It was overall nice. The bed itself was comfortable. I am not a fan of the European style pillows. My head kept rolling off them.

Motel is convenient to IH-30, which makes it ideal for travelers in-transit. It was not that convenient for us since we were visiting relatives in Hot Springs, which was another 17 miles away. Room was in need of repair. desk staff was pleasant. Could not open curtains because the McDonalds drive thru was directly outside. Suggest a fence.

It was a ok hotel for a one night stay it needs maintenance and the man at the desk wasnt very helpful at all!! And if u want breakfast don't count on it here. Was a good location and there's a awesome little Mexican restuarant a couple miles from the hotel.

The only issue I really had was that I had booked a non-smoking room and my room was on the third floor and when I got off the elevator the smell of smoke about knocked me out. The odor was so strong I felt it was going to saturate everything I had with me. When I went in my room and closed the door I couldn't smell it anymore, but literally had to […] hold my breath any time I went in or out of the room. needs some maintenance, shower curtin falling down, need two big pillows on beds, other than that it was affordable and clean

The beds were clean and comfortable. The ice box did not work and the shower did not work. For the price it was OK, it was very clean and the room was cleaned daily.

This was a great place to stay. The value I got for my money was well worth it. There were fast food restuarants and even a Walmart within walking distance. I will most definately stay there againn when visiting Hot Springs.

Stayed for one night and will not be back. Will not recommend to anyone. Definetly not worth what I paid. MANY small items needed maintenance, i.e. bathroom fixtures loose, tile loose, door lock would not lock door, front desk personnel did not know computer system and tried to charge me after I paid online..

Visited Malvern, Ark for a wedding. Hotel was close to the venue. Stayed two days. Hotel bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room was very clean with all the standard amentities. The shower was good and hot. All appliances, and AC worked well. Staff was efficient. There were several very convenient establishments close by like Walmart, gas stations , […] and fast food places for a quick bite. Hotel also provided a decent breakfast. Would stay again. The hotel was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bathroom was clean also. The hotel had laundry facilities for guests, so that was nice, we were on our third nite of a motorcycle trip.

Convenient to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and quiet, the beds comfortable, shower was wonderful, great breakfast with usual cold items plus hot breakfast sandwich makings. Now the drawback. We requested a roll away bed for our teen age boy. There was an extra charge for it during check in, but that was refunded after I reported that when […] the boy sat down on it his bottom went all the way to the floor. It was complete trash, worn out, no others available so we went to the nearby Walmart and bought a sleeping bag for him to put on the floor to sleep on. Teen aged boys are not comfortable sharing a bed with an old lady (me). I doubt if he'd rate the place as high as I'm going to. Skaityti daugiau

We really needed reservations in Hot Springs to attend the funeral of a family member. However, due to racing season, and on such short notice, nothing was available in the Hot Springs location. We were happy to find this hotel despite the fact that it was about 25 miles from where we needed to be. The price and overall comfort and cleanliness were […] acceptable and about average. Hotel was able to give me a great room at very short notice. Staff was very helpful, hotel was very clean, and the location was very convenient to interstate and many dinner options. When traveling through the area again I will definitely stay here again.

I usually stay at a Marriott and there wasn't one in this town. We had to ask for another comfortor because one of them was so dirty. We had to ask for another ironing board because the one in the room wouldn't open. There were many things that seemed to go wrong. We first got there, and after requesting a non-smoking room, we were placed in a smoking room. We asked to be moved, and they did but the hall way on the third floor had a strong smell of smoke, while the other two floors did not. When we went to check out I was charged $10 more a night than I was told […] when I made the reservation.T I asked the clerk about it, she didn't know what to do, so she made a copy of my reservation and the priced it was supposed to be and told me that she would show it to the manager and he would get back with me about it, so far no call has been made. The condition of the hotel seemed to be run down to me. The pool had a green tint to it, tear in the carpet as you come off the elevator, etc.. Convenient location and pretty area. I felt the staff was very helpful & courteous. Complimentary continental breakfast helped start the day right. One area where I felt they fell short was regarding the cleanliness/orderliness of the room. We had to decline the first room offered due to multiple issues. We noticed that the second room we were given […] had badly stained chairs, stained comforters with burn holes clearly evident as well as stained carpets. Lampshades (above the lights by both beds) had some sort of dried brown stains running down the inside & outside of each of them. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, but this was a little disappointing. A/C was fair at best & had trouble keeping the room cool; hallways were very warm. We always stay in Comfort Inns, this one isn't the nicest. But still it's far better than most other hotels in the area. If possible, stay at the Comfort Inn at Arkadelphia instead. The Malvern hotel isn't as conscientious about housekeeping and maintenance as the Arkadelphia Inn. The Malvern pool was green (granted it was May and cold...but still) […] and had cracked ceramic tiles in the elevator. Not sure how thoroughly cleaned the rooms were either. Some water damage in bathroom ceiling where bathroom in room above must have leaked down. Overall, a good location, nice, newer hotel. The county this hotel is located in dry, so no bars or liqour stores nearby...
