For the price of the room, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. I really like the layout of this Resident Inn because each room had an individual entrance from the outside. Breakfast was included and there was more to choose from than a typical continental. I guess the only thing that was somewhat negative, was that the plumbing seemed […] to need a little insulation to help with the noise. This hotel is well located...close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with nice accomodations. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping it sparkling. There are laundry facilities, sports court and picnic tables/ bbq for the family. They offer a great breakfast buffet and even dinner 3 nights a week. We couldn't have asked […] for a better hotel. The website didn't say anything about being 21 to stay there, but upon check-in the manager was very nice!!!! The night manager rocked!

Nice quiet place. Walk to a variety of dining and drinking establishments. The kitchen area was very clean and well stocked with all the utensils you need. I loved having a patio so I could get outside without going all the way downstairs. The fireplace would be great in the Winter. I also loved having the mall right next door. A great hotel, the only problem was the bed was very hard. I know some like it that way, but it wasn't that comfortable. All in all, I will go back to this hotel.

They needed a new shower head as it sprayed everywhere other than on you and the tub would not drain. The upstairs room was quite noisey and you could hear each time someone walked across the floor.

Location was perfect. Cleanliness of room was not. Examples: hair on shower tile, toilet dirty, suite sink unclean, coffee maker not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Not stocked on basics.

We liked the room layout, the kitchen (although some basics were missing), and the location. The breakfast offering was pretty good.

Residence Inn is a very nice concept for staying even a short time if you want a desk and a place to do a little mild cooking. It's a departure from the long hallways of identical room doors you see so many places. I have stayed in Residence Inn properties that were in good shape, and I was very satisfied. This one, however, is tired and in dire need […] of upgrading. Carpets are worn. No matter what I did with the shower curtain, water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Lighting was marginally useful, leaving pockets of darkness where I needed to see. The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast had a decent variety of standard hot and cold items but it was laid out confusingly, space was too tight for more than a handful of people to be accessing at a time, and the staff was overwhelmed trying to keep up with a normal volume of guests. It wasn't their fault. The layout makes things difficult and they needed at least one more person. I will try other Residence Inns in the future, but not this one until I learn it has been remodeled and upgraded. Skaityti daugiau

Room was very nice. The only downside was a work crew outside that was very noisy during daytime hours.

My family and I always have a good time staying here. The staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are nice and we enjoy the location. The only thing I would like to see changed would be be free use of the washers/dryers.

The Marriott was a wonderful respite. I had a suite with a full kitchen. It was quiet, undisturbed, and beautiful. I had some great down time and felt very very safe.
