I travel with my family with a child. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. There are a few shopping plazas near the hotel. One needs to cross a few 5-car-lane streets to find the shopping areas. You will find Italian, Japaneses and many types of Latin food. The hotel airport free shuttle only serve on each hour. Keep updating and calling […] the hotel for 5 times after landing in Miami, we waited at the pick up of the airport for one hour. The hotel room is very small for 2 full beds. No breakfast for us. It starts on 6am. But, we have to leave the hotel on 6am the next morning, because the shuttle only leaves on each hour. Advice: plan to eat breakfast at the airport. I was travelling with my 4 year old son and needed a clean safe place to overnight before our connecting flight out of Miami International Airport. Booked a standard room with 2 double beds. Room was clean, everything worked, water pressure in the shower was very good, beds were quite comfortable. Hotel is in the business area so not much to see BUT […] you are within walking distance of a variety of eating places. Breakfast was good and plentiful - Waffles, hot eggs and chopped ham, together with a nice selection of bakery goods (breads, biscuits, donuts)and dry cereals and yogurts. Plus milks, juices, and 24 hour coffee and tea. Make sure you get to the breakfast area by 9 am! Free wife, 2 computers in the lobby with a wifi printer and staff that were all very helpful. The hotel was next to very busy highway as well as the airport. Guests where hanging out chatting next to the elevator most of the night. There is a picture in the bathroom with mold on the inside of the glass. When I mentioned this to the front desk, the response was "oh, sorry", no other comment. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. There was a moving roach on the nightstand and when the hotel staff was notified, I was completely brushed off. In addition the complimentary "breakfast" was a total sham. I could have gotten fruit anywhere.

Hotel looked nothing like the pictures they posted , it was noisy ,service was slow, it's in a hard to find location , the breakfast was the worst i have ever had ... would not recommend it to any one i know , nor would i choose to stay there again

The rooms were dirty, beds sheets were stained. Bathroom was dirty and in need of paint and needed an update. A/C unit looked like it was never cleaned and smelled. Never again the only good I have to say is the young woman at checkin was helpful. March 1 2013

The room as a whole was OK, but the bathroom had some shoddy repairs done and there was and endless in-flow of local restaurant flyers that were being forced throught the door jamb seam.

Having a 12 hour overnight layover in miami, we decided to get a cheap hotel to get some sleep. It was already pretty late so after reading here that the shuttle was not the most reliable we got a cab ride. At least the driver knew where the hotel was, but it was 30 $.. it was already 10 $ and we were still in the airport. Horribly expensive cabs in […] miami apparently. The front desk clerk was quite welcoming and helpful. Arrived in the room after some really sketchy corridors, the smell was atrocious. It was as in someone smoked in the room and then room service covered it up with the cheapest perfume you can think of. Also, it was 50 degres F in Miami that night, and in the room the AC was full-on. It took an hour to heat up the room. Just arriving from Costa Rica, this was quite unsettling. And at the end of the corridor, there was the loudest ice machine i've ever heard. I mean, do people really need ice more than sleep in one of those places. Leave ice downstairs, and retire that horribly noisy machine. I slept with earplugs and a pillow on my head. The next morning, we had to catch their first shuttle at 6 am. It was on time, and very useful. So, an OK hotel for a layover. But at 150 $ + 30 $ cab ride, quite an expensive one. Maybe i would sleep in the airport next time. I give it a disappointing 2. It was much further from the airport than advertised. The shuttle to the hotel only comes when somebody telephones. This was not clear from the hotel information. We tried calling but got no reply. I timed that a jumbo jet flies only 500 feet above the hotel every 1.5 minutes. If you are a light sleeper like myself, this could be a problem. The surrounding area isnt that great either. You are literally in front of the highway and there's a correctional facility down the road.

Probably OK if you're just looking for a night before your flight. It is hard to find, in an alley behind industrial buildings. It looks OK from the outside, but the rooms could stand update and the housekeeper should be aware of the need for towels sufficient for two. We took advantage of the free shuttle to get to the airport. From there we went to Miami Beach via public transportation. Popsitive experience overall.

when i pulled into the hotel they were doing maintenance on the building outstide so i thought i was about to walk into a dirty motel...when i entered the lobby they were nicely decorated, and smelt good...the staff was friendly and efficient...when we went to the door to let us in the hallway to our room, it had a card reader, when we tried to scan […] the key it didnt light up so we walked back to the front desk and tried again but still did not work...we went to the desk a 3rd time and the man came and opened it right up with out the key...security wise, that didnt make me too happy...when we finally got into out room it was clean and up to date...a nice flat screen tv and clean sheets...i was expecting the rough, scratchy blankets like in the cheap motels....there was a leak under the sink that caused the carpet to be a little damp but i didnt complain to the desk since i was only there for one night....the only other thing i can think of is the breakfast was only from 6-9am and i didnt wake up till 9:30 so it would be nice if they kept it out a little longer...over all it was a nice place and i would go back again Skaityti daugiau

The rrom we reserved was just for NYE, close to where we were going to be going. The airpot was close by and we did have Airplane noise but it was ok. The room could have been cleaner, the staff was very helpful and considerate. We would stay here again .

The hotel needs to be renovated on the outside. The rooms are small, but if your planning on going out the whole day it will be a OK hotel for you. The bathroom is also small and the air conditioning are old The staff are friendly and helpful. The phone didn't work during our whole stay. The only problem i had besides the small room and bathroom was […] the kitchen personnel. The lady who needs to prepare the breakfast has a bad attitude. It looks like she doesn't like her job. She doesn't refill the food, if you ask for something she doesn't even give you an answer and just send you away with her hands. Even if their is still one hour left of breakfast time. But the the rest of the staff are great. The lady from the kitchen didn't treat me bad because i didn't ask her anything, but i saw here attitude towards several other guest, and strange enough nobody argue with her, but just left the dinning area angry.. After reading some of the reviews prior to my stay I was skeptical about using the hotel. However, it was suitable for our purposes. The shuttle was great for getting my family and I with our load of luggage to and from the airport in a timely basis. I needed a room due to cancelled flights out of MIA, and it fulfilled that purpose. It was better than sleeping on the floor of the airport, but that is about the best I can say. I was looking for a reasonable hotel for one evening between arriving in Miami and my flight home the next morning. I booked online, based on my required criteria: free wifi in my room, close to the airport, and an airport shuttle service. The experience started off ok, I was picked up fairly promptly at the airport, and the check-in was easy as everything […] was already paid via Expedia. I reiterated my need for in-room wifi access, and was assured it was available in every room. It wasn't. From there: I was moved 3 times and was never able to connect despite all of the troubleshooting I could do on my end. I decided to give up getting anything done and did not bother them or move again. We both suggested resetting the router may help, but they made no attempt to do so during my stay. Breakfast was ok... warm items were used and not replenished (though it was not yet halfway through posted breakfast hours), and the juice dispensers were dispensing some odd watery substance that bore little resemblance to juice of any kind and was undrinkable. The staff did nothing to remedy the situation. I reserved my ride back to MIA in the hotel shuttle upon check-in and confirmed I was on the list again in the morning. I arrived in the lobby an hour early, informed the front desk that I was there waiting in the lobby as instructed, and yet the shuttle nearly left without me - while I was being assured it had not left. It was OK. Nothing special. A little pricey to take a cab anywhere. They did have a shuttle from airport that was prompt. Staying there served it's purpose. There was a cool Cuban bar-store-restaurant a couple of blocks away that even had a live band outside. Thanks for the stay

The housekeeping was inconsistent from day to day but I didn't actually run out of anything. The hotel's laundry service was unavailable when I needed it. The shuttle service to Miami airport was very convenient and frequent. I'd stay here again.

First of all, book in advance and rent the car there with Quest. Very good,fast and hassle free.Hotel rooms not that great,but is good for a one or two nights.
