Great service, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was quite tasty. They only drawback is that the rooms are somewhat small, and so are the bathrooms. Staff and owner were very nice. Must also add, that besides the free WiFi (which works great!), calls to the US (cell phone and land lines) are free! Small and friendly hotel. Clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good; dining room a bit too small when all guests arrive at once (hotel reception area/foyer). The free land line telephone calls and WiFi was a great bonus. I greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! We had read previous recommendations from peers and were especially attracted by the tranquille location as well as the yummy breakfast. I booked a room here for 3 people after reading all the reviews based about how friendly the staff was and I was NOT disappointed! I can't rate this hotel highly enough. It was clean, modern and very efficiently run by very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel offered room service for breakfast. There is even FREE WiFi, air conditioning in every room and a decent sized elevator (by Paris […] standards) to all three floors. The hotel is compact and in a business district but it manages to convey a certain Parisian charm and I felt like I was living in a cute little Paris apartment for a few days. The nearest subway station is Esplanade de la Defense on Metro Line 1 which takes you to all the major tourist sites in a matter of 15-20 mins. The area felt very safe and is well lit. It was lovely to meet and chat with the night concierge, Olivier, who was so helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. If you're after just a clean, comfortable place to sleep with breakfast included, this hotel will meet and exceed your expectations - all without the exorbitant central Paris price tag. Very new stylish hotel which is clean and spacious and friendly. Receptionists speak several languages (but not Japanese regrettably), and they are kind. It is located just in front of Gare Lille Europe. The breakfast isn't the best though facilities can cover it up.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the service and kindness of the staff of this quaint hotel. Everyone is just willing to answer questions, show directions and they all speak good English! Our room was ready when we arrived and they allowed us to use it though its only 930 am when we reached the hotel. The room is just as it was in the […] picture on the website. Breakfast is good though the variety can be improved especially if the hotel guests will stay longer than 3 days. Overall, i like the neighborhood, quiet and safe. There is a nearby metro station and the walkways leading to the hotel are wider than the roads.. safe for walking during the day and night. We definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of old Paris but accessible. The surrounding area is quiet hence, we had restful evenings even as our room is on the 2nd level of the hotel. The room was very small but well furnished. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel's location is about a 15 minutes walk from the station La Defense, from where it takes about 10 minutes by train to the Louvre. Highly recommended.

It will not fit you in! Dedicated wifi router in each room so free internet is great! Metro zone 3 location 'la defense' 10+ mins walk to metro, might seem longer […] when you're walking back after a long tiring day... (we got lost for 5 mins at night trying to find our way back) make sure you know your direction for your way back. This was a clean, well maintained hotel in the Puteaux area of Paris. Be prepared to walk 10 minutes to the metro but once there you are on the yellow line straight into central paris. The breakfast was free and plentiful and the rooms were clean and airy, with air conditioning.

Although the hotel was away from the tourist attractions, they were easily accessible by the metro line which was a close ten minute walk. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They were very friendly, resourceful, spoke fluent english, and just pleasant to get to know. The staff was simply exceptional and made my first trip to Paris just perfect. There is a great authentic french diner right next door to the hotel and a nearby local supermarket where I bought […] water and snacks. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast and wifi were free, including free long distance---very unique compared to other hotels. The metro is 10/15 minute walk, which is challenging with luggage because you have to go up and down several steps, but is fine after that. The hotel was in good decorative condition. Our room was spotlessly clean but was the smallest we have been in, although it contained all the expected facilities. The room was only 2 metres wide, therefore the double bed was narrower than normal size and was pushed up to the wall. The shower room was also tiny.
