TV remote control never worked; poor channel selection. First offered us a room that was not made up yet. In a crummy neighborhood.

Was in town for a meeting, one mile from the hotel. Room was good, clean, quiet. Equipped with all that was needed including fridge and microwave. Speedy wireless access. Next to another chain hotel, restaurants, fast foods, and gas station. Good deal.

My sons and stayed at this hotel on a Friday and Saturday while attending our family reunion that was held at San Lorenzo National Park which was a mile or so away. So it was very convenient for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave. In the morning the hotel provided a very nice continental breakfast […] in which we utilized and found it very tasty and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. Convenient stop off highway for an overnight on the way to another destination, nice to have a limited breakfast before heading out

The walls are very thin. I thought people were just outside my room talking late at night 11:30pm and then early in the morning 6am. When I looked they were 4 doors down sitting out there smoking and chatting. It kept me awake in the evening and woke me up in the morning. The breakfast was ok, but no butter for the waffels and only the real cheap version […] of frosted flakes and fruitloops for cereal. The kind that leaves a horrible after taste. I have stayed here on 2 occasions. Both times the room looked good and was clean. Additionally, each time I got very little sleep. The beds are like sleeping on a carpeted floor. Horribly uncomfortable and had a backache for 2 days. If the bed was better I would recommend this motel. Otherwise, look for a different motel.

Room was clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast could have a bit more, but the food that was there was good. Its a nice place to stay for a night or two.

I liked not having carpet on the floors. The sheets, comforter, and throw on the bed were all stained. Once we got all of those replaced, we slept better. The bed was comfortable. The towels are all very thin and getting threadbare.

We made reservations for 4 people. When we arrived there were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. When we went to the office and requested additional towels we were informed that they only had 1 more wash cloth. Very disappointing. In addition, they towels were so threadbare that at my house they would have been designated as dust rags. Fridge, […] microwave and coffee machine were stacked on top of each other - on the floor of the bathroom. While I've stayed in worse, this place was pretty disgusting. We skipped out before the sun came up so I can't comment on the complimentary breakfast. Our room had a door adjoining it to the next room which had clearly been pried at with a crowbar or screwdriver or something... a little disconcerting. It worked for a place to rest while on the road. […] I would maybe stay there again (strictly for the convenient location and low price) but not with my toddler this time (felt like I needed to lysol everything before letting her play). We found ourselves in need of a room in King City, a town without a lot of options. But we were pleasantly surprised to find the Courtesy Inn. A very clean and comfortable room, that featured hardwood floors. A very large bathroom enhanced our experience. We will definately stay there again.

I think that this is a very good hotel, for the money nice rooms, cable is not great but good enough, internet was fine. The only bad thing I can think of was that the refrigerator was very small.

Great hotel. Great price. Great rooms. Everything you need is walking distance: US Bank, 3 Fast food restaurants, 1 walk-in restaurant, 2 gas stations with mini-marts. Excellent service. Free WiFi Definitely recommend staying here.

An easy place to find ,quiet area and plenty of room to park your car. Several fast-food restaurants in the neigbourhood. Clean.

I will find another motel to go to. that was not a hotel. the only thing that i did like is that when i informed them that the phone had no cord, they came to my door at 5:00am to wake me up in, i was grateful for that. The bathroom was not what i expected. the towels were like rags.if i were having guests i would not put something like that out.
