We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas week. The hotel was pretty basic, but clean, friendly and well-located to the metro station and some cafes. Our room was tiny by US hotel standards, although we heard that this is not unusual in Paris. It was a pretty good value too, although the rates are higher that week than in the following week.

Good location, walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions/areas in Paris (20 minutes walks), but you might also want to use one of the metro stations close by, as you're bound to do a lot of walking when exploring Paris. "Helios Opera - not meant for families"
Would have loved this hotel before we had children, but although they offer infant beds there is almost no space to put the crib as the rooms are TINY. Also the staff, while well-meaning, had no idea what "do not disturb" means, even though they provide a sign to hang on your door, they ignore it. Even when we asked specifically at the front desk for […] them not to knock, but just leave the breakfast outside the room, the message did not get through. Very frustrating for parents of young babies who have just gotten their children to sleep. Also the the crib did not come with any bedding and the staff seemed completely unaware of how to assemble it. Otherwise, the staff were often helpful (especially Marta) and were happy to answer questions about the area. Overall standard level. Small room with small bed. but if you only stay 1 or 2 night then should be fine. The WIFI internet is so smooth. BTW, the location is very convenient and the staff is very nice.

"Okay for one-night stay, but wouldn't stay again"
The hotel was difficult to find, and not as close to everything as I first thought when booking. However, it was okay for only spending one night. The rooms are extremely tiny - even for Paris. The Internet in the room did not work; the one in the lobby was extremely slow. "Difficult to find"
You need GPS to find this place. Even locals and taxi drivers had difficulty helping us. They either hadn't hear of it or gave us wrong directions. Leave a lot of time to find and do it in day light.

The hotel was clean and near shopping and restaurants. It was however, very hard to find. We had a group of 6 locals walk several blocks with us in search of this hotel. They asked several people and taxi drivers and still were not able to help us. GPS would be beneficial.

"Perfekt beliggenhet for shopping og severdigheter"
Vi var kjempefornøyde med oppholdet vårt på Hotel Hélios Opéra. Hotellet var i moderne stil og har gratis trådløst internett (funket ikke helt siste dagen men etter restart av router gikk det bra). Rommene var små, men evig store nok for vårt behov og ble fint rengjort og ryddet hver dag. Pluss for vannkoker og mulighet for kaffe på sengen. Stille og […] rolig, hadde vinduet åpent på natten og det gikk helt fint. Mange fine butikker rett rundt hjørnet, og Galleri Lafayette noen kvartaler borte. Det var mulig å gå til de fleste severdigheter men ettersom det var tidlig vår og litt kaldt brukte vi metroen mye, flere holdeplasser i nærheten av hotellet. Mange caféer og brasserier rett rundt hjørnet også som vi spiste frokost på, synes det er koselig å gå ut. 一番よかったことは、ホテルのスタッフの対応がとてもよく、クリーナーの女性もレセプションの方も、皆親切だったことです。またホテルの近隣環境ですが、ラファイエットのすぐ裏にあたり、２つの最寄駅からそれぞれ徒歩５分、夜１１時頃でもまばらに人が歩いており、女性一人で歩いても危険は全く感じませんでした。 部屋は本当にシンプルですが、清潔感はパーフェクトでした。特に部屋に入るとパフュームの匂いが軽くして良いサービスだと思いました。 私は１人で旅行していたため、ダブルベッドに寝たので広々としていましたが、２人だったら狭めかもしれません。お湯の流れは他のフランスのホテル同様スムーズとはいえませんでしたが、お湯の出は全く問題なし、エレベーターもありますので荷物の運びも大丈夫です。

部屋は確かに狭いです。が、バスタブもあり掃除もしっかり行きとどいていて快適でした。スタッフもみなフレンドリーで質問にちゃんと答えてくれます。ギャラリーラファイエットにとても近く、オペラの空港バス5分くらい＆ムーランルージュは10分くらいとちょうど中間の位置で便利です。お勧めします。

ツインルームを合計5泊利用しましたが、総合的に費用以上の満足度でした。フロントの方も愛想良く、英語も話せますので楽でした。歴史風格のあるホテルに泊まるという場合を除けば、次回もこちらを利用すると思います。

4泊滞在しました。口コミ通り立地条件も良くスタッフの皆さんも明るくフレンドリーな方ばかりでした。部屋は決して大きいとは言えませんが適度な広さがあり、防音がされてるためか近隣や上下階の音も聞こえず、ぐっすり眠れました。 ただ朝食は値段から見ると少し割高な感じがしました。（クロワッサンはおいしかったです）

とにかく、ロケーションがいいです。地下鉄のオペラ駅からは少し歩きますが苦にならない程度ですし、最寄り駅からは5分。REFの赤いA線のABER駅からもすぐです。ホテルの近くにはベーカリーやカフェが3件くらいありますし、小さなスーパーもあります。朝8時半くらいから営業していてカウンターがあってコーヒーの自動販売機も置いてあるので、そこでサンドイッチなどを買ってカウンターに座って朝食もできちゃいます。デパートも5分くらいですし、お天気がよければ、マドレーヌ寺院やコンコルド広場までもぶらぶら歩くのも楽しいです。 ホテルの人も親切で、ムーランルージュの予約をとってくれたり、空港までの手配も親切にしてくれました。紹介してくれた、モンマルトルのレストランは最悪でしたが・・・。クリスマスだったのでしかたがな […] いかなあ。という感じです。 Skaityti daugiau

部屋は、広くはありませんが、とても清潔で、隣、上下階の部屋の音も全然聞こえなく静かで、快適に過ごせました。ただ、中庭側の部屋だったのですが、早朝から荷物の搬入の音が、大きくて目が覚めました。 どこに行くのも便利で、全体的には、とてもまんぞくできるホテルでした。

とにかく、立地が良いです。ラファイエットもプランタンも徒歩2～5分圏内。コンビニも近くにあります。(ただし日本と違って、20時くらいには閉店していたような・・・。) 地下鉄も2駅3分圏内です。おかげで、モンマルトル方面とルーブル方面への地下鉄移動がとてもスムーズでした。時間に余裕があればどちらも歩いて行けます。 初日はバンドーム広場を通ってルーブルまで行きました。(寄り道しなかったらルーブルまで20分位です。2km弱だと思います。) 価格に対してのコストパフォーマンスは抜群だと思います。(朝食はあまりお勧めできませんが・・・。)また、パリ市内へ行くことがあったら間違いなくリピートします。 それから、フロントの方は英語okでした。部屋のドライヤーが壊れていましたがその旨翻訳アプリで伝えたら […] 、ストックを貸し出してくれました。 高級ホテルではありません。が、とても快適なホテルでした。 Skaityti daugiau

Et hotel der ligger i et roligt kvarter, tæt på metro og operaen... Der er små barer og spisesteder indenfor gå afstand... Åbent hele døgnet, så man kan nyde Paris om aftenen/natten.. Og så et personale der taler engelsk, på et (efter fransk standart) højt niveau... Jeg kan ca. 5 - 10 ord fransk, så virkelig skønt med en god service og franskmænd man […] kan tale med... "Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"
Das Hotel Helios liegt relativ zentral in Paris und zeichnet sich m.E. vorallem durch die ruhige Lage und des sauberen Zimmers sowie Bades aus. Das Platzangebot war ausreichend und für unseren Bedarf absolut in Ordnung (geschätzte 12qm). Man beachte Pariser Verhältnisse! Was mich eher störte war die Hellhörigkeit. Wie gut das man nicht auf dem Ballermann […] ist, sodass die meisten Gäste rücksicht nehmen. Trotzdem bekommt man mit wenn der "obermieter" z.B. morgens anfängt zu duschen. Denke aber das dass ein allgemeines Problem der Hotels ist. Ein kleiner Flatscreen war auch vorhanden der allerdings weder englische noch deutsche Programme enthielt. Aber wer geht schon in die "Stadt der verliebten" um Fernseh zu schauen? Zur Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt (ca. 3-5min zu Fuß) von der Metro Station M12 entfernt. Die Gengend erschien uns sicher sodass man auch spät abends noch zurück kommen kann (Rezeption hat nach meiner Erinnerung 24h geöffnet). Einziges Manko: Um (bei Ankunft u. Abreiße) vom TGV die Linie M12 zu erreichen muss man erst 2x umsteigen, ist machbar sollte man aber wissen. Kleiner Tipp: Um bei der Anreiße nicht ewig die Hotel-Straße suchen zu müssen benutzen Sie google Map --> Routenplaner "zu Fuß" --> Dann Streetview und sie können den Weg vorab schon einmal durchgehen ... Fazit: Wir (junges Paar) waren zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würden es wieder buchen. Unsere wichtigsten Kriterien wie Sauberkeit, ein bequemes Bett, ein gutes Bad sowie freundliches Personal hat das Hotel erfüllt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte und wir erlebten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in einer wunderschönen Stadt! Skaityti daugiau

ラファイエットからまっすぐ数分。駅にとっても近いホテルでした。従業員の人もとってもよい人ばかりで、お勧めホテルです。お部屋は小さいですが、掃除も丁寧にされていますし、こじんまりとしていて私は好きです。フランスは英語OKとなっているホテルでも、？と思うことが多いのですが、このフロントの方とは、全然問題なく英語でお話できました。フランス語が分からないのでとっても助かりました。今度パリに行く時もまた利用したいと思います。

Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Es liegt in unmittelbarer nähe von 3 verschiedenen U-Bahn Stationen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Konnten problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen ohne nur den geringsten Lärm zu hören. Wie alle Zimmer in Paris war auch dieses Zimmer jedoch ziemlich klein.

Der har været meget venlig og imødekommende service på hotellet, de har bl.a. hjulpet med at bestille bord på restaurant. Et stort plus. Selve kvarteret var IKKE hyggeligt at gå ud i om aftenen, Meget var lukket og ingen hyggelige spisesteder. Du skal derfor planlægge at tage andre steder hen at spise. Stedet er dog rigtig godt placeret ift. at kunne […] gå til mange steder hen. Det er en hyggelig gåtur op til Montematre, og Glalerie Lafayttes ligger 2 minutter derfra. Det tager ca. 10 min at gå til place Madeleine, hvor bl.a. Fauchon ligger og concorde placen der ligger lidt længere fremme.
