We really like the Chino Hills Hampton Inn, however, they could improve on their complimentary breakfast. They use powered scrambled eggs, never any bacon or sausage and syrup for waffles isn't good at all.

The front desk operator was not very helpful. We had issues with a chair in our room that was broken and he claimed to have switched it out for another chair, but the new one was just as broken if that was the case. Good location with lots of things to do close by and near the freeway. Otherwise a good hotel.

Room was nicer / larger than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included hot breakfast was very satisfying. Close to Auto Club Speedway for the races.

Nice area, easy to get to. Shopping, movies, food, Gas station. Overall. Just a good place.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Massive rooms and bathrooms. Good continental breakfast, and a friendly staff.

The room was large and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. A a business traveler, I found all that I needed to work comfortably and relax. The location is great with connecting a freeway close by and a plethora of restaurants close by.

I had the worst night while staying at this place. For being a studio suite it was so small. I stay at Hampton inn's all the time and they usually are great. This time at chino hills it was a terrible time. When someone would shower or flush the toilet you could hear the pipes in the walls to the point where it woke me up! The hotel was nice, but the people who stayed that weekend were really noise and the hotel managers did nothing to stop them from slamming doors, playing in the hallway and playing there TV so loud???? I was on the first floor near the managers station. Why should I have to call the front desk and ask them to do their job?

We were dissapointed no refrigerator in room, and the walls are really thin, could hear the couple in next room during their really personal time.

We did not get a good nights sleep. The A/C unit sounded like a diesel truck starting and stopping all night long, shaking and rattling the windows. We had a room above the pool and tried opening the window and shutting down the A/C, however there were a group of drunks partying loudly in the pool until 4:30 am. This turned out to be the worst hotel […] stay we have had ever. We were there for a softball tourny for our daughter. She was exhausted from lack of sleep. Waste of money. Skaityti daugiau

Pros: rooms were clean, service was quick and friendly. Beds were comfortable. 20 minute drive to Ontario airport. Cons: our room had a view of the freeway, the water from the tap tasted so bad that it was literally un-drinkable (not even to brush my teeth). There was no bottled water in the room. I didn't check vending machines.

Cleanliness of room/hotel. Just one thing about the hotel amenities is lacking of fridge but over all our stay are very satisfactory.

The entire team stayed here and enjoyed each other outside of the ballfield. Great hospitatlty - nice complimenatry bkf. only down side was not every room had a Refrigerator

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C was making a loud noise as if something was loose inside. I informed the lady at the front desk and quickly switched me to a different room. I had no problems after that. I like how they have small store available 24 hours rather than a vending machine.

Great room. Good service. Lots of parking. Food/Coffee/movie theater in same plaza. Couldn't really ask for more.

We had a good size room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. You get a nice little breakfast in the morning and if you like Starbucks it is in walking distance. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to a friend.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they DO NOT have a microwave or mini refrigerator in the rooms.
