Excellent front desk staff, great customer service. Room was clean and spacious. Fireplace was incredible. Close to highway and shops. If ever in the area, will definitely stay here again!!!

The only issue was the air conditioner was a bit loud which made it difficutbto sleep but otherwise it was a nice stay!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. It was very convenient to the interstate but you could not hear any road noise from the interstate or nearby highway. The continental breakfast included an excellent selection of cold and hot food items and beverages. My only complaint was that I could occasionally hear the guest walking around […] in the room above me and I could hear people in the hallway outside my room. As other reviewers have noted, the television in my room was ancient. However, I do not book a hotel room based on the type of television so this did not negatively affect my impression of the property. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Skaityti daugiau

This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The indoor pool was nice size,clean and well kept. They supply all towels at pool area which was very nice. The breakfast was great. Sausage, eggs, bisquits and gravy, toast, muffins, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, potatoes, coffee and juice. The room had a full size fridge, two burner stove, dishwasher, full sink, […] pots and pans. Had a good stay...the only complaint was that the fold out bed linens was missing a pillow case...other than that, no major complaints...quick call to the front desk and all was taken care of. Kids loved the pool...it is indoor! Breakfast was pretty good, although crowded, but Cracker Barrel is next door if you want an option. Can't beat the bang for the buck for this hotel. Wineries and movie theaters, target, walmart, restraunts all within striking distance. QT is right next door, BONUS! Cont breakfast was fantastic and considerable variety, eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, jam/jelly/butter, OJ and Fruit Juice, 2% and skim milk, waffle maker, waffle toppings, coffee.. […] very nice! Room is furnished with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner smooth top oven/stove. Hotels.com unaccurately said that bathtub was jetted however, no room in this hotel has that. Hopefully, hotels.com has fixed the description. Has indoor pool and hottub, however the hottub wasn't quite as hot (I like 103 or 104 F.. it was probably 101, most likely due to reduce hotels liability)I would like, but hey, felt good anyways! Pool area has towels so you don't have to use you room towel. Fantastic, willl use this hotel again!! Not sure I will ever use a non-furnished hotel room again. Skaityti daugiau

Suite is partially divided into two rooms. The flat screen TV on its dresser formed a room divider and the TV rotates to be viewed from either bed or LR/dining area. The kitchen has a 2 burners, sink with disposal, full size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher (which the maid will load and/or run for you!), coffee maker and toaster. Enough dishes […] etc. for 4, pots and pans, bowls, etc. to do simple cooking. Quick/frozen meals available for sale in lobby. Plus full breakfast with lots of hot items as well as fruit, cereal etc. We've never stayed at a "suite" hotel more fully provisioned. Excellent staff! And complimentary complimentary popcorn! Great breakfast! Stayed in a 2 bedroom which was very roomy. King bed was fine, queen needs to be replaced (sinks in the middle and super creeky). Need to vacum under pullout bed and couch itself better. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was outstanding!

There is an O'fallon, IL so be careful when making your reservations. O'fallon, MO is the site of this hotel on the west side of St. Louis. Very convienient to the interstate. Nice pool, a little chilly. Easy access to restaurants.

I WAS VERY INPERSSED WITH THE RESIDENCE INN . THE ROOM WAS WONDERFUL AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN .

Pleasantly surprised - very nice - very quiet. Hot breakfast buffet was good also. Only complaint is the soft economizer shower head - made it very hard to get shampoo rinsed out of long hair.
