attending a show at the Entertainment Centre. Hotel was close to venue, plenty of options for eating and sight seeing. We were comfortable and well looked after.

Very average. Air con hardly worked, and it was so hot and humid at the time ! We arrived later than 11pm thanks to the airport shuttle, so the concierge desk had closed. We couldn't get in to the hotel, but rang and a night concierge had to come from the other side of the city to let us in (even though we had been in contact with the desk and they […] knew we would be late). I will not use serviced apartments again, the rooms are spacious but the hotel does not provide room service and it does not have any facilities ie, pool, spa, restaurant, bar etc. The weather was very wet and we had no facilities to keep us occupied.

A basic, fit-for-purpose hotel with no frills. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from Darling Harbour although no views to speak of. Downtown Sydney was about 15-20 minutes walk away. Chinatown 5 mins walk away. If you're not planning to spend any significant time in your hotel room i.e. for sleeping only, then this serves the purpose. Ours […] was supposed to be a twin room, but had a queen bed instead. So one of us slept on the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. Sheets were good. There was nothing that was offputting but equally, nothing you would praise. Would suit anyone, including families, who were looking for a basic/clean hotel which was value for money. Had a couple of days is Sydney with girlfriends. Hotel was close to everything we needed within walking distance. We had a one bedroom apartment that was a great size for 3 adults. Would stay here again.

This appartment hotel is ideally situated in China Town, adjacent to Darling Harbour and close to the metro ,network. there are a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in easy walking distance. We booked this accomodation to have a pleasant New Years Eve to see the spectacular Sydney Fireworks. Every floor in the Hotel was filthy - including lift & Room floors.... One bedroom apartment very good when travelling with a toddler who has a nap in the daytime. Had an after-hours check-in which started out very badly when we were given the wrong room and upon opening the door were greeted by a confused guest. However all else went smoothly. Good location for Darling Harbour and city site-seeing.

The hotel was well located the room was a good size and nice and clean although we were very close to China Town and facing onto the street the room was quiet. The staff were very helpful and were more than happy to assist us with any queries and by looking after our cases on the day of our departure whilst we explored Sydney.

Rooms are very spacious which is great would be better if there was a pool gym and maybe some quilt covers but was very great to have complimentary movies on demand. Most staff were warm welcoming. I also didn't realize it is very. Lose to china town, was good in the day but very loud at nighT.

Room was very clean. Good spacious layout. Shame there was no access to wireless Internet. Some late night noise from the street below which intruded on my sleep. Great value compared against rival hotels.

Sam and the other staff were excellent. Very hard to find, need much better signage. Nearly cancelled booking and went to other easier to find hotel. Get bigger sign!!!!!

Staff on duty could not have been more friendly or helpful. They remembered a phone call querie as we checked in! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and within an easy walk of Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.

Very helpful staff, room was large and comfortable. The only real complaint was the "office" chair - but then again I've yet to find a hotel that provides a decent chair, even those (like this one) have a good desk with easy internet connection and plenty of power points.

Great location if you are interested in going to Darling Harbor or China Town. Car parking available at $40 per night. Very good security into the hotel and car park. Great facilities - crockery, cutlery, microwave etc and good mini bar contents - although we didn't use them because the shops were so close. We were in Sydney to go to an AFL match at Olympic Stadium...which we traveled to via a ferry from Darling Harbor and a connecting bus. This hotel is superbly located with great access to Chinatown and Darling harbour. Based on a laneway it is also very quiet. The only problem is finding it. That part of Dixon street looks like a pedestrian walk and one could easily confused that cars are not permitted to drive into the lane. It is a one way lane as well and access is only through Goulburn […] Street.The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was large enough for me and my two children. The location is very convenient and there are many chinese restuarants downstairs. However, the room is tiny and the bed is not comfortable. I could choose another better hotel with the same buget.

The only sugestions I would make would be a) add more seating to sitting room. b) add a TV set to the bedroom. c) add chairs or luggage stools to bedroom. d) make the entrance to the hotel more visable with better signage.

The hotel location is good. It's so near to Darling Harbour and all amenities in Chinatown. Convenient and easy to seek out Chinese and Thai food. Hotel is big and comfortable.

Stayed there for new years eve. Was a hot day. Got to our room n no power took more then an hour for someone to come and look at it. Finally got it working with no air con. Room are all run down and really aren't worth the money. Not maintained at all. Worst stay ever. Won't be returning.

Great location and close to China Town, easy access to sights of Sydney. Only disappointment was a extra cost incurred for a child's bedding even though the cost for the child was included in the original booking.

my son and two of hes children stayed in this motel and he used my credit card for deposit they told him when he checked out that the deposit would go straight into my credit card but it has taken three to five days for it to go back in i have never stayed in a motel that has done this and i have stayed in a few over my time i am on a pension and this […] has left me short of money over the long weekend and i am not happy about this i would not recommend this place to anybody Skaityti daugiau

If you are travelling with kids dont bother. The hotel was very loud at night time and it was very hard to get to sleep especially with the kids. I found the hotel rooms clean, reasonably comfortable, with good functional bathroom and in a good position, a few steps from Darling Harbour and just 3 blocks to the city centre. The outlook from many of the rooms are not the best. Mine faced a brick wall of another building so there wasn't a great deal of natural light. Lighting within the room was […] very poor. However, I was incensed that the following inclusions that were listed as being in the room on my booking form were just there. Balcony, separate dining area, desk, washer/dryer, coffee/tea maker were non existent. The kitchen was just a small bench with sink and microwave, no hotplates, only a very old portable hotplate which was coroded around the element rings. It's within walking distance to Sydney convention center and located right on Chinatown and shopping. Most convenient location. It was a bit noisy on weekend nights.

The location of the hotel was brilliant for easy access to the Sydney Convention Centre. My room was comfortable and well maintained in a discreet manner. The Reception staff were very kind, thorough and accommodating, especially in holding my luggage for a few hours after checkout time so I didn't have to track it around the Convention Centre. when i arrived the room wasnt vacummed, they set up a portacot for us and the sheet they used to line it had hairs on it, the cark park is 3 levels underground with a single car ramp. when i visited there sewerage system burst so the car park was full of that mess and there was no compo for that andyou pay each night to park your car.

This is not a conventional hotel...it's an apt hotel. No really lobby or services.Limited personnel...not on duty early in AM or PM. Staff was nice, but couldn't help much. On duty just regular business hours. The room, although dark, was huge and comfortable but on a very noisy street. There was a nice TV, DVD, CD players...but not useful to most travellers. Nice room, roomy, balcony. Has microwave and kitchen utensils but not stove. The room is nice but the street is dirty and noisy. However very close for transportation(walking distance) No business center, internet in room did not work and was not fixed until next afternoon.
