The first morning at the hotel was terrible. We were placed in what seemed to be an unfinished room with construction workers right outside the door. In the morning while we were still sleeping, we were woken up by one of them entering our room – really uncomfortable! Later we had no hot water and just a lot a lot of noise. great location, free parking nearby 24HR, great breakfast. the internet didn't work for the whole 3 days.....but they sent us to nearby hotel with wireless .... at the bottom line, great hotel!

The hotel locate 10 min walk from the city center. there is a lot of free parking just across the street. the breakfast was great! When I registered I look for hotel with free wireless. 3 days they had a problem with the internet but they let me to choose if I want to move other hotel with internet free of charge.

it is a good deal, there are few things to complain in this hotel, as room was big and comfortable, and service was good.. to the few problems: the hotel door was not easy to open at midnight with the magnetic card (I hope they fix it soon) and the surrounding streets at midnight are populated with hookers (this is happening in many places in Berlin […] and it is not hotel issue actually, but this might affect some people). Very close to the U-bahn and bus. But no annoying noise. Close to everything, and centrally placed. Hard to get in at the hotel as you needed to use the key-card because they close down the reception in the evening, and the door was very hard to open. Another quest came as I was trying to open the door and we tried many times with our key-card before […] we finally succeeded. However, these are things that can be improved. A group of 30 of us stayed in this hotel on a fairly boozy weekend - the hotel was great, the rooms were really clean and spacious, and the hotel were really accomodating of us.

Overall it was a good alternative to stay at B Novum in Berlin, we tried to access the wifi by smartphones but it didnt work. I went to the reception, the guy just told me he didnt know why, he said travellers with laptops the wifi works, travellers with smartphones the wifi wont work, he said “I dont know“ like 6-7 times.

You can not trust the reception and they are not help you in any case !

We booked a quad room; this consisted of 2 sofas made into beds and a double. Initially we were worried about this but the sofas were plenty big enough for adults and were extremely comfortable (they converted properly). The room was huge, had a small kitchen area, including a fridge, kettle, hot plate and microwave (although no equipment to use) and […] had a dining area and large balcony. We paid for a buffet breakfast which was lovely and set us up well for the day. The local area had coffee shops and other shops but not much in the way of restaurants. The Bulowstrasse U-bahn stop was opposite the hotel and the U2 line took you to every major area of Berlin or linked you to another U or S-Bahn. A great choice! Skaityti daugiau

The rooms are large and of a very good standard for a price which is not much more than budget in Berlin. Cleanliness is excellent, as is the bathroom. There are a few odd choices which detract slightly (single duvets on double beds, really cheap sticking cubicle despite the superb shower etc.), but overall anyone who doesn't hate slightly soulless […] décor will be very happy. The staff were very helpful once asked questions, but didn't tell you much before that. Be aware that reception is only open 6.00 to 23.00. You can't check in outside these times. Location is in Schonfeld, just outside the Mitte (in other words not quite city centre, but almost). Its right opposite a subway station and very close to shops and restaurants. Another review suggested the location is sleazy- I think they are wrong. Its right in the gay district, but not rough or even too much of a party spot despite bars nearby. The one big problem was sleep quality. The bed wasn't mega comfy, the rooms are warm and the electric blinds don't close fully so the room is not fully dark. If you're a light sleeper this mightn't be the hotel for you, but for most people it's a real find. Skaityti daugiau

Lacking in services, very sparse, but the rooms are big and pleasant enough. The location is good. I had the disabled room and the bathroom roll in shower was poorly constructed where it leaked out into the hotel room- about 10 meters away! It leaked to where the electrical extension cord with my laptop and cell phone plugged in were at- luckily I caught […] it in time and got them loose and nothing was damaged, but quite a disaster. I don't think I'd stay here again, not the level of service and facilities I've grown accustomed to, made me miss the Art'Otel I had stayed at the two nights prior. We stayed for a night , This place is close to airport around 10 euro for the cab. The hotel is in a residential area, we were really tired to explore around or walk. The bed and toilets were neat . Internet is expensive so we decided to use our map skills. In the morning i realized they do give 15 minutes free internet close to the front desk( they […] have 2 machines) . When I arrived at this hotel and checked in I was handed a card with my room number on it and a box ticked that said breakfast was not included with my room. I took out my confirmation, which clearly showed on it that breakfast was included, and showed it to the desk clerk. She told me that they would have to check into it and would let me know. She […] pointed to the restaurant and said I could have breakfast there, but would have to pay a charge of 9 something Euros for it. The next morning I asksed at the desk but was told that there was no word yet about breakfast being included with my room rate. I went into the resaurant and had breakfast, with the charge to be added to my hotel bill.. The following 3 days I had my breakfast outside of the hotel, at a considerably cheaper cost.. When I checked out on June 15th the young man at the desk looked at my bill and informed me that breakfast was indeed included with my room. At least I wasn't charged the 9 something Euros for the breakfast I had there the first morning. Why did it take the hotel so long to check about breakfast being included and why was I not notified that it was until my last day when I was checking out? Skaityti daugiau

It is not good the closest station of hotel is under maintenance. But it is still ok, the other train station is not too far away. The room is very big, clean and tidy. The counter staff are very nice. and it is good to have free wi-fi services.

The price is unbeatable and the staff were great! I got a HUGE single room -- unbelievable comfort and space. I literally felt that I was staying in a Hilton-ish hotel. I was so pleased with the hotel that I extended my stay there for four more days.

This hotel was simple but very comfortable, well decorated and soothing room. Our second floor room had a view of the elevated train station across the street- very fun. A few notes- breakfast was expensive, so we ate next door. They have a sauna and fitness area, which is nicely appointed, though a little tricky to find- but we didn't realize you had […] to pay for it separately. When checking out there was an extra charge on our bill- removed for us instantly when they realized we hadn't known it would cost anything. They simply said they should have mentioned it when we asked to use the sauna. One example of the great customer service. The front desk staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help us find places to eat, ways to go around town and information about sights. As I mentioned- right across the street from a train station. Also, 15 min walk to Potsdammer Platz- a great downtown area with shopping, nice restaurants, bars, etc. For us, the location was really good. What else? Internet wasn't free, but not too expensive. TV had CNN and BBC in English. The bed was an actual queen without a split in the middle! Though it had two small duvets. Ah, well. Overall, it was an incredible hotel for the price. It was one of the nicest places we've stayed in Europe- we are generally on a budget and even the few times we've splurged we haven't stayed anywhere nicer than this. Highly recommended. Very convenient to U-Bahn station (directly across the street). Surrounding area supports "oldest profession" later in the night. No Reception Desk service after 11PM, so anyone can come in off the street if the entry fails to close securely, or someone holds the door open for a working girl and her "companion."

Spacious rooms, meters from the metro station, good restaurants close by, practically unbeatable price. Negative - the breakfast buffet is a bit limited. Overall highly recommended.

Alt i alt et udmærket hotel med en god service. Rent og pænt over det hele i de store og lyse værelser. Savnede måske udskiftning af håndklæder. Mulighed for at lave sig en kop kaffe eller the på værelset, ville også have været et plus. Nemt at nå de fleste steder af turistmæssig interesse fra hotellet.

Vores ophold kom helt skævt fra start, da vores første nat var et værelse under renovering uden varmt vand og med byggestøv over det hele - hvor der lige var smækket et par senge ind.... IKKE OK!! Men som kompensation fik vi morgenmad resten af opholdet og dagen efter tjekkede vi ind på vores bookede værelse og det var rigtig, rigtig fint. Overordnet […] godt hotel med høj 3-stjernet standard! Fantastisk ophold

Hotellet har det der behøves til et ophold i byen, uden dog at være luksuriøst. Værelset var rent og pænt. Hotellet ligger lige op af B'ulowstrasse U-Bahn og kort fra Kûrfurstenstrasse U-Bahn. Det tager cirka 15 min at gå til Poztdamer Platz/Sony Center. Kvarteret minder om en rolig udgave af Nørrebro med indvandrer butikker. Vi havde et fint og roligt […] ophold på hotellet. Virkelig godt hotel med gode store værelser samt god bynær beliggenhed. Og ovenikøbet lige ved siden af U-bahn-station. Her får man noget for pengene. Eneste anke er, at morgenmadsbuffeten er lidt kedelig. Til gengæld fås den til overkommelig pris, men man fristes hurtigt til at finde alternativer ude i byen...

Rigtig godt hotel til pengene, også set i forhold til beliggenhed, som var meget centralt - kun 3 stop med tog fra Potsdamer platz.

Wir (2 Erw, zwei Ki-17 u. 13 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, diese lagen nebeneinander. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und sehr geräumig, Gegenüber ist eine U-Bahn Station, die man absolut wegen der guten Verglasung nicht hört. Mit der U-Bahn sind wir in wenigen Minuten zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren-das […] war absolut klasse. Wir haben ein 5Pers.Tagesgruppenticket gekauft und konnten so innerhalb der Zone AB das ganze Verkehrsnetz Berlins nutzen. 'No-nonsense' hotel med udmærket morgenmad og underjordisk, aflåst parkering - begge til rimelige priser. Værelset var stort, lyst og rent. U-bahn lige udenfor døren og Potsdammer Plats indenfor gåafstand.

Dejligt og stort værelse med godt badeværelse, som kun ligger et stenkast fra metrostationen Bülow St. Bestemt et godt hotel, hvis du skal opholde dig et par dage i byen og ønsker at bo centralt og tæt ved gode spisesteder i byen.

Hotellet ok men Hotels.com kunde ha meddelat att frukost inte ingår i priset...

Ok værelse, pænt og rent. Men når man kom ind i receptionen og på resten af hotellet lugtede der helt vildt råddent, den lugt varede ved.. Føj! Book for Guds skyld ikke dette hotel, det ligger i er meget getto agtigt område og langt fra centrum.
