The hotel was great, the service was fine. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. After exploring Mt St Helens, we needed a restful night with a hot tub. Got exactly what was needed. The breakfast was very good.

We recently stayed at this facility with our entire youth basketball team. Nice hotel, rooms much bigger than expected. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Hotel staff especially Mel (front desk clerk) and houskeeping were very helpful and friendly. There was a problem with processing my room key, the manager was pretty grumpy and could not articulate […] the problem. However, Mel explained the problem and escorted us to our room and personally delivered the key when problem was fixed. She really went out of her way to help. Skaityti daugiau

We were expecting a hide-a-bed in the room. Didn't want to pay the 10 bucks a night for a roll away. So my kid slept on the floor. He'll live. He's young. Otherwise, no real complaints.

There's nothing really special about this hotel, but it's comfortable and quiet. I didn't use the pool; the fitness room is very small but got the job done. My room was clean. The heater was a bit iffy, seemed to make the room either too warm or too cold, but it ran fine. It was super convenient to stay in Battle Ground in visiting family. The rooms were clean, breakfast great, and a very enjoyable experience.

Other then the minor glitch during check in (apparently the on-line reservation had swapped my first and last times, so it took a little time to track it down!). We were in town to run in a local race and the hotel provided a relaxing a restful stay before race day.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, great room, great service. The location is a little off. There is just something a little odd about hotel sharing the same building as a mattress store. The room was very clean, but the hall carpet needed cleaning.

We had a several people staying at this hotel and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great - close to stores, just off Main Street, and quiet at night.

We enjoyed staying at this motel. The Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Quiet and family friendly. The pool area was very hot. The water was comfortable but the room was too hot. We would stay here again when in the area.

Everything went well. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed my biref stay. I was unable to take advantage of the free breakfast, as I had to leave early to attend a training session near-by.

The hotel staff are very freindly. The location is a littel out of the way, but the price is worth it. They are upgrading the loby and overall its a good place to stay for the price.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I was there for a wedding and so enjoyed the convenient location. Rachel was so helpful in anything I needed from shopping suggestions to dinner locations. My only complaint was there was no fan in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have after a shower. Otherwise I would certainly stay again and recommend to my family […] and friends. The hotel is newer and pretty clean with friendly staff. There are some minor repair items, but nothing major. Overall good deal for the money.

It was a very nice room... big, clean and comfy. We were not in the room much, other than to sleep, as we were there only one night for a "50th Class Reunion" nearby.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. The noise level of the hotel was low and throughout the night we could not hear other doors slam or guests coming and going. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide array of items to choose […] from. Our one and only issue was the TV in our room. The picture quality was very poor and many channels displayed awful reception. We reported this to front desk staff and they seemed very eager to quickly fix the TV. They thanked us profusely for notifying them. Overall, our stay was quite delightful. This will be our hotel of choice when traveling to Battle Ground, WA. Skaityti daugiau

We (me, wife, and 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and big. Bathroom and shower was nice. Got too hot in the room for me, but everyone else was fine. The pool is descent and towels were provided, which is nice. The hot tub was out-of-order, so I couldn't use that. Was looking for an inexpensive hotel in the Portland, OR area and this Best Western fits the bill. The rooms were nice and large, clean, etc.. The only issue was that since this hotel is so far off the beaten path that it appeared to not be fully staffed resulting a few delays.

Everything was great except for one bad problem........no exhaust fans in the bathroom. None in ours or our daughters who was traveling with us. We could hear other room with theirs on though so they must only have them in some rooms. We took the motel aware it was a ways off freeways and Portland where we wanted to visit. The hotel stay was great for 80% except that the Free WI-FI and the Business Center was the only complaint I had. The hotel advertise free wifi but yet when I try to log on, I was unable to connect. I was disappointed. I reported it one hour after I check in with the staff member at the lobby and was only refer to a number of the internet service provider. […] To make matter worse, the business center was out of service due to smut/porn being on the computer. I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of help and that the business presentation I had to do was incomplete and I had to go to the nearest Starbucks to pay for wifi in order to complete my business presentation. I feel that I had been cheated and I didn't even get an apology and the staff member didn't even off to help solve my problem. We were in Portland from Seattle for the open-heart surgery of my young nephew. After a long stressful day it was so nice to return to our hotel and be greeted by warm friendly staff. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated. We were able to get good rest before our return to the hospital. This place was way beyond our expectations. The drive was […] a little far from town but so worth it for the price. The breakfast room was clean and equipped with fruit, eggs, cereal, yogurt, sweet rolls and a waffle maker! Loved this place!
