Nice hotel with a good pool. Access to the city and other areas was best by taxi if you do not have own transport. I would use it again.

Hotel amenities could be improved... Extra charges for PARKING our vehicle in the complex .... after a $300.00+ for a nights accommodation is a very unfortunate surcharge you don't expect.

We enjoyed our stay the room was very clean and very comfortable. Would Definately stay there again the only negatives are ..... no free wifi, I think that should be in every hotel now! Most hotels have that!!! Also.. Free Buffett breakfast! The breakfast was very nice but when travelling a lot we like to go to hotels with breakfast included!!

The hotel is not what we expected from the pictures we saw when we booked. In fact the room that we booked was called a 'Deluxe studio accessible' that should have been called a 'standard room with a disability style bathroom' because that is exactly what is was. We were not aware we were booked for this and unfortunately the hotel was not very obliging […] when we were not happy with the room or the description that was falsely advertised. The cost of $15 per night to park i feel is ridiculous. We were also told that if we didn't book breakfast it would be $26.00 but to have it booked on our reservation it would only be $20.... Expensive hotel, small room, extra $27,95 per day for internet and $15 for parking. Front desk and operator cannot be reached. Very small room, tv mounting awkward. Much better places available nearby!

My overall experience was okay at best with this hotel. On hotels.com I did a search for free breakfast only places and this hotel came up and we booked. I asked at the hotel restaurant when we went to breakfast the first morning if it was for sure included because I wanted to make sure it was part of our package. She told us it was and we just needed […] to let them know if they put it on our bill to make sure they took it off. Sure enough, we were charged 50/day for both of us and when I let the guy know at the front what the woman had said, he asked who she was. He then continued to call her in and ask her in front of me about the situation. She agreed to what she had told me and left. He said I'm sorry I can do nothing. I told her not to do that anymore. So we ended up having to pay 100$ extra for something we would have not purchased at the hotel if not misrepresented. We asked and were given incorrect information but still had to pay. The food was not good and very expensive. We definitely would have eaten somewhere else had we known they were charging us.There were a couple of other things that had happened, but this was the worst and unfortunately we will not stay there again. Young large family and the River Suites were wonderful and up-to-date. Great for young children as it is nice and secure. The rooms were fab, lovely and clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The pool area was secure, safe and really spotless. Would definately recommend and use again.

the hotel was ok, but it has the same name as the one in freemantle,a bit embarassing when w turned up, they have a lot of parties so dont bother going to bed before 2 in the morning,washing machines in bathrooms , it lacked that hotel feel,,,,,

No Towels or bath mat in the shower area - had to get my clothes back on to go tell reception.ggrrrrrr. No tea or coffee making facilities !!!! (must be the only hotel in the world.............) Overall this Hotel met our expectations. The only problem we encountered was a bathroom flourescent light continually flashing on/off. There was a second light which we chose to use rather than the inconvenience of repairs during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, food excellent, parking secure. As we went to a wedding at the Esplanade River Suites we could not have been in a better position. The staff were helpful etc. As above the bed was one of the best I have been into in a hotel and the pillow situation was excellent as could get the ones you liked

Despite all the bad reviews for this hotel we decided to stay in a two bedroom suite for 3 nights. The reception were very friendly and efficient and gladly pointed us to free parking spots as an alternative to their extra charge parking. Parts of the hotel smell a bit like English pubs with the old chip smell, but I thinks thats the carpets. Our apartment […] was lovely, really spacious, good bathrooms etc. The furniture is a bit dated, but the room was clean and well designed. On our last day we had the hotel's buffet breakfast and it was delish and the restaurant staff were really lovely. This hotel was very nice. However it is quite far from downtown Perth and the nearest subway is quite a walk. The view from the hotel is spectacular and there are many walking paths along the lake to enjoy the view. There are lots of parties here and the night noise can be a little loud.

This apartment hotel is a little off the beaten path, which to me was a nice thing. A little hard to find at night as you approach it through several residential neighborhoods. It helps to have a GPS app on your cell phone! The hotel fronts the picturesque river front, but Hwy 2 runs between the hotel and the water, so access to the river is not available […] at this particular location. Road noise is an issue when you're coming and going, but my room overlooked the highway and river and was perfectly quiet. There is a restaurant that is a bit underutilized, but the service was excellent. Even to the point of the staff putting together a special meal for me when I arrived at the hotel after the restaurant's normal closing time. Friendly staff and low key setting make this a good location from which to operate in and around Perth. My only complaint would be that the pool area, which is rather small but usable, was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel at the time of my last stay. Skaityti daugiau

オーストラリアはホテルの星の基準があいまいなのか、このホテルは室内、サービスともにとても4星とは思えませんでした。レセプションの対応もイマイチ。部屋は狭く、デラックスダブルと表示されていたのですが、シングル使用のスペースです。きちんと掃除はされていますが、リネン類やカーペットなど古さが気になり、壁も長い間、塗り替えられていない感じがありました。他の４星ホテルと比べて、価格が安いので我慢しなければいけないということなのかもしれません。

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, die Straße ist jedoch nach einem Stadtplan nicht so leicht zu finden. Es ist bedauerlich, daß man die Parkplätze bei den Zimmerpreisen extra zahlen muß.
