Great position. Small rooms. Bathroom needed better cleaning. Not impressed with restaurant at all. Staff helpful. Wouldn't call it 5*, more like 4*.

We stayed at the Parmelia Hilton because we were seeing Adam Hills at the convention centre. Great location and close to the new Cuty Square development. Great hotel. Friendly service really helpful. Don't get sprung with the $50 valet charge. We did our homework and we were prepared.

On a recent quick trip to SE Asia we needed to stay in Perth overnight before flying at 0600 and chose the Parmelia. It was a good choice as we had good nights sleep before heading out and the location while in central Perth still afforded a quick access to the International Terminal at that time of the day. Comfortable hotel close to centre of Perth. Only negative was the steep cost of parking, although we did find it possible to park safely and at no cost on the street at certain times of the weekend.

Took the chance to upgrade, so glad I did. Pleasant staff, spacious room & comfy bed. Check-out very simple. The bar is set for all other Perth Hotels.Great Stuff.

We booked this on a special deal whilst we were travelling round the world, on reaching home we both agreed that this was the best hotel we stayed in. The service was excellent. There was a problem with the air conditioning the first night and we were moved the minute we complained. The room we went to was light and comfortable. Great service with a clean room and excellent staff. Unfortunately the hotel is in massive need of a refurb. Our hotel room was extremely dated, the sink in the bathroom had several cracks in it, the bathroom was a shower over a bath with a cheap plastic curtain across the bath tub. It was a real shame as the quality of the service was wonderful.

Are a bit dated and could use a refresh. The mattress had a huge dip in the middle and the tv is not free! Thats right, you have to pay for on demand movies or you literally can not watch tv in your room. Other than that, great location, staff, and hotel.

Overall we found this hotel very lame compared to other Hilton hotels around the globe. Our room was small and cramped and the swimming pool was more like a paddling pool..

Stayed in a twin room first which was excellent - very roomy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. My second visit which was 24 hours later I was given a king room; the bathroom was much smaller, it was an interconnecting room and was quite noisy- room was much smaller though it was apparently a "better" room. If there are any renovated rooms in the Hotel Parmelia I have never seen one. The decor is stuck in the 60's (or is that 50's). I keep coming back because of the convienent location in Perth CBD but given the price I am sure there must be something else in Perth that offers better value for money.

If in Perth on business the Hotel provides a good location close to the CBD and within a 5 minute walk to the convention center. Unfortunately the high rise buildings have been built around the hotel meaning the outlook from the rooms is directly onto other buildings and the hotel pool (on the 2nd floor) is exposed to the view of the corporate offices […] and considerably reduced sunlight. The hotel room was clean but tired. The room was very small by modern upmarket standards and still sporting the well worn original furnishings. Hotel staff were pleasant enough, but hardly enthusiastic about their work. For those needing the extras of breakfast and wifi these are expensive options. The Globe restaurant breakfast area is not inviting. The hotel restaurant (Adelphi Steakhouse) provides a somewhat hurried service with limited menu and wine list. Skaityti daugiau

Excellent staff. At check in, I was given a complimentary upgrade to a King sized bed. Well done to the front office staff. The room I slept in was so quiet & comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Read some reviews before staying which suggested it may not be an ideal choice. I have to say I found it faultless. All the interior was up to date and fresh and service was great. Although listed as a 5 star, not quite 5 for me with the small finishing touches you'd expect to see in a 5 star but recommend as a quality hotel all the same.

Disappointed with bathroom, more like 2 star hotel. Three Hotel staff gave us all different prices for parking. Then we were charged twice at the most expensive quote on our express checkout bill. Needless to say we had to do the old fashioned hotel checkout. Breakfast was terrific.

Hubby and I went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary, and it was perfect!!! They even delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room :) Staff was helpful and friendly, the only drawback is the $45 parking fee - ouch! A very relaxing and quiet stay - we loved the comfy bed and really enjoyed the heated pool. Can't wait to go back!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at the Parmelia Hilton. Room was very clean. The hotel reminded me of hotels about 10yrs or so ago. Don't get me wrong, I like this style. The bathroom was fully equipped with the usual essentials plus toothbrush and paste, shoe shine, sewing kit. It's been years since I've seen all this and that includes 4 star […] hotels in Asia. Everything was grest except that at 6:30 in the morning there was a lot of noise drifting up from the pool area as someones children were in there yelling etc.

Room was freezing air con did not work. They promised extra blankets & a room heater, but they never arrived. On our last day they came to fix it in the afternoon when we needed to get showered & ready to go out to an evening meeting! As we could not get into the bathroom, they decided to move us to an alternative room. The steak restaurant was terrible […] and the service decidedly lacking deserving no more than a '2'. Older in style, but kept up to top standards. Super clean, well maintained, very safe, great price and in the heart of CBD. Can easily walk to CBD, Kings Park, and Train stations.

The F&B staff at GLOBE are not only well informed on all things Perth but highly knowledgeable on wine too. Every one of our seven meals was presented as described on the menus and delicious. A great buzz. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Always love staying at the Parmelia Hilton. It's close to the city centre, the staff are incredible and the valet parking is stress free because, unlike other hotels we've stayed at, we don't need to look for alternative parking if it's full, it's all taken care of for us.
