My main gripe it's that the bed was uncomfortable to me. If you don't mind an extremely firm mattress you would probably be fine here.

My only complaint is that I left 2items of clothing in my room and I called to see if they would send them to me. I said the cost could be put on my charge card. They told me the manager would call me the next day but no one has called. That is disappointing.

We came for our grand daughter's birthday party at the YMCA. The room we had was very clean and the lobby and room smell clean. The only thing I have negative about this hotel is it's breakfast should have waffle's and some eggs on it also. But other than that it is a very nice and clean place to stay. Check in and out was a breeze and the room was very good. Could not hear the other customers so I got a great nights sleep. Would definitely reccomend to others

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The only thing to be concerned about as far as this hotel goes is that there is a bar on site which allows people not guests of the hotel to enter the premises. Upon arriving the staff was friendly, our room was exceptionally clean. Believe me I am one that check things out. Our stay was comfortable and would recommend this hotel to anyone and the price is great.

It was a last minute booking and just needed a room for one night. Was pleased with room especially for price. Much better than 3 star hotels have stayed at. Was quiet and had nice little breakfast area with fridge and microwave. Bed could have been a little softer but will definitely stay there again.

This would have been all 5s except I think there was a recent plumbing problem in this room and it smelled like raw sewage. Not terrible, but enough to notice. I'm sure they would have changed my room, but it was already late and I was already unpacked and leaving in am so I stuck it out. Bed was kind of hard and hallways and lobby had an almost overpowering clean smell, which is good to know it's clean, but a little to strong.

This was a very short stay on our way to some where else. We literally stopped just to sleep and left within 10 hours of check in but everything was acceptable. Not much staff on duty late at night. When we asked for extra towels for the room we had to go get them from the front desk but that was understandable. The room was nice but you couldn't adjust […] the air conditioner so that the fan didn't blow. The compressor would stop but the only way to make the noisy fan stop was to turn it completely off - then it got hot. But once I got to sleep I didn't notice that. Traveling to see daughter graduate at Ft. Gordon..Was very close to base and close to interstate to get anywhere needed.. Staff as very pleasant and accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner..:) Nice large Continental Breakfast. Didn't utilize restaurant on premises nor the pool. For the value it was a great overnight stay. Nearby resturants, close to interstate. We stayed in a non smoking room and there was no smell of smoke,some hotels that claim to have non smoking rooms. Check in was fast and friendly.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and well maintained. The neighborhood is your typical off the highway hotel/gas station/restaurant area. For the price, it was exceptional. The room was clean, no old smoke smell, carpets new, a full fridge, parking good, and the Mexican restaurant inside the hotel had good food. This is not a resort hotel, but I was there for business, and it served the purpose. I would definately recommend this hotel.

this was such an honor to stay in a place that looks so good, comfortable and smelled good as well. for the price, this place IS BETTER THAN 5 * STAR HOTELS1 I WAS IMPRESSED. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE! THE NON-SMOKING FLOOR WAS TRULY NON- SMOKING! I COULD NOT SMELL ANY CIGARRETE SMOKE IN THE HALLWAYS OR OPEN SPACE.

When I checked into the hotel, staff was nice & clean. On the way to my room on the 2nd floor, the door was wide open, toilet seat up, & fridge & freezer wide open. Staff at front desk said because the housekeepers just cleaned the room. Little sketchy because the last few times I went there, my room wasn't like that. Definitely would stay again. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and excellent free breakfast. Great value and place to stay. They also have a Mexican restaurant in the property that is convenient. Can ask for better!!!
