The hotel is worn, the door and the windows in our room did not close tight. There was noice from both the street and the neighbors. The bed was unconfortable, there was a bad smell in the room. We asked for an iron and an ironboard, it was not possibill to borrow at the hotel. The only possitiv we can say abaut the hotel is that they serve a good breakfast. "Dissapointing in all aspects"
We booked one night as a part of a nice road-trip and the disappointments kept coming through the night. Below are some of them -poor service in the reception -behind the curtains there were no windows in our room - beds were very hard and no proper bed linen - filthy mat -no water pressure in the shower -very poor insulation, I constantly woke up […] from neighbors showering, flushing the toilet or passing by in the corridor -2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel! This was amazing, there were crowds in the stairway as people got tired of waiting for the elevator. -the included breakfast turned out not to be included and this point we both (we had separate bookings) decided to leave the hotel immediately before it took more energy from our great vacation trip. This hotel was in the best part of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The major problem was that the room air conditioning wasn't working and the staff didn't seem to be surprised - this problem was reported by others too. Unfortunately, this led (due to the temperature) of having to have the window open during the night which was very noisy […] - traffic noise, garbage collection, roosters crowing and dogs barking at 3 am.... very disturbed and unsettled sleep! The breakfast was served in their underground restaurant and it was an extremely busy cafeteria-styled process... buffet style. The service and food was disappointing. We couldn't find coffee cups for our table and the food was so-so quality. Too much of a breakfast rush to process properly. Other than the air conditioning/noise problem and food. "Being in the centre is all this hotel offers"
Hotel was nice on first sight. No parking left in the hotels car park so be warned, phone before you arrive as parking is not so available in Andorra. The hotel is clean and well situated in Andorra. Looks when entering are a little old but we were welcomed with a smile which is always nice. The room was very big and had lots of light, The beds were […] clean and comfy to sleep on. However our room had extensive water damage so looked very ugly. The bathroom sis not have a shower curtain so the floor become like an aqua park (BE CAREFUL). The restaurant was very old and offered only a buffet for dinner. This was most disappointing, there was very little selection and most meat seemed to have a lot of fat on it. The waiters/s were not too attentive either, they really were not interested in laying our table. All in all this hotel is ok for a weekend if you intend to eat out. It has a roof top pool and minimal spa facilities. It however is not worthy of its 4 star rating. In my books 2-3 stars would be more like it. never before was I so disappointed with a so called 4star hotel. Very run down , nusty room , poor and unfriendly service , pool very dirty. ther's nothing positive I could write about this hotel at all. Total waste of money !

This hotel is located in Central Andorra with easy access to the shops. Rooms were clean and fairly big with two double beds. The Buffet Dinner is to be avoided as pretty expensive, 15 euros, food is horrible

hotel trop vieux probleme d humidité parking trop petit places trop petites et pas asser de places , part contre le personelle est très bien à l'écoute de tous et les tarifs sont trop cher voila . j'ai vraiment était déçu pour un quatre étoiles

No funciono uno de los ascensores durante todo el puente de Semana Santa. El jueves por la tarde de hecho no funcionaba ninguno de los dos ascensores, teniendo que subir y bajar seis plantas a pata. El viernes por la tarde tuvimos que reclamar en recepción que pasaran a limpiar la habitación, pues cuando volvimos a las 17:30h aun estaba sin hacer. Todo muy bien, aunque las señoras de la limpieza insistieron mucho para limpiar la habitación, haciéndonos levantar de la cama para evitar que abrieran la puerta. Del mismo modo, la bañera no estaba muy limpia....

Ya lo conocíamos y lo escogimos porque está buen situado, en la zona del casco antiguo de Andorra la Vella, pero a un paseo a pie de todas las tiendas y además tenía un buen precio.
Entrée à paritr de 17.00. Pas de wi-fi disponible pendant tout le séjour. Pas d'instructions à l'entrée du parking. La télé ne marchait pas. Pour avoir la téléccommande de l'air conditionné il faut le demander á la reception de l'hôtel. Enfin, un vrai hôtel 4 éftoiles.....

Hôtel propre, bonne situation, proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux... Dommage que le parking soit complet très rapidement (cela dit il y a un parking sous terrain à 200m environ) et que le personnel ne parle que très peu le français.

parking de l'hotel hors de prix (15 euro pour une nuit!) et encore faut i arriver tot: les places sont minuscules du coup les clients en occupent deux....et vous vous débrouillez avec ce qu'il reste!!! Sinon très bien.

La situación es muy buena. En cuanto a los servicios decir que la comida estaba bastante bien y había mucha variedad, la limpieza y conservación del hotel era bastante buena, la única queja el wifi, que funcionaba muy mal y que solo podías ultilizar con tu propio ordenador o movil ya que los ordenadores de allí eran de pago. El parking eran 15 euros […] el día, algo excesivo aunque la zona azul de la calle era más barata pero había que salir a pagar cada dos horas. La zona del Spa y el gimnasio tampoco estaba mal. trés satisfait de cet hotel, personnel agréable, chambre propre, buffet copieux, rapport qualité prix plus que satisfaisant. seul reproche la salle de fitness n'ouvre qu'à 10h, j'aurai bien voulu y aller avant le petit dej !
L'hotel manque d'aération chambre et restauration,service technique pas rapide (téléphone).Fermeture desactivités(salle de sport piscine) trop tôt.. personnels non bilingue mais on a passé quand même un beau séjour. Produis de 1ère nécéssité dans la salle de bain et petit déjeuner complets.

Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado un fin de semana en este hotel, es muy correcto, la habitación limpia y ordenada, eso si el mano del aire acondicionado no estaba y el minibar fuera de servicio, pero por lo demás muy bien. En la zona es casi imposible aparcar, cuando llegamos no tenían plazas libres, esto puede ser un inconveniente.

Был в этом отеле 2-й раз. после 2005 года.все осталось на прежнем отличном уровне.Только номер был с окном в "колодец".

Maten smakade inget och ger intryck av att inte vara riktigt fresh men ganska bra urval. Äcklig brun filt istället för ett täcke med påslakan. BUUU. Saknade Internet i rummet. Annars var det helt ok.

Concernant le personnel, rien de particulier à part au petit dej quand on se lève 2 minutes on peut voir son assiette pas encore terminée disparue. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre mais le technicien nous a ammené la télécommande de la clim donc 2ème nuit plus agréable.Petit dej copieu, beaucoup de choix mais à trier (ex: viennoiseries). Le spa […] : assez sympa mais vétuste, trop de chlore dans le jaccuzi , la moindre éclaboussure brule les yeux, les jets ne fonctionne pas tous ... (pas attirant, il faut vraiment avoir envie de se relaxer) D'ailleur parfois il fuit et nous en avont fait l'expérience par une petite innonation dans l'entrée de notre chambre, nous avons essuyé puis placé des serviettes au dessus des dalles de plafond pour éponger en cas de nouvelle fuite (ce problème à l'aire assez habituel : ils avaient vidé le jaccuzzi car il y avait eu une innondation dans une chambre). Au moment de partir, sur notre proposition, le receptionniste de l'hôtel ne nous a pas facturé le parking en répération du désagrément occasionné par l'innondation(15€ par jours) soit 30 € pour nous pour 2 jours. C'était la moindre des choses, et s'il n'avait pas fait ce geste, je ne recommanderai pas du tout cet hôtel... Skaityti daugiau

nous avons été déçu par le buffet du soir contrairement à notre premier séjour éffectué en juin dan le même hotel. par contre le buffet du matin est très BIEN choix pour tout le monde. La salle restauration est apparement en travaux et nous avons donc été surpris car en juin nous avions gardé le souvenir d'un endroit confiné pour le petit déjeuner du […] matin avec un éclairage tamisé mais là ce n'etait pas le cas tout est peint en gris clair avec un éclairage blanc et aucune chaleur.Sinon pour le reste rien à dire. Un hotel bien situé avec une bonne qualité générale
Un hôtel agréable et très joli, bien situé géographiquement . Niveau propreté , il restais des cheveux dans le baignoire, et au moment de se coucher , j'avais juste un draps avec le dessus de lit assez fin un peu juste même en cette saison ou les nuits sont fraiche !!

L' hotel est tres bien, grande chambre, piscine intèrieure, spa etc.., restaurant en buffet libre de bonne qualité, petit dejeuner plus que copieux, le seul point negatif est qu'il y a beaucoup de monde on à l'impression d'etre dans un hotel de parc d'attraction.
