If you're flying out of the D terminal, it don't get any more convenient than this place! Use valet to store your car and they'll have it waiting up front when you get back. Great massage therapist as well. Room service food not so great. Don't get the Sea Bass! The lobster mac-n-cheese is average. Still a great place to stay!

Checking was very easy. Since Iwas staying there the night if my wedding, they brought up a nice bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for free, not to mention they upgraded our room. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a hotel, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. We stayed here the evening of our wedding as it is conveniently located in Terminal D of the DFW airport and we were leaving from the same terminal for our honeymoon the following day. We arrived at approximately 1am and were greeted by an extremely nice […] (especially for 1am) staff of two. They asked if we were in for a particular occasion and when we mentioned it was our wedding night, they immediately upgraded us to a suite and offered complimentary champagne and strawberries which were brought to our room moments later. The room itself was amazing. Modern, extremely clean and very romantic. Everything is controlled electronically from wall panels (lighting, shades, etc.) and they even have a digital peephole. While we were only there for one evening, it was honestly one of the nicest experiences that I have ever had at a hotel and I completely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you will be traveling out of DFW the following day. Arrived late at night after flight delays. Front desk went to amazing lengths to find me a comfortable room and even sent up a complimentary hot chocolate because they knew it had been difficult day. Room was elegant and immaculate. A real oasis of relaxation in a hectic schedule.

Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. I think that the items on the back bar (placemats, napkins, silverware and other hodge podge of items should be kept out of sight, it take away from what could be a really nice bar.

Really a great stay. Only complaint is that the alarm clock was 12 hours off, but the wake up call with follow up was very effective.

Not good. Room was very clean. But I opened the glass shower door unit and gasped! Stinch! Mold/Mildew/stale drain smell?????? Looked clean, but this shower needed help!!!!!! Perfect hotel experience!! Convenient from airport, accommodations were one of the best ever and hotel restaurant was outstanding. Concierge checked me in for my flight and provided expedited assistance to get through security. Hotel front desk even let me borrow a phone charger!! Love this hotel!

Hotel is totally convenient, lovely, extremely modern, and the staff is excellent. The bathrooms are enormous with a huge shower and separate bathtub. My guests and I have all great things to say about our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was always available, willing to help and fulfilling any request. The food was satisfying and it was more than we were able to eat. It was not totally sound proof but the slight bit of noise was not disruptive. This hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located at the airport. The fitness center is great for a hotel. The restaurant food is a little bland but the service is great. There is a shuttle operated by Grapevine Visitor Bureau that will take you local destinations including mall and downtown for $5 per day.

Comfortable room, view was great, great staff was up to the usual Hyatt standards. Food was enjoyable.Only negative was the shower floor was stained, it was clean though. Being in the D terminal it was very convenient to American Airlines. I will plan on staying there on my next trip to Dallas.

Very accommodating hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient to anyone needing to stay near the hotel. The only drawback is if you want to travel into downtown Dallas. It's about $50-$60 each way.

If you are travelling on business or pleasure and laying over a couple of days in the Dallas area this hotel does the job. Luxury, great facilities for exercise or relaxing by the pool, even a steam room. Good food and friendly helpful staff complete the experience.

Lack of options on the menu for grabbing a quick meal at the bar. For sit down meals, I paid $29 for a two-egg breakfast. Give me a break. I don't care if it's an airport hotel, those are ridiculous prices. No wonder they're giving deep room discounts on Expedia.
