It was just what we needed. Close to movies, mall and shopping. We ordered in and it was great!

The business center had privacy filters built in that made it impossible to open a document and print it, making the service completely useless. Luckily the staff was nice and printed things for me at the front desk. We used one of the meeting rooms the next day and were overshadowed by the sound of excited kids headed to the pool. I liked this room a lot. It was ver clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best I had at a hotel breakfast bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was great, the shuttle service was fantastic and staff was very nice and helpful. Two minor details were that the pool could have been warmer, at least for the winter months and while the selection and quantity of breakfast foods was great, they could have been kept warmer. We enjyed our stay. The hotel is located in an office park, set back from the street. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. We stayed in a spacious 1BR suite. The hotel is located near a grocery store, the mall, and several restaurants. Breakfast the next day had a bit of everything. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suite in Portsmouth NH. The hotel was great, the service great. Can't find a better deal when dinner, drinks, shuttle service and breakfast were all included. We will revisit this hotel again and again. GREAT VALUE Great hotel

After 15 hours of driving and attending a dear friends funeral we were greeted at your hotel by a very friendly and professional woman. I only wish I could remember her name. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding. The young lady, realizing our bad day could not have been more helpful. Everything was just fine. My only complaint is the breakfast should include a few more healthy and nutritious selections. There was no low-sugar cereal with high fiber (e.g. some kind of bran flakes) and no nuts to add to cereal and oatmeal. Also, some whole grain breads and/or pastries would be nice.

The stay was great, staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice with full kitchen and separate bedroom and two tVs. The fireplace downstairs was nice with it in the 20's outside and there is a little shop next to the check-in counter that has all your basics even some extras for beverages. Parking was ample. We would stay there again.

Over all very pleasant stay. Room good location to areas attractions ,very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in am nice . Need to double check room cards at fist they didn't work had to go back to desk to front desk to reset. Young man at desk very professional helpful young girl at desk could have been better. Would recommend to all.

Room was fantastic after a day of shopping in Kittery. Shuttle service was a great perk to use for dinner in downtown Portsmouth. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Walls are a little thinner than other hotels I've stayed at but for the little time we were in the room, not a big deal. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful QUIET hotel. Great soundproofing! Fabulous breakfast buffet, close to all of Portsmouth's amenities. I will definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend this hotel and go back whenever in the area. The staff was very friendly, explained what's included upon check in and where the gym, pool and complimentary breakfast are located. A flyer of local events was given with the shuttle info to bring you to/from the events, or just downtown, between the times of operation. We had theatre […] tickets for an event not on the list, and they still accomodated us by shuttle. The ph#'s and local delivery spots were also given. The hotel was welcoming/cozy and clean. We had a suite with a kitchen, living room and bedroom, which was very affordable and it is super close to downtown, a $10 cab fare (if you plan to come back after the shuttle stops). Five friends shared a suite with 2 queens and a pull out couch for a ladies weekend in Portsmouth and Ogunquit. The room was very clean and comfortable. Felt brand new. Breakfast downstairs was nice. Front desk employees were professional and helpful. We were all very happy with our stay.

All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful- from the moment we checked in until our departure. The front desk was more than accommodating, the shuttle man was helpful and the breakfast staff kept everything in order. We had a wonderful stay with awesome service. I would recommend this hotel!

was there for a bachelorette and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful, the pool was good and the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Very comfortable place to stay. Love the fluffy pillows and king size bed. Only issue was the thickness of the bath mat--very flimsy and thin. I know that's nit picky, but it's the only thing I could think of that was not positive! I like to step out of the shower onto a bath mat that is comfortable and fluffy...that's just me! This hotel says it is dog friendly. We needed to pay $ 100.00 for our very well behaved Standard poodle to say for one very short night This may have been Expedias problem because we were told we needed the $100.00 as a security deposit in case of damage and we would get the money back I think a truly dog friendly hotel might charge a fee but not […] $100.00 a night , I write this for dog owners ,The room itself was very nice. We were looking for a place to stay for our trip to Portsmouth and Water Country. It was very conveniently located and even had a free shuttle to downtown Portsmouth. The room was perfect for our family of four. The bedroom was separate from the living area (though the bathroom was inside the bedroom) which was nice. The kids had the pullout sofa and […] there was plenty of room for our needs. The kitchenette was very handy too. They had a great hot breakfast each morning and they even had a light dinner (and beer/wine for the parents!) served during the weekdays. The pool is on the small size and there is no hot tub, but it served it's purpose for the kids! Nice outdoor basketball court. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again! requested early check in as we needed to attend a wedding in the area. Got to the hotel at 2:45 .... check in is @ 4:00. Our room was not ready. They rushed to "clean" the room and we finally got in at 3:15. After a mad dash for the 3 of us to get ready we made it to the wedding with 5 minutes to spare. Very disappointing not to have the room ready […] - we were only an hour "early" .... people checked in before us, no problem; people checked in after us with no problem. Nice hotel for the price. Impressed with the complimentry dinner that's unherd of.not that bad either def saves some money. Stayed in the king studio was quiet and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids ages 9,10,13.comfy beds and clean room.minutes from downtown and about an half hr to hampton or york beach.def would stay again
