it was a lovely hotel to stay in and when i eventually worked out how to work the wall lights it was great haha, slight noise from the nearby airport but it was to be expected, i would reccommend adding more milk or coffee to the complimentary drinks as i found there wasnt enough to make a decent cuppa.

Second time I've stayed here. The staff were very polite and helpful from check in to check out. Plus it's so close to the airport. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area again.

The hotel was clean and fine for an overnight stay, however we arrived late evening and the availability of food was poor and although the girl that checked us in and out was very pleasant some off the staff could have been more helpful.

This Holiday Inn Express does exactly what iit says on the tine! No frills or extras just a decent airport hotel. Only disappointment was the location. Its not on any bus routes or walking distance from either the train station or airpport so you have no choice but to use a cab. Cheap enough though.

Did not realise there was a hotel just across the road from the airport when I choose this one so was disappointed with my choice as we walked to it and it took about 15 minutes (walking past Hampton & Premier Inn). At least the taxi back in the morning only cost £3. Happy with hotel other than that

I used the hotel on a recent business trip and I arrived late evening and the staff were very helpfull and I was even able to get a bite to eat even though it is a limited menu

Comfortable, clean rooms. Ideal for short stay. Easy commute to centre of Liverpool and football stadiums. Would return again.

Overall very good, conveniently situated. Rooms clean and comfortable. Big let down was breakfast, arrived around 8.30 to find only one sausage left and no more to come !!! Party of around 12 followed us in to find only powdered egg to be had on the cooked breakfast on offer - disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. In the details, we were told we would receive 2 beds and a pullout couch. We received one bed, and a broken pullout couch. I basically slept on the floor. As well, the service was at a minimum. The location was approximately 45 minutes from dowtown Liverpool by bus. We visited family in Liverpool and they hadn't enough room and this hotel was very close by. It was a good size room , very clean and a great bathroom. The price was unbelievable too. Plus you get a breakfast as well. Thank you

Hotel is good including staff and services. The only thing i dislike about this hotel is breakfast. Breakfast is pathetic.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The location was a bit of a distance from the town centre (long drive on the bus!) Hotel was clean and airy, staff were friendly, portions for the evening meals should have been bigger! In all, it was great to get away and stay at a nice hotel. Would do it again!

New clean and comfortable hotel used as an overnight stay before an early flight. Very good. Service was helpful ,24 hour bar and a decent complimentary breakfast which was unexpected and started at 4 am ! All round very good value .

A good option if you have a flight to catch in the morning. It would take twenty minutes to walk to the terminal, but the taxi fare is less than £4. Good stay, helpful staff. Room very clean, excellent facilities. Breakfast good and plentiful. Second stay at hotel. Wasn't expecting to have to pay a deposit of £60 on arrival, this was refunded on check out. Will use hotel again as excellent price for Liverpool. On arrival was worried with it being a Saturday (8:12:12) night with the rowdiness and wanted to move rooms as we were rooming next to a group of young lads And my partner is 34 weeks pregnant, the staff were fantastic and promised us a comfortable stay. To be fair it wasn't that noisy through the night.

stay was fine, all staff very helpful & pleasant but was a bit disappointed that the bathroom was fitted out for a disabled person i:e the mirror over wash basin was at waist level for me!!!! Made it awkward, other than that ok. Would stay again.

The hotel itself was over all acceptable. Clean, tidy and in a good location and booked via hotels.com the price was great. Couple of faults though. The interior of the room kettle looked like some one had been mixing cement in it (I kid ya not!) and the meal I ordered was inedible. Relaxing and comfortable night before flying off on holiday. Nice meal and glass of wine in bar.Hotel booked me a taxi for an early morning start. Very helpful staff.

The Staff were not very helpful, and 3 people sharing a room that was designed for 2. We got a better welcome from fellows guests than the staff.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful in lending iron and ironing board, calling taxi's etc. The room was cleaned daily. Only slight complaint was there wasn't any bacon on show with the breakfast, you cant have a fry up with out bacon for a hangover cure. :) But on a serious note, certainly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again […] in the future. The only issue we had was finding the hotel by foot... There are no signs from the airport and the map from the booking was pretty useless too!

This is brilliant hotel. Located conveniently near to Liverpool JL Airport and easy access to main roads towards Liverpool central. The hotel provides everything it can, and the staff is absolutely brilliant. Breakfast was not so luxurious if you'd expect, but it was included in the room rates and served well, particularly if you are in rush. The hotel […] provides free car parking, but you might not find a space easily if you arrive late. All in all, the hotel works well, and does its job perfectly.
