Hotel clean but basic. Staff were very friendly and Hotel is close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay and would def stay again as it is so convenient

the room was up lots of stairs, no lift.! the quilt on the double bed was for a single. the reception guy was very nice and helpful.

very close to the central area, max 5 to 10 minutes walking to all anyone need to see in Dublin Don't expect too much from the hotel itself , but rooms are clean and bigg enough for the price range,

For just needing a place to stay between a train journey and the airport, it was just right and cheap. There was no hot water in the sink, but otherwise the room was fine.

We were well received! It is a simple hotel, but very well located, 5 minutes walking to the city center, and 10 minutes walk to Temple Bar Everything was very clean.

they seemed to take ages to check me in. there were 2 staff. then i was told i didnt have a key and wud be let in by a master key. i didnt want that and although it was late evening i had to wait for them to look for a key!

checked into this hotel on 29th feb for a concert in the 02 ... the pics on hotels.com made the "hotel" out to be perfectly fine looked rather nice actually.. how Wrong was this website.. the building was seriously run down, carpet on stairs was falling apart.. stains on the walls.. the rooms itself werent much better . half the bathroom floor was boarded […] up with wood. shower was full of hairs. as i said nothing like the pics on this site... i had to check out after the concert and drive home wouldnt stay here.. wouldnt reccomend this accomodation at all Skaityti daugiau

Had an o.k. room, with a hole in the wall, but working bathroom and waterboiler w. tea and nescafe. Also a TV w. lousy signal, but I don't travel to watch tv anyway. My travelling companion was not so lucky - his room had a hole in the roof (top floor), no heating, and a non working bath. After complaining at the reception they promised to make the […] heating and bath work. They didn't. The next day they apologised and gave him the key to another room with working bath and heating. There was no heat in the roomand despote telling the manager this 3 times notning was done. To top it off the shower didnt work. They also refuse to give mé a discount despite these major flaws. My place was a crappy place! Dont ever stay there

Cheaper for a christmas night out than a taxi home. Far from plush, but the room was clean none the less.

I stayed in a single ensuite room for one night. The room was warm, quiet and very clean. Theres no wifi in the room but i used my surfstick. For the price I paid the room was pretty good value. The hotel is very central and a bus stop almost directly across the road brings you to the airport (no 41). The north city tram line and national bus station […] is just a short walk down the road. Great budget hotel for a short stay in Dublin. The staff were nice and friendly. Each time you leave the hotel you need to leave your room key with reception. Not a problem for me but not everyone likes to do this. The hotel room was fine for a 3 night stay. The walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear people moving around. when we entered the hotel i thought the room was going to be horrible, d room was dated, but beds were very fresh and clean, also comfortable, its a cheap hotel and located right in the centre of town so easy access for everything made our stay so much easier. only thing is continental breakfast e5,you would be better going somewhere else to eat in […] the mornings. i would stay there again. The hotel has recently had some renovations made to some areas, I stayed in one of the renovated rooms. There were huge cracks in the wooden floor boards, some of the crack in the walls had been filled-in with material which had been placed in there just to fill the hole...it showed the efforts by the tradesmen! No WIFI unless you were downstairs, […] there were LOTS of stairs, not good if you are carrying lots of heavy bags! It was a hassle coming & going as you had to be "buzzed" back into the hotel. its meant to be a youth hostel with some private rooms. They haven't renovated for a long time so be prepared for cracks, peeling wallspapers etc. Comfortable enough if you dont plan to stay in all the time.

my place is essentially a hostel rather than a hotel and as such it was an ok place to stay in dublin as it was well situated for the centre of town and all the ameneties.the room was spotless as was the shower room but the bathroom doors were ill fitting and the window was in a very precarious state.the room was accessed by a very narrow staircase […] and there were no fire precautions visible.the staff were very nice and the breakfast was fine but we had paid more than was advertized at the door for two people and i think this was exhorbitant. we had expected a nice hotel ,reasonably modern ,as shown by the picture and were aware that it was a really busy weekend in dublin and so were willing to pay a bit over the usual but really. we left feeling we had been had. The hotel itself is located near the bus terminal and is quite convenient to get to via the airlink from the airport (bus 747), but requires some improvements. The hotel room was warm, despite the cold outside, but lacked regular maintenance. Browns is advertised as a hotel but it is more of a hostel. It was fine and served the purpose for our overnight stay. Room was clean but few things could do with updating. Big advantage is the location which is ideal!! Close to the bus station and O'Connell street. Staff were friendly enough.

Bra läge på hotellet, nära till både centrum och bussar. Bra förbindelser med Dublin airport och lätt att ta sig runt. Rummet var väl sisådär. Dåligt städat, dammigt på golvet, sprickor i golvet och mystiska fläckar här och var. Toalettdörren gick inte att stänga och toaletten spolade dåligt. Duschen var helt ok och sängen var bra. Hotellet ligger på nordsiden av elven. Ca 10 min gange fra Tempel Bar. Hotellet er kombinert hostel. Hyggelig betjening, rent, men trenger en opppussing. merklig sparedusj, men man blir ren etter 10 min...Hyggelig pub med live musikk på hjørnet av kvartalet ca 100 m fra hotellet. Den er et stort pluss. 5 min gange fra bussen om du ønsker å ta den fra/til […] flyplassen. Egner seg for de som ikke tenker på luksus, men vi ha et sted å sove. Bra beliggenhet, kort gåavstand til sentrum av Dublin. Noe slitt hotel, og rengjøringen på badet var ikke helt perfekt. Men hyggelige ansatte som var behjelpelig med alt det måtte være. Veldig kjekt med gratis internett. Helt greit hotel etter britisk standard.

Helt greit hotell for en enkel og billig overnatting. Meget hyggelig betjening. Sentralt beliggende i bed & breakfast strøk.

Boa localização, perto de um super shopping moderníssimo e sofisticado com mais de 60 restaurantes e perto da estação do metro. Staff cortês e amigável. Recomendo.

samen met mijn vriend heb ik 6 nachten in dit hotel geslapen. we hadden een hele mooie grote kamer waar niets aan tekort kwam. een waterkoker voor thee en koffie aanwezig en elke dag schone handdoeken. het fijnste van het hotel was dat je met drie minuten lopen in hartje centrum bent. bij de grote pin in de stad. in tien minutjes ben je de rivier over […] bij tempelbar en nog meer grote winkelstraten. het personeel was erg vriendelijk en bij de receptie helpen ze je graag met het zoeken naar bepaalde plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden in de stad. Ook wijzen ze je naar het station en vertellen ze je waar je moet zijn. kort om een aanrader! wij hebben voor erg weinig geld heel erg fijn overnacht in my place hotel in dublin. Skaityti daugiau

Me and my friend visited My Place for 3 nights. The room was properly and clean. A clean bathroom with clean towels every day. The shower was tiny, so that could be a problem for larger or taller people. We had no breakfast included, so I can't tell you about that. There is a 24h reception were you leave you keys when you go out. Our room was on the […] ground floor near the reception and next to the stairs, so at night there was some noise. The location was super! Only a 5 minute walk to O'Connell street and Henry Street for shopping and a 10 minute walk to the Temple Bar district. The price-quality ratio is absolute good. Vi havde bestilt 2 dobbeltværelser med bad og morgenmad. Det fik vi også. Standarden svarede fint til prisen. Rene håndklæder hver dag.Sparsom morgenmad, men ok . Perfekt beliggenhed.

This hotel is the worst hotel EVER. They had bed-bugs in the rooms. My friend who has one of the rooms and left Sunday has e-mailed them Monday to tell them, but they don't move me from the same room( I got room 302 first, but it was with broken windows and nearly no hot water, so when my friend left I got her room nr. 303) before I found out Wednesday […] morning that the bed-bugs has bitten me between 70 and 100 bites. Bites can take up to 48 hours to shown up. They could have save me from 2 more night in the infected room but they do NOTHING at all. And the manager Ann not even answered e-mail from me or from hotels.com. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL. THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY COMPLETED. Skaityti daugiau

På dette hotellet er det mye surr! På bestillinga stod det dobbeltrom med to enkelsenger, men det vi derimot ble tilbydt var en sovesal med 20 senger... helt tragisk. elendig behandling av resepsjonisten som bare ville ha oss bort! ikke benytt denne møkka rønna!

Et billig hotell med høy standard for prisen. Enkelt innredet, men rent og pent. Utrolig hyggelig betjening. Frokost på bestilling som også var helt standard og ganske billig. Vi var overrasket over hvor høy standard det var på rommet. Lite eller nesten ingen støy fra gata da rommet vårt hadde vindu ut mot bakgården. Veldig god seng. Les cloisons entre les chambres ne sont pas bien épaisses, l'immeuble est vétuste (bac de douche très abimé, peinture effritée), mauvaise isolation.

L'hôtel est très bien placé (nous avons tout fait à pied). La premiere nuit, on nous a donné une grande chambre, mais placée juste à côté de la réception, et au niveau de la rue, donc bruyant (bcp de circulation dans la rue, et gens s'asseyant la nuit sur les marches pour discuter). Nous avons demandé le lendemain à changer, et nous avons obtenu une […] chambre bcp plus petite mais au 2e étage donc moins bruyante. Les chambres sont modestes, mais propres.
