Nice hotel, quiet area however location isn't ideal for the centro of Cuernavaca. Also, the hotel restaurant was good but rather expensive.

I really liked this hotel and for the price, it felt like a tropical escape. It was so quiet, but located very close to shops and just a quick bus ride to el centro! I highly recommend it.

Good enough to sleep after a work day at Nissan. The front desk staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Cons: Bathroom windows are connected with the next room.... thats annoying.

The hotel and the sevice was very good. I also found the location perfect. The only down side was the cafe was very disorganized and the style was very out dated. Overall, a great hotel.

The swimming pool was really dirty with not clear water. The hotel is very noisy. The bathroom is very old with serious problems; if you do not want to call the plumber daily avoid this hotel

I'm sorry to say I was unable to get a good night sleep, because the bed was way too hard,and there is a bar in the hotel that stayed open late, and the noise lavel way too high.No I would not recommend it to anybody... thanks

The room was clean, equipped with flat screen TV and AC wall unit. The bed was comfortable. I found no issues with the room or the service.

Very comfy rooms with nice design. Room service quality of food is awesome with awesome price that you would never imagine this is the price for what you eat. Nice and warm swimming pool with kind people at the front desk. I would certainly recommend this place to stay for a nice and relaxed time. This hotel is LOVELY!! The rooms were wonderful, the staff was very polite, the food delish. The only problem we had was that upon checking out (literally in the cab) they claimed we stole a bathrobe. We had to get out of the cab and explain there was no robe when we first checked in. After offering them the oppourtunity to inspect our bags and again […] telling them there was no robe we had to write out a lengthy comment card. really simple hotle, great extensions, no elevator, no enough parking lot, they don't even care if you have a parking spot, the pools were tiny, food wasn't good

The Barcelo is a very good hotel but it is 4 or 5 miles from the center of the town. The rooms were large and comfortable. It has a nice pool and pleasant gardens. It's restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast for about 120 pesos. There is a Sanborns nearby as an alternative option. I don't think the restaurant was adequate for other meals, it was more […] suited to deliver room service selections. It was otherwise not a good value for the money. The neighborhood the hotel is in is quiet and safe, but offers no other attractions and the hotel is far from the center of Cuernavaca. Habitación en la parte nueva del hotel, cuartos nuevos y muy limpios, camas cómodas y bien decoradas, baño muy amplio. Alberca, restaurante y parte vieja del hotel podrían ser mejores pero no están mal.

El personal se esmera por atenderte y son muy corteses. La cama paráis gusto esta muy dura al igual que la almohada. Fuera de esto mi estadía cumplió con mis planes

El hotel en general muy bien, pero fuera del Sanborns y el Vips, el área y la lejanía al centro... Demasiado ruido dentro y fuera del hotel en las mañanas. El servicio y el personal. Muy bien, gracias

Los colchones de la habitación en la que nos quedamos estaban sumamente duros e incomodos, y no descansamos en lo absoluto.Sugerimos que los cambien por unos de mejor calidad.
