Hotel is memorable in its architecture - all steel, glass and loft-high rooms. Good breakfast. Very slow Internet access, for extra charge. Close to Metro station. A grocery store and mall is in the same building complex.

The hotel lobby was very clean and inviting, and the front desk staff was very helpful! We arrived late at night and upon arriving in our room, it was VERY spacious and beautiful! When we called to set up our wake-up call, the front desk offered to call us a taxi and have something ready for breakfast for us. The staff really did their best to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! Our only complaint was more in the design of the roads to get to the hotel. I was attending a conference at the Lingotto confernce centre and it's quite a walk. No bath tubs in rooms, only shower. No tea kettle but they bring you hot water if you ask. You also have to ask for ironing board. Breakfast is great. and very delicious!!

I regard free wifi as the standard all hotels should aspire to in this day and age. An excellent hotel but no hotel gets more than an overall three from me if they charge for wifi. It's a bit like banks used to be with ATMs. You goot have em if you're in this business. Free wifi should be standard.

Overall I thought this was a great hotel, I think it's more of a UK 4 star but still a high 4. The building is amazing, we ate in the restraunt, staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel itself was wonderful but it was located a bit too far from the city center (a one hour walk). On Saturday, there was a free bus shuttle, but reception did not tell us anything about it at check-in. Room was big and very comfortable. Bathroom was wonderful. If you had business in the area it was perfect.

Great "modern" contrast after spending enjoyable days in traditional spots in the Lake District. Shopping and the foodie paradise "Eataly" nearby. Fun to shop in former Fiat factory setting. This is a nice friendly modern hotel convenient for the Lingotto convention and exhibition centre. Outside the centre (which does contain a large mall with several restaurants etc) the area does not have much going for it (other than Eataly very close by). The bus service to the city is OK. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, wies jedoch Abnützungserscheinungen am Mobiliar auf. Trotz der Buchung für zwei Personen wurde nur ein Bademantel mit dazugehörigen Slippers bereitgestellt. Dies stellt jedoch für uns kein Problem dar, da genügend Badetücher bereitgestellt wurden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Bergkette von Turin […] war toll, zumal die Bergspitzen durch den Schnee bei klarem Wetter eindrucksvoll wirkten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war angemessen für ein 5*-Hotel in Italien, aber nicht vergleichbar mit einem Hotel der gleichen Kategorie in Asien. Obwohl im der Internetbeschrieb auf der Webseite die Passage "Gästeparkplätze stehen gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung" erwähnte, musste keine Gebühr bezahlt werden und das Auto konnte sprichwörtlich vor der Eingangstüre des Hotels abgestellt werden. 5-Gehminuten entfernt findet sich die Metrostation, mit welcher man rasch und bequem ins Zentrum gelangt. Man hat des Weiteren direkten Zugang in die Shopping Mall "Galleria Lingotto / 8 Gallery" und man muss nur die Strasse überqueren, wenn man ins "Eataly" gehen möchte, um sich dort rasch zu verköstigen. Fazit: Alles in allem war der Preis angemessen für ein sauberes, geräumiges 5*-Hotel. Persönlich werde ich das nächste Mal wieder in das rund 300m entfernte 5*Hotel "AC Hotel Torino by Marriott" gehen, da dieses vergleichbar ist von Ausstattung und Lage, aber trotzdem etwas billiger... Possibilité de demander les clefs pour accéder à l'ancienne piste d'essai de Fiat sur les toits (ça vaut le détour!). Personnel agréable et compétent. Situé entre 2 arrêts de métro (centre ville pas très long à atteindre du coup). Le must: Eat'aly […] (magasin avec des produits locaux et excellent) juste en face. Bella struttura all'interno del Lingotto. Camera spaziosa (solamente l'accesso all'armadio era difficoltoso) e pulita. Ampio e ben arredato il bagno. Ottimo il buffet. Gli unici nei sono: la hall (per chi è interessato alle hall) non è certamente attraente, il collegamento WiFi è a pagamento (un albergo a 5 stelle lo dovrebbe fornire gratuitamente), […] la zona circostante è bruttina ed è anche un po' sporca (ma questo non è colpa dell'albergo) sebbene ben fornita di servizi (a soli 50m di distanza c'è un centro commerciale con cinema multisala). Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel per un w.e. nel mese di novembre. Si tratta sicuramente di una struttura di livello, soprattutto dal punto di vista architettonico. Hall suggestiva, con un bel connubio tra acciaio, vetro e legno; bellissima sala polivalente per colazione, bar e ristorante. Parcheggio gratuito, utile servizio navetta, comodo per visitare […] il centro. Le camere sono spazione, luminose, in stile new tech. Purtoppo ci sono delle note dolenti, che da un hotel a 5 stelle non ci saremmo aspettati, tra le quali la presenza della moquette in camera, che ci ha dato problemi di allergia alla polvere e il letto con le molle, davvero molto scomodo! La tv non aveva i canali sintonizzati correttamente e aveva un fastidioso ronzio!!! In bagno, un solo accappatoio e un solo paio di ciabatte per due persone. La colazione, disponibile solo fino alle 10.00, personale non all'altezza e poco cortese, caffè orrendo, assenza di pane tostato e aranciata fresca.
