My trip was for business. The property was clean, had a nice breakfast and various amenities such as: pool, fitness center and business center. They also got me a fridge upon my request. Staff was pleasant and helpful. -T.

Lovely facility. Very personable staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice large room for 4 adults. Only minor complaint would be the lumpy comforters which looked funny on the beds. Many restaurants in the area. Handel's is a must for ice cream!

Loved the hotel, home like feeling, just not to thrilled with the DOORS to the rooms, they slam automatically and they were a lil annoying. But enjoyed my stay

The room and hotel were very nice. The residents immediately around us were up very late, constantly letting the doors slam shut. The next AM all rooms were delivered newspapers at the door, except ours. We also didn't receive our bill, so I had to ask for a copy upon check out. Other than that, no complaints.

The front desk was wonderful. Helpful and kind. The breakfast was terrible! The eggs were ice cold and the sausage was disgusting.

this hotel was fantastic! it was clean and comfortable. my party used the pool and fitness room. the breakfast was phenomenal. i was visiting a local attraction and the hotel staff was very knoweldgable about it and the restaurants around the hotel.

Fabulous. friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the duvets. Only negative: had to exit I-76 and drive a few miles alongside it to reach it. But in my experience, Hamptons are worth driving a few miles for!

Best hotel in town. You will love the helpful staff, breakfast, business center, close by shopping/ restaurants/grocery. This hotel has a nice lobby, complete with fireplace and tv. Nice place to visit with friends. Lots of parking, it seems very secure.

Went to Christmas in the Woods. This location was easy to get to from buffalo, and easy to get to the show. There were good restaurants right near by- the helpful staff made great suggestions. Enjoyed the pool- would have liked a hot tub but I guess you can't have everything! Plus the rates were reasonable.

Everything was very nice except the bathtub area. There was mold on the caulking at the front of the tub and on the first shelf up from the tub. Yes, we will stay again but we will check the condition of the bathroom before we take the room.

The room was very nice except for the air conditioning unit. My husband and I slept in the bed next to the air conditioning unit. It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner blower that turned off and on all night. Also, the cold air blew right on top of us. We were either too hot or too cold. Wasn't terribly impressed with guest services upon arrival or checkout (they weren't unfriendly with me, but certainly didn't go out of their way to seem welcoming), but that didn't matter at all once I opened the door to the suite. Our overall stay was quite good. The biggest issue was at check-in. We arrived at 1440, and were told we could not check in until 1500, because the rooms were not ready. We left, and returned an hour later. Again, our room was not ready. We were told that they had a very busy weekend. The issue was, we arrived on a Monday, and a day late due to car […] problems. I guess we would have had to stay in the lobby, since apparently all the rooms were not ready to be occupied. Also, our room card was cancelled on the second night of our stay. A few of us were in town for a local benefit golf tournament. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Very friendly at front desk. Great hot breakfast in the morning - included !!!!

The staff was very considerate and let us check in a little earlier than 3pm as we were attending a wedding at 3pm and had no where to shower and change out of our travel clothes and into wedding attiire. I DONT KNOW HOW OLD THIS FACILITY IS,BUT IT LOOKED TO BE JUST A YEAR OR TWO OLD. CLEAN AND CRISP. A LOT OFCHAIN HOTELS SEEM TO BE BUILT RIGHT NEXT TO AN EXPRESSWAY OR BUSY ROAD.THIS ONE IS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM A BUSY ROAD,SO THERE IS NO NOISY SIDE OF THE BUILDING,YET ITS STILL VERY CONVENIENT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. It was not that close to highway but it is very clean and staff very nice. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable.

I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. My room was execeptionally clean and comfortable. (The bed is comfortable but could be softer, though.)
