Well located near shopping and Lumpini Park. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The gym could do with more equipment e.g rowing machine just to name one.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and the second time I am pleased with it. It is very clean. The pool is very nice away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Excellent, up to standards of Marriott, even got a drink as we checked in, staff were friendly, most importantly the hotel is very clean and comfortable, food was good both breakfast and supper. With very comfortable bed and modern deco, first impression was very good. Right at the centre of the town and walking distance to shopping centre and sky train.

I was totally impressed with this hotel. On my birthday a staff member came to my room and gave me a cake while singing "Happy Birthday." I never expected them to know my birthday, let alone go the extra mile and bring me a cake-which was a totally great surprise. People were so friendly and helpful and I will definitely go back again.

The hotel was excellent and I would definitely come back if the staff and the manager, Mr. Birdy is more open to hearing the guests complaints. My room was not cleaned till 3 in the afternoon, and that too only after I complained very strongly, did the housekeeping send somebody to clean it. When I tried to complain to the manager, Mr. Birdy, he tried […] t pin the entire blame on me accusing me of not hanging the " CLEAN MY ROOM " sign, which I had obviously done and also even if I didn't put it up, the housekeeping department is suppose to clean the room. It was only when I sternly told off Mr. Birdy, that he apologised to me and took the full blame on his dept. Also recommended a turn down service in the evening. The Hotel is conveniently located and, like other reviews, the local taxi/Tuk Tuk drivers were not always familiar with its location and sometimes surprised to see where it was actually located off of the main street. That added to my feeling of security knowing that an "American" hotel location was not well known. The hotel was very nice and the staff, […] as I have indicated in my review below, were very attentive in every detail during our stay and met all of our needs and requests with efficiency and enthusiasm. That brings me to why I rayed the hotel as I did. The room we had was a deluxe room which meant the concierge level in most other hotels. Unfortunately the room was not clean and could use a cleaning from top to bottom. While the shower stall was acceptable the remainder of the room was dusty, with "dust bunnies" everywhere. I did mention it to the housekeeping staff however nothing was done. We are not "neat freaks" and can tolerate inconveniences, etc, while traveling. This was a noticeable lack of attention to detail and, for the money spent, something like this should not be overlooked especially when a guest brings it to the staff's attention while there for 5 days. All in all we would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location, overall appearance and its well trained and responsive staff and the amenities offered. Skaityti daugiau

This was my 3rd stay at Marriott Suites in Bkk, and as in the past, it was a very pleasant one. The hotel's location and price range can't be beat, and the rooms are clean and well kept. A superb start to our holdiay, the services we used were excellent, stafff very efficient, friendly and happy to help and advise us. Thought hotel was going to be a little out of the main area, however we appreciated to quieter setting here and we could walk to Siam Square and the Skytrain easily. Marriott, as allways a good standard. Good deal by booking via hotels.com, ~only 60% of normal price ( if you book at reception ). 5 min. from skytrain and 15 min. walk to Siamsquare. My wife and I stayed here with our 7 year old son and were very impressed. It's a beautiful new hotel, in a great location and everyone on the staff was wonderfully gracious and helpful. The only minuses are a persistent mildew odor in the room, although this seemed to go away once we got the AC going, and the AC temperature seemed to fluctuate a lot. […] A small minus on comfort due to the design choices in the bathroom, which has a protruding corner on the vanity top I walked into in the middle of the night. It could not be any better. The staff were the friendliest most courtious peple I've ever seen. The room was 5 star all the way. Location is great, right by monorail track...Avoid the Tuk Tuks! For the price we paid, it's a steal... The best 4 nights of our whole trip.

book if you get a good price. staff firendly enough, porters do not bring your bags to the room which I thought unusual. Food in the hotel is pricey enough but lots of great places nearby. massage pricey too but just out the back of the hotel down the road to the park there are lots of places at a great rate and not seedy!

Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok exceeded by expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, location, condition, room comfort, and breakfast quality and selection. It was a great overall experience.
