Nice practical hotel. Unfortunately no taxis in front of the hotel. there was no person to carry bags. My status as Elite plus has not been recongnised, at check-in staff didn't know about Expedia ? Problems with internet connections.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We hired bicycles through the hotel and can recommend this as an ideal way to explore the city. The service was impeccable. The location was quiet but within walking distance to the old town.

Porter and front desk staff were unbelievably nice and helpful. This hotel is beautiful. Our rooms, which were some type of upgrade - don't recall - were decorated beutifully and were very large. The queen bed was superb. My only complaint is that we couldn't get a reservation at their new Japanese restaurant either night we were there. I guess it must […] be good! Overall a fantastic hotel with lovely bedrooms and extremely helpful staff. Pool and spa hours very restrictive - opens at 10am every day and closes at 4pm on Sundays, so we never used the pool or spa. Even though the maids weren't good at replacing things in the bedrooms, the reception staff were very good at sending up missing items. The hotel is very elegant, and the staff is fully bilingual. There was a terrace in our room. There was a long walk from the elevator to the room. Valet Parking is 20 Euro per night, WiFi is also available for an additional cost and the breakfast buffet is around 24 Euro per person. great bed, great staff but a shame you had to pay 10euros to use the pool per person per day - that wasn't explained beforehand. They had a nice offer of a bottle of wine with a meal in the restaurant and the mojitos were on special offer!!!!! Had a great stay at the Westin. All the staff were helpful and friendly and our Grand Deluxe room was nicely decorated and spacious with a large sun terrace. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent and even had healthy and vegetarian options available. The old town was around a ten minute walk away, and the city of arts and sciences around […] a half an hour walk through the park in the old river bed. The only think that let the hotel down was that the pool and wifi were not free to hotel guests. While the charges were not much (€1 per hour for Internet) I would still expect it to be complementary in this standard of hotel. The hotel is right between the old city and new city (beach). In both cases you will have a nice walk as there is nothing else close to hotel. Hotel is just great with a beautiful courtyard.

The Westin Valencia was perfectly located... right between the New City (arts and sciences) and City Center (traditional) and 2 blocks from the amazing river-bed that was converted to a beautiful park. The service, facilities, etc were lovely and the internal courtyard lured us for many hours.

The one thing that could improve is the internet access. To allow access in a tiny part of the lobby for free and charge 1 Euro per hour for room access seems niggling and annoying. Westin is very very very old hotel. It a far from the city center. The coke of minibar for 7 euros. The swimming pool only for the members club. Terrible. No clean and noise.

Fantastic hotel. Well located and with beautiful rooms, food and great staff. Also the service is discreet and attentive without being overbearing. Location is wonderful with easy access to the central park, the old town and even the beach via shuttle, tram or short drive.

This hotel was one of the nicest I've stayed in. Everything in the hotel was of very high quality. The service was excellent. However, the hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the city center where many of the sights are (Cathedral, market, etc) and there are not many restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel. AS WE WERE DRIVING TO VALENCIA FROM BARCELONA IT TOOK US A WHILE TO FIND THE HOTEL BUT ONCE WE DID OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOTHING BUT POSITIVE. OUR ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND MOST COMFORTABLE. PARKING WAS EASY IN THE GARAGE IN THE BASEMENT OF THE HOTEL. SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND TOP NOTCH. A lovely hotel but generally service was far from the standard expected at a 5 star establishment. Every time we ate in the hotel lounge or garden we had to go in search of staff to take our order or provide the bill and on one occasion we were made to feel as though we were causing an inconvenience. We were disappointed not to be advised the cost for breakfast at check in and again no bill was given to us at breakfast as is the normal procedure at hotels to ensure you approve the expenditure to be added to your bill. Complaints were not received well or addressed by hotel staff when we checked out.

客室内はとても豪華でした！ またホテル自体もとても豪華！中庭もステキでした。 トマト祭りに参加するために泊まったのですが、前日、トマト祭りの開催時刻、電車の時刻、注意事項等を親切に教えてもらえ、助かりました。 また、地下にあるスパ（プール）もきれいで良かったです。 客室のベットにチップを置きましたが、チップは受け取らないのか、テーブルに戻してあったのが印象的でした。（他ホテルではそんなことはなかったので驚きました。）

L'hôtel WESTIN est un excellent hôtel 5* espagnol qui correspond donc plutôt à un 4* français. Les chambres y sont très spacieuses, avec tout le confort (douche + baignoire, grand dressing, WC séparé...), literie incroyable. Le personnel est très sympathique et dévoué. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable: omelette à la demande, embutidos […] divers et variés, coupe de cava, fruits... Le sul hic serait le room service: la nourriture est simple et bonne mais chère comparé à la simplicité des produits..notre moutarde avait dépassé sa date de péremtion de 2 mois. Fantastisk flott hotell med en nydelig hage for rekreasjon. En rolig og avslappende atmosfære, samtidig som hotellet ligger sentralt til. Svært hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personell, dette omfatter også spaavdelingen på hotellet hvor vi hadde noen behandlinger i løpet av oppholdet. Anbefales på det sterkeste!
