The location is excellent with easy walking to Tianemen square etc . We stayed at Lee Garden for 7 nights. Our party was myself and husband and our son, 21, and daughter, 17. We had requested a 2 bedroomed apartment with 2 single beds for the kids. As there were no single beds, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a 3 bed apartment, each with a bathroom. The apartment was always warm despite the outside temperature […] getting as low as -22 C at night. The doormen were outstandingly friendly and helpful. On our last night one was able to get a taxi van for us to the airport for only 320 yuen. (We had paid twice that price on the way in.) The location was perfect for all the main tourist sightsWe walked to Tianamen Square to see in New Year and returned there the next day to experience the Forbidden City. The apartments are located right on the main shopping street with lots of other shopping areas around. There is a small supermarket just 3 minutes around the corner and many restaurants in the shopping centre just on the next block. A taxi rank is right next door to take you wherever you wish. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, much better than any hotel. Excellent location and a real home for the duration of our stay. We ate once in the restaurant which was fine but we never got time to use the pool or gym. I would certainly recommend Lee Garden to anyone and would definitely stay again if in Beijing. For a family who were out and about all day long but wanted some of the comforts and independence of home, this hotel was simply perfect. disappointing，doesn't worth a 4-stars rating for sure. official website stated that every one-bedroom suite got Terrance, however， the receptionist told us that only "delux one bedroom suite" got Terrance but it was not stated on the website nor in hotels.com, felt like being cheated. The rm was reli big for 2 people, a bit old compared with the photos, […] our rm smelt wif heavy cigarettes and we had to request for rearrangement, no staff were there to help so we had to move the luggages on our own, which was not satisfying as a service apartment. We used to hang The "clean up" sign on our door to remind staff for tidying up, one day the sign got turned over n it became "do not disturb", eventually no one came Tidy up n refill stuff , we came back at night n called them for help but they refused to do the clean up as there's only one cleaning staff serving whole apartment at night time, so we had to stayed in a messy rm for our last night, the staff did come and got us some refills though. N there was the waterpipe maintainance the last night we stayed， dirty muddy water kept running out fr pipe the next morning, advise u not to stay here for short trip. We had a 2-bedroom suite and it was spacious, well-lit, airy, and relatively clean. The kitchen had a clothes washer, but we had to buy our own laundry and dishwashing soap. We left ours but it makes no sense to have these amenities but not the soap. The beds were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. There was AC in each of the rooms and the […] living area. The generous-sized pool is underground (B1), not heated, is aprox 1.4m all around. There is a hot tub. The change rooms are cavernous and well provided for but there was standing water, the shower stalls needed a good clean and mold growth is evident. The apartment had an ensuite 4-pc washroom with mold around the bottom of the toilet but all washrooms ware relatively clean and provided for. The reception staff were hospitable and friendly but several only had rudimentary English and seemed to be instructed to "sell" the 2nd floor restaurant, which is pricey with low quality and quantity. The doormen were equally friendly and helpful and were referred by reception for info about restaurants etc. There are a generous number of lifts/elevators and they are fast, quiet and you need your key fob for your floor. There is internet access via an ethernet cable, but no wifi (you have to go the 2nd floor for that - and in general, it's slow). In general, Lee Garden provides an above-average value for money stay in an expensive city and it is walking distance to Wangfujing and the Forbidden. Skaityti daugiau

Highly recommended for family with kids. We had a 2-bedroom apartment with lots of space and a washer-dryer and within walking distance to shopping street & the subway station! We got a 2 bedroom service apt for our family of 2 adults + 3 kids all below 10 yrs old. It was a comfortable living space, but i found the beds/mattresses hard. A convenient location, within walking distance to the Wangfujing shopping stretch, […] the snack lane which comes alive in the evenings with its exotic delicacies (think fried scorpions), Tiananmen and the Forbidden City (abt 20mins lesiurely walk or 5-10min taxi ride), good eateries like well known Qianjude traditional roast duck (8min walk) or more modern DaDong roast duck in Jinbao Plaza (5min walk-must pre-book for dinner or be prepared to wait for 45mins). There's also a convenience store just around the corner which was handy in getting snacks for the kids, stocking up the refrigerator with soft drinks (the apt provided daily complimentary bottled water), detergent for the washing machine. The doormen were the most friendly+helpful in their service to meet our requests for directions&recommended local eating spots (our boys enjoyed interacting with them), unlike the ladies at the front reception who had difficulty sometimes getting their act together on our bookings (probably trainees). Overall, it's not as luxurious as the Grand Hyatt, but for the price through hotel.com, the facilities of a service apartment in that location met our needs more than sufficiently. Skaityti daugiau

The service was amazing !! From the moment my car door was opened to check out time, we were treated like royalty. Housekeeping was prompt when we called with requests. Our room had trouble with the toilet, and each time we called down for maintenance, the on-duty maintenance man was at our door within minutes. When our toilet troubles couldnt be resolved, […] our room was switched. The bellboy came up and moved our luggage. This all happend in the early morning, but noone on staff grumbled. I can't say enough good things about the staff and how we were treated during our stay. The location is superb. Under a 5 min walk there is a pedestrian street, and an amazingly fun nightmarket (where if you are so adventurous can try b-b-q'd bugs and scorpions on a stick), easy walk to subway station, a street food court nearby (maybe 3 or 4 blocks away), 20 mins or so to the Forbidden City, another 35min walk to Tiananmen Square. We very much enjoyed our stay at Lee Garden Appartments. It was perfectly suited to our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Whilst the rooms are a bit worn overall it was very comfortable and in a good location. Staff are all very friendly and made us all feel welcome. My family (2 adults and 2 children - 10 and 8) enjoyed our 9 night stay at the Lee Garden Service Apartments. The location was fantastic, close to the Wangfujing shopping street, Snack Street, and lots of shopping malls, food courts and restaurants. It was also within easy walking distance of the Forbidden City and Tian'amen Square. The staff were […] attentive and welcoming. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was a great size for an extended stay and meant the kids had their own space and we didn't feel claustrophobic! Having a kitchen, with fridge and microwave is a must for us during extended stays, we like to be able to self cater breakfasts and snacks. The kitchen was decent, though the variety of utensils, cutlery and kitchenware left a bit to be desired. There was a microwave, electric kettle and a gas stove top. The kitchen also included a washer/dryer combo. Unlike some serviced apartment accommodation we've experienced in the past, we had a full service every day, changing of towels and bed making, it was nice to come home after a busy day of sightseeing to a clean apartment. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool which was easy to access, clean and pleasant. WIFI access is only from the communal area in level 2 though which meant that we needed to be out of the room to access the internet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beijing. Location was very central to sights like the Forbidden City and it was fairly easy to walk to most places. Room was very comfortable and kept really clean.
