This hotel is lovely, comfortable rooms, and the staff were lovely they were very helpful. We stayed in a superior room which didn't have much storage only a wardrobe there could have been some more i.e. some drawers. There were no tea or coffee facilities in this room I didn't realise this on booking if I had I would have booked an alternative room […] which had this facility. There was no iron or ironing board but there was a pressing service available, but I went out and bought an iron when I was there. We went for my boyfriends birthday which was a surprise for him, the staff couldn't do enough for me when they found this out. They left a bottle of champagne in the room for a gift. The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety for all to chose from. We had a evening meal in the hotel as well which was lovely. Recently completed a tour of Europe, staying in Rome, Florence, Venice, Vienna and Prague. This hotel was so overpriced it's ridiculous. We booked the hotel on the basis that it described itself as a boutique hotel. However, the room did not have a bath. We were staying in the best class of room in the hotel. When I gently requested a bath, I was told […] that a bath was something that needed to be 'requested'. Rooms came with baths OR showers. I suggested that for the best class room in the hotel this was perhaps a little unnecessary but was met with stony silence. I then asked for an iron and ironing board. I was told that this would not be possible. I asked why not. They said that I needed to pay to have my shirt pressed. This definitely let them down. What hotel (even 5 star) doesn't allow you access to an iron and ironing board? I was charged £10 for a shirt and a pair of casual trousers. Crazy in a country where £10 can buy you a three course meal and a beer in a good restaurant. It felt like this hotel was a bit grabby. In terms of the feel of the hotel, it didn't remotely feel high end. It felt like a Holiday Inn. Breakfasts were quite nice, although fairly standard buffet If you paid £60 night you would be happy as the hotel was OK. The room was perfectly comfortable, but not premium. Hotel has ideas above it's station and didn't come close to matching the value of hotels in more expensive cities. Don't book here. Trust me - you'll be disappointed by price / value. It is a very well located hotel with friendly staff...The reception & restaurant areas are tastefully decorated. The rooms are good size with all basic amenities....However the rooms need a little freshening up - paint & polish!

The Yasmin Hotel is stylish and comfortable and very well-located. My experience was quite good, i had no problems. Especially for the price on Expedia, i thought it was a good value and would stay there again if going to Prague.

If on business this is a great hotel to stay in, some 15 minutes walk to Prague old town, yet close to several good restaurants ( COMO I would strongly recommend as the Manager used to work in the UK and understands food and service)

Nice hotel, well located in centre of city, but in a quiet street, 2 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and 10 mins walk from the old town. Staff speak good English and were very friendly and welcoming. A very nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a wide range of food choices in a very modern, but comfortable restaurant. The room was air-conditioned, […] with a very modern bathroom. Great service, excellent location, lovely rooms, incredibly accessible (we were traveling with a handicapped relative) - absolutely wonderful hotel. Only complaint is that I didn't love the bedding. Pillows were uncomfortable, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent hotel. Condition of room, and cleanliness was top rate. I loved the location - couldn't be better. Literally right next to Vaclavske Namesti and the main train station (Hlavni Nadrazi). On my next trip to Prague, I am definitely staying here again.

Very convenient location off Wenceslass square. Staff were extremely friendly, going out of their way for us. The room was nice, nothing exceptional, but clean and comfortable, with A/C. You couldn't ask for a better location. Restaurant in hotel is good. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located very close to Vaclavske namesti, but in a quiet street. It's a modern hotel, the room was big enough, nice and clean, free wifi. Great selection at breakfast buffet. The only negative point I have to give is due to charges for parking - 30 EUR per night is too much... So leave your car at home...

We enjoyed staying at the Yasmin. It is a designer type hotel that is close to the train station which was convenient for us as we were traveling by rail The decor is very "fashion forward" but was starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was incredible. Hot and cold foods were available in abundance as were fruits and sweets. It was the best breakfast […] we have ever had in our many stays in European hotels. We only snacked during the day as the breakfast was so filling. The down side of the hotel was the many tour groups that crowded the lobby and breakfast room every morning and afternoon which somewhat spoiled the impression of a boutique hotel. We would stay there again however as it was a very good value and had free wi fi in all the rooms. Great location. Would definitely recommend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only have tiny issues.....no soap in the bathroom when I checked in but this was fixed when my room was cleaned the next day. No irons are available but for a fee they will iron your clothes and return them next day. If you drive to the hotel, park on the sidewalk […] in front of the hotel and your car will be parked for you. Absolutely in the heart of everything....walking distance to all the sights.. This was a great hotel very close to Wenceslas Square (1 min walk via covered walkway at back of hotel). We stayed here for a long weekend to see Prague and Christmas markets, and all of the main attractions were within easy walking distance of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. I stay in a lot of hotels for business purposes so have experienced […] the whole range of service. I found the Yasmin hotel staff to very helpful, with check-in staff friendly and efficient. All staff we met spoke good English and were happy to answer questions. The room was comfortable and generally quiet, even though the hotel appeared fairly busy. We had a room facing over the inner courtyard, which I would recommend requesting if you like peace and quiet away from the main road. My only issue with noise in the room came from the fact that we had a room located directly above the kitchens. Banging of pots and pans finished at 11pm and restarted for breakfast at 6am. We were generally up early, so this didn't bother us too much, but if you like a lie-in I would recocmmend getting a room on the 2nd floor or above (floor 3 of the hotel). The hotel restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner when we ate there. The hotel is also only a 5 min walk from the main train station which is the pick-up/drop off point for the airport shuttle service. The staff sent a bottle of sparkling wine up to the room for my 40th birthday as a gift which was very thoughtful and a lovely surprise. Always veyr helpful staff. The restaurant, 'Noodles', has great food, which is versatile and large portions are served!

Really impressive lobby area - very modern decor, looked new and clean. Rooms were comfortable and continuation of modern theme. A couple of minor points - no tea or coffee making facilities in room - really missed this. Also no extra pillows -which I am sure we could of asked for but never got round to it. Hotel clean, good breakfast, rooms good size. Hotel starts music in the breakfast area at 6-30am this can be heard in some of the bedrooms, especially if leave the window open (e.g on hot nights) - results in disturbed sleep. Otherwise very happy with the hotel.

We found the Yasmin hotel to be a very stylish modern hotel conveniently situated in a quiet area in the block behind Wencelas square. This left us with a pleasant fifteen minute walk to the Old town square. Service in reception and the dining room was friendly and helpful and everyone, as elsewhere in Prague, spoke good English. Great attention had […] obviously been paid to both the look and the function of this refurbished building to ensure the comfort and security of guests. We found our room to be clean, neat and uncluttered, with good lighting and unobtrusive and efficient air-conditioning and heating. The bathroom was very modern and well-appointed. The design of the buffet restaurant was much more self-consciously artistic. While the modernist art touches were certainly eye-catching we found the mirror and reflective surfaces a little disorientating as we wandered our way round the buffet. The breakfast buffet was very wide ranging serving both hot and food dishes and catering for the international market. Service was efficient: Tables were rapidly cleared and cleaned. We found the menu of the Noodles bar rather limited and preferred to eat in one of the restaurants nearby serving more characteristic Czech food. The hotel is generally very well maintained. Broken light bulbs in the corridor outside our room were rapidly replaced after we notified reception, but this matter had not been routinely picked up by their own staff. Skaityti daugiau

Cannot find fault with this hotel. Ideal location just one block back from Wenceslas Square (more a wide street than a square!). Although centrally located it was still quiet. Exemplary service. Breakfast to suit all tastes, nationalities, and appetites from fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants, pastries to scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon.

I asked my wife to check us in while I dealt with the luggage and paid the taxi driver. The facial expressions on my wife and the lady in the orange coat told me this was not a warm and fuzzy moment. When I arrived at the desk the demeanor changed from annoyed to sufficiently polite. We completed registration and asked were the lift was and she pointed […] and waved as if to say go away. Lime green decor, good modern style. We really liked the long leather coach, the woven art and the central display with the trees and rocks. Our room and especially the bathroom was clean, the bed large and soft. The bathroom had detail that made us think the designer also did the Melia in Madrid. The breakfast was adequate for our needs. Coffee, juices, and really good breads. There was fruit and the banana was fresh. The scrambled eggs needed to be drained before serving. If you like your bacon nearly raw to really crispy you could find it by stirring and lifting carefully through the 5 centimeters of un-drained fat. The music playing was obviously for the staff and not the guests. We chose to sit outside and cleared a table as the young men and women in jackets worn by the staff huddled inside, watched us and chatted amiably with each other. When I got up to ask for Tabasco the unblinking cold stare I received made me pause and think I may have said something rude in her native tongue. I found it in the bar. We wondered if years of Soviet influence may have had a impact on the concept of customer service. Cultural differences aside. We liked the hotel and were glad we booked there. The location could not be better as all the sites in old town were easy walking distance. The Mucha Museum was about a block away. Choose this hotel for my Stag weekend and what a great choice.To please 6 fussy males is no mean feat but all siad what a great hotel and they will stay here when they return to Prague. schönes modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Neben ein / -ausgang auf den Wenzels-platz. Bequem ist zu Fuß (10 min.) der Hauptbahnhof oder das Rathaus zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Nächstes mal gerne wieder.

Veldig service orienterte ansatte i resepsjonen, derimot de ansatte ved frokostserveringen kunne vært litt hyggeligere. Hotellet fremstår som relativt nytt. Kort avstand til gamlebyen og handlegaten. Bra hotell til en god pris. Veldig godt frokost utvalg, med litt frukt, kaker, kornblandinger, egg, bacon, grønnsaker og diverse brød typer.

우선 방은 제가 디럭스 룸을 예약했었는데, 사진보다는 조금 실망이었어요. 크기도 생각보다 작고.. 그래도 직원들은 다른 후기대로 친절하고 좋았는데, 저녁에 방에서 쉬고 있는데 갑자기 직원분이 수건을 들고 들어오는 거예요. 수건을 잊고 비치해두지 않았던거 같은데, 노크소리를 제가 못들었는지 모르겠지만, 갑자기 벌컥 들어오셔서 너무 깜짝 놀랬었어요. ㅡㅡ 아침 조식은 예상대로 깔끔하고 종류도 다양하고 맛있었어요~ 전체적으로 나쁘진 않았지만 가격 대비는 조금 안타까웠네요~
