The hotel is in renovation and it is overpriced for the area and its condition right now, however the staff was awesome, accomodating and very kind. It is an old building and the carpets are in bad conditions, smell was not agreable on the hallways, the mattress was old also. This had to be one of the BEST Hampton Inn's we have ever stayed. This Hampton Inn had very friendly staff, extra clean rooms, the most comfy beds, quiet so sleep is not interrupted, free breakfast with selections for everyone. We stayed at this particular Hampton Inn because of the Tulip Festival. The location was perfect for the Tulip Festival, close […] to the Ferry to Victoria and several casinos and nice restaurants. The hotel was really clean and the rooms very nice. The rooms weren't huge, but the bathroom was very roomy and the shower head was high enough up that my husband didn't hit his head on it (which is hard to find at a hotel). The free breakfast had a variety of options and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked even when breakfast was super […] busy. Everyone was friendly and the pool and hottub were kept at a good temperature and in good condition. All together it was a great hotel experience and I would stay at a Hampton Inn again. Everything was great except for the "hot"tub, I had to get out and jump in the shower to get warm! After a few minutes in the tub I'd go numb and think why am I still sitting here? The jets on my back did feel good till I was totally frozen.

The hotel was close to the outlet malls and close to the freewway. The breakfast was good with considedrable variety of entrees. the room was nice and clean. the price was quite reasonable.

We got the larger room and it is well equipped with WIFI, small kitchenette with fridge which is good with 3 yr old. Would definitely come back, we didn't use the pool but looked good - will check next time round.

Overall it was great, except for the fact, it was a busy holiday weekend and many children sounded like they were running over the top of us. It was very crowed during breakfast, cause everyone was trying to get something before they closed up. Only complaint I can give is the lack of drapes that fully close. Probably fine for non-street levels, but we faced the parking lot and street lamp. Luckily the staff was so sweet in finding clasps to pull the drapes together. Tacky, but it worked!

This is not the first time we've stayed here - but I don't remember the extremely noisy minifridge turning on and off all night. The lobby is extremely comfortable - we've enjoyed staying her with other families, and convening by the fire for wine. Staying at the Hampton Inn was pleasant because the hotel is so clean; the lobby, the elevators, and our room smelled fresh. They clean all the bedding, including comforters. The complimentary breakfast included a good selection of breakfast foods. The Hampton is the closest hotel to the Burlington Outlet, which was so convenient (after a hard day of […] shopping). Nice, new-looking hotel. The new Hampton Inns have the same layout so nothing original, but the quality of linens, furniture, and amenities is always high quality. Only trouble with this location was that it was difficult to find. Although the address is on a main avenue, the hotel is set back from the street with a bank and other buildings in front. […] Our GPS kept saying we were there but we couldn't see it! Staff were always welcoming and accomodating to our needs. The room was spacious, clean and soothing. There is a Japanese restaurant next door with great sushi, and the hotel has a nice breakfast included with the room. The pool and jacuzzi looked great too, although we didn't have time to use them. You can purchase whatever sundries and snacks you […] need, and they have free cookies at the front desk. Wifi can be a little slow depending on when you're using it and the demand. Very comfortable. Staff was very warm and friendly, helpful. Had a kind of 'small town' atmosphere meaning meaning everyone was relaxed and comfortable when working with patrons. Complimentary breakfast was a definite plus and varied from day to day.

This a nice property, well maintained. Biker friendly - we were able to park our Harley in the front of the hotel.

Extremely helpful staff, grandson wanted milk, not available at the small store located in the hotel, but staff went into their own supply . Excellent restaurant next door - very reasonably priced. Would stay here again and would also recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in Kamloops, Canada one night. Everything was just perfect. Room was super clean, front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I was a wonderful stay indeed. The hotel was adequate. Fairly expensive considering you can stay in Bellingham @ a 2 or 3 star hotel for much cheaper and close to all amenities. I would rate this as a 2/3 hotel. It was clean and close to all amenities.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of healthful (and not so healthy) selections and was constantly being refilled by the friendly women. Although the fitness center was not well equipped with weights, the elliptical machine was the best that I have ever used.
