Had a wounderfull time in Hyannis the Hotel staff was great and the location was walking distance to many shops resturants, and the harbor.

Great location and outstanding customer service. They do care about their guests. The hotel has an outdoor and an indoor pool and offers free breakfast every morning. Plenty of free parking too. Highly recommended for families.

We did enjoy this hotel but there was nothing fancy about it. We had a one-night away from the kids stay. Not a place I would want to stay for an entire week but just one or two nights, it was fine. Room was extremely clean. Nice balcony but no furniture. We did go in the off season so that might be why. Centrally located, staff was very nice, pool […] and hot tub were clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and spa were nice.restaurants were close by. Continental breakfast was extremely basic.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. Only complaint was the first morning at breakfast. The woman who was responsible just sat on a chair not doing anything even if coffee needed refilling, the tables very much needed to be cleaned up, juice and coffee and other things on the server tables. Centrally located hotel with reasonable quality rooms, it is inexpensive and you get what you pay for and if you want 4 star facilities then you will need to pay 4 star prices.This hotel is worth the money that we paid and we would stay there again at this price.Staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel on my own for one night of quiet. I'm on a tight budget so this is why the place appealed to me. The quickest way to summarize it is that the room was a good fit for the price I paid. POSITIVE POINTS -Amazingly friendly staff -Great location / close to shops and restaurants -Nice color choices on the decor -Good price -Quick […] check in/out NEGATIVE POINTS -Noise from hallways is not blocked by the door at all. -Updating / repairs needed - The toilet in my room was cracked and there was no stopper in the tub drain (although I wonder if that is because of liability issues) -Mattress is a bit rough but again, is what I expected for the price. -The breakfast, although well stocked and clean, was pretty poor quality. It made me think of high school cafeteria food. Although I had my issues with my stay I have to say I was satisfied with the price I spent. Very nice hotel for a short stay. Has all you need except tea and coffee in room. Breakfast by the pool was enjoyable. Only problem we had was that ceiling creaked a lot from people in room above us, but as only there for one night this did not matter.

Enjoyed the stay in Hyannis despite the weather. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. Building was somewhat older but the owner has put money into the hotel to modernise it. Hotel is well maintained.

This hotel is in an excellent location because it allows you to walk to the harbor to restaurants, bars and the main street, and the JFK memorial park, etc. Not having to drive and find parking is a plus. But it is very basic and could use some maintenance. It's as if it has been treated rather roughly by some former guests and they haven't really addressed […] the issues. For example, some of the furniture is very worn, chipped, etc and the door to our bathroom was just an unpainted wood. But, for the price it's what you would expect in this expensive area and if the convenient location is important to you and not the "lodging experience" than this place should suffice. Staff and owner were exceptionally helpful regarding local activities. Excellent parking. Pool is nice. Could hear folks walking around in room above us...otherwise quite quiet.

The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. They were helpful to the folks registering in front of us as well. We were told by Hotels.com that breakfast began at 6 am which was the reason we chose this location. That was completely false, and when I talked to the manager about that, she assured us that coffee would be ready before 7am and they would […] have milk and cereal ready for us at least. They helped me to my room with my bags, completely unexpected for a place like this. The room was OK, the halls were dismal, the stairs were dangerous, too short and shallow. We loved the Hyannis Travel Inn but the only thing we had hard time with is the beds and pillows. The beds really need to be replaced as I would roll right into my husband. Very pleasant staff. We arrived more than an hour early (before 1) and the friendly young woman at the desk went to some trouble to see if there was a room ready for us (there was). For the price paid in this tourist town, the hotel was as expected. Convenient to everything and the staff was more than helpful. If I were to visit Hyannis again, I would stay there.

Can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. The location is very close to the main street and the water so it is easy to walk places. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in keeping things up at an older hotel. It is great value. We'd stay there again.

The hotel is a little older, which shows in the bathroom fixtures that were showing age. The pull-out sofa was not comfortable, but the beds were. Other than that, the room was large, breakfast was your typical continental fare and the staff was incredibly helpful.

This place is very nice, and the staff is great. The room was very clean, and didn't have that industrial cleaner smell. The only issue we had was the shower. If you were unlucky enough to be taking a shower when others in the hall were, the water temperature will go back and forth from scalding hot to ice cold. Nice hotel! It was clean and convenient. Really close to some shop and restaurants and walkable distance to the beach. Close to the big mall with a 10 min drive. This hotel looked like it had some renovations done, but we didn't get one of those rooms. The one we got was still really nice. Stairs to our room stinks a little bit because of the humidity […] but it's only stairs. Staff were really helpful and really welcoming. Breakfast was good enough for a continental breakfast.
