Very impressed with the staff. My room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The only problem was the late night squeals and giggles accompanied by slamming doors from the room next to me. Oh well....girls just wanna have fun!

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast just ok - not great. But we loved the room and the location was very convenient. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Great place to stay for visits to Charleston. This Sleep Inn was a great find and great value. Extremely helpful front desk, lovely spotless huge room. Great facilities, huge shower with sink inside bathroom and to top it all, homemade cookies and drinks at 6pm in the evening.

We were central to most of the sites to see. 10-15 minutes and you were in the middle of things. I plan to return again. Great value, indoor pool.

Good place to stay if you just need an overnight hotel. Seemed clean and provided free wifi and breakfast!! Good price.

Very nice stay. Only dislikes I encountered were having to use one remote to control TV volume and another to switch channels, also the indoor pool was not very warm, and the breakfast eggs were folded instead of scrambled.

Could not find it with our GPS, so I called the hotel and they were very helpful in giving us directions to find them. Room was very nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Location was close to town and close to the wedding we were going to. they had vending machines on each floor and ice machines.

The hotel was very conveniently located near I-26 and near where our family lives. It is only about 4 years old and is kept in very good condition. The breakfast was hot and had enough variety to suit our tastes.

Was a quick over night trip. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and fresh, but felt like they had just finished cleaning the carpet as the carpet was still damp (I guess this could be counted as a good thing since they cleaned the carpet). I didn't get a chance to check the pool or the free breakfast. Staff was very nice.

I had no problems during my stay at this hotel. Very affordable, clean, and the location is great. You have less than five minutes travel to major mall or Interstate.

Hotel personnel was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and in everything was in good working order. The complimentary breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. Overall very good for the price!

In picked Sleep bc she was close to the convention center and the price was right. Their breakfast is a joke, staff friendly, phone line is a near joke, pool nice, mini fridge's only temp is freezing! My next stop was the charleston harbor resort and spaaaaaaaaa :-)

our stay was excellant was close to everything you would want to go see. it was the cleanest motel i have stayed in in a very long time. the price was very resonable. it even smelled extra clean. the staff was very nice and courteous. yes i would definetly recommend this moter to others. i will stay here if we ever travel there again.

Hotel was ok, nothing fancy. Typical mid-class hotel. However I booked the trip from Sunday through Wednesday and at check out was very suprised to find out there was a problem with my reservation. The hotel stated that expedia did not charge me for the last night of my reservation. The person at the front desk was rude, and used profanity when I asked […] to speak with the manager. There was no service recovery attempted by the hotel. The person at the front desk totaly ruined the experience. The person totally blamed the problem on expedia and offered no solutions to the problem except to be rude. When I arrived at home I called the the company's customer service number and filed a complaint. I then received a phone call and a letter explaining how they continued to blame expedia for the problem that occured. In addition they "attempted" to contact me regarding the issue. They had three days to contact me I never received such an attempt. I understand errors are made when making reservations however I should have been given the choice to seek a different hotel if I wanted to for that last night. This hotel practices bad business practices, Offers no service recover except to blame a third party. I would recommend NEVER visiting this hotel because the calibar of people they hire, from the manager to the front desk worker do not meet anyones expectations. This was a great place to stay when we were going to see a show at the coliseum. It was a short walk to the coliseum and I felt safe, even when walking home at midnight. The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no loud partying or noise after the show so we were able to get a good night sleep.
