The hotel was conveniently located close to the expressway and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has been recently updated. The breakfast was ready earlier than posted, which was a nice surprise. We going to go somewhere else for breakfast. I prefer a bathtub over just a shower. When I saw that there was only a shower in my room, I called the front desk to ask for a room with a bathtub and was told they do not have any. All rooms have only showers except for a suite that was occupied. I have never known of a hotel to have only showers?

Coffee pot in room was dirty. Mattress pad and sheets kept coming off the corners of the bed all night. Shower drain was so slow, by the time I was done showering, there was 6 inches of water in the tub. Very poor sound-proofing. Heard doors slamming, feet running in the halls and overhead all night. Breakfast buffet was poor. Hotel was full of guests […] and the staff was not prepared for crowd - no milk for cereal, out of coffee, not enough seating for all guests. Friendly, clean, and quiet. Front desk was able to get us in our room early, which was nice since we had run a 5K that morning and needed a shower before continuing with our day. Breakfast was a great selection of various foods. Filling and tasty.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk clerk. Upon check-in, I asked if the room had a microwave/refrigerator and was told no. I said it stated on the hotels.com website, all units feature a microwave and refrigerator, which is not the case at the hotel. Nonetheless, she was able to give me a different room that did have a mic/fridge but then it […] did not have a bathtub, only a shower. So I did not get the room I had booked on hotels.com. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and the pillows were not too big and puffy. The room did not get dark enough. Too much light came in around the curtains. The hotel is very close to the freeway, but no traffic noise, the employees at the front desk at check in and check out were very friendly and professional. There is a nice pool with a spa tub and game room. The pool was a little too cold for my taste, but the pool area was well maintained. Only real complaint is the seating in the spa tub. It is very rough, like stucco and as soon as I sat down it snagged the entire bottom of my swimsuit. I don't know why the seating would be so rough, so I don't recommend using if you don't want to ruin your swimsuit. If you're looking for a nice, clean, convenient and friendly property to spend a night, I would recommend this hotel. Skaityti daugiau

If you enjoy swimming in an indoor pool that is not heated this is the place to stay. I found that I was warmer when I got out of the pool.

Our septic and water went out on Sat and I needed to work Sunday night. I could not get professionals to repair the problem in time and turned to Hotel.com Great Hotel, lovely, helpful staff. Clean and bright. Internet was fast so I could get work done. Only drawback was that the room only had a shower and after such a stressful weekend, I would have […] liked to soak in a tub. Helt okej hotell, men ska man resa till Plover bör man ha tillgång till bil. Ingenting ligger egentligen centralt så man tar sig faktiskt bara fram med bil!Trevlig personal, fräscha rum, helt okej gym och poolområde, några affärer och restauranger alldeles intill hotellet. Bra, men ganska enahanda frukost.
