I travel to Knoxville often and theis hotel is by far my favorite! The people are great and very friendly! It is always quiet and they have a great breakfast as well! Thanks and I will be back!

This hotel is located well next to the Turkey Creek Mall with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy in/out. Rooms are laid out well and have everything you need. We will stay here again the next time we are in Knoxville.

We were in a handicap room due to an aging family member who needed shower capability especially. Overall very good especially since we were there over Christmas. A couple things could have been better. The nozzle on the shower was not installed correctly and shot out a different direction besides in the shower head. Additionally, the only beds with […] a handicap room were double beds - queens would have been much better. Breakfast was really very good - staff did a GREAT job keeping it stocked and delicious. The pool area was well maintained and provided a nice time when grandkids came to visit us at the hotel. Last comment - snacks sold near front desk were pricy. $2 for one Mrs. Fields cookie - come on man!!! Skaityti daugiau

Very nice staff. Have free suckers for the kids at the front desk. Indoor pool was small, but nice. Nice location around West Knoxville, shopping and restaurants.

My wife said it was the best hotel in which we had stayed in the last several years, including some 4-star places.

I usually stay at Spring Hill Suites because they are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Turkey Creek is a great shopping location.

The hotel was in a great location--right next door to an outdoor mall with every possible store and movie theater as well as a number of great restaurants. The only issues I had with the hotel were the breakfast area and the workout room. The breakfast area was very cramped and crowded. The food was good if you were willing to be VERY patient and wait […] forever to either make a waffle or use the toaster. The workout room was very small and the stair machine was out of order, leaving a treadmill and a bike. There was access to a fitness facility that was nearby but I did not use it. The hotel was nice and clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a great area full of shopping and resturants, most within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and will definetly stay there again.

The room was good overall. 2 points though: 1. Our room was next to the highway. it was loud!! 2. you could hear everthing your neighbors were doing!! You could here the water dripping next door! Otherwise, the staff were great, very helpful and cheerful.
