Woodbine Hotel and Suites - Torontas

This hotel looks clean and modern, but in the room they have chicolet sized pillows, no blankets, and an air-conditioner that has two settings- cold and colder. The first floor room we had looked out over the breakfast dining hall but with nothing but sheers on the window- welcoming in the 6 a.am crowd to your room.

This time the room was very small. The breakfast was very plain, scrabled eggs were cold and tasteless. There is only one toaster for six people wanting to toast there bread at the same time. we will not stay there again !

We had a great time at this hotel. Arrived very late, happy that we were in a close location for easy check in. Short stay but most enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. We'll be back.

great place. marble floors and decor very nice. my room could have been vacuumed better....window wall side of the bed still had remanents of last visitor

Great stay. Location of the room in the hotel was not great. It was on top of the lobby, and there was a party going on in the lobby until midnight and we had to get up at 4am. Even after we called down to the desk to ask them to keep it down. Other than that it was great.

Upgrade the outside because you have a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The beds are great and the interior is elegant. Staff was polite and courteous. Price was fantastic for Toronto area. Area north of hotel was a bit rough at night but race track is right there and real nice.

The room was nice and clean but there were no extra blankets or pillows, I had to ask the front desk for an extra blanket. The breakfast was great, I would stay here again because it was close and convenient to the Racetrack!

No privacy curtains on window. 1 facecloth. Marks/stains on marble floor that looked like old vomit. No occasional chair. Pillows sized for infants with no larger ones available. No assistance with luggage in or out. Light bulbs out. Cable TV did not have basic channels viewable in that the channel (for example CTV) had so much static and "electrical" […] interference it was non watchable. The room was pretty good over all. I especially thought the cleaning staff was excellent! Very polite and helpful.

The room was clean and nice. The room was cool and we needed another blanket and towels but we just had to ask. Nearby restaurant info would have been useful but Tim Hortons is close.

front desk staff should at least APPEAR to be friendly and approachable,take some lessons from cleaning staff. they at least seemed to be happy to be there !!!!!!GREET YOUR PATRONS WITH A SMILE you are supposed to be gracious hosts

It was an inside room, the window faced a banquet room. Felt like a fire trap! We had to switch rooms, because it was so warm.The cooling unit would not work. I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 2.5 stars. The rooms were large, clean, and the staff was friendly. We were even upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area. The only negative aspect of this hotel is the surrounding area. I travel alot to many FIRST Robotics events and when I discovered the Woodbine years ago when it was known as the Park Inn I knew I had found the best bargain in ALL of my travels. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Mississauga.

Hotel was very nice,room was very clean.For the price i pay on line it was well worth it.Only thing i can complain about is the complimentary breakfast is at 7 am ,by that time anyone staying thats got to get to work cant enjoy it.

$20 for Shuttle each way to YYZ, Also waited 50min after I called, even though they told me 20 min. They also told me wait for Sky Shuttle and Skyway shows up, how would I have known? They never told me about the fee until I got to the hotel and they said I should have asked. Next day I took taxi, $19.50, same cost as the shuttle. breakfast is absolute […] joke, bread (no toaster), coffee (no decafe), jam and that is it. So YYZ travelers, add to the hotel fee $40 for the shuttle and you will be better off at another hotel close by. oh, the room was cold when I got in, good that the heater was working and was able to heat the room comfortably. For a budget hotel it was worth the money. The decor was a little worn but It had a nice breakfast and staff that helped out when asked.

Beautiful decor throughout the hotel - very strict on check in time (3pm). The bed wasn't the most comfortable but those are my only complaints. Everything else was wonderful!

Very nice complimentary breakfast served. Includes scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, toast, coffee and lots of different types of teas. Rooms were clean and spacious enough.

The guy at the front desk was not pleasant. He told me I came to check in early for only 4 minutes before 3:00 !!! Did not say a word for the guests checked in before me. Service was not bad. Room was not bad...

I like the good rate for the hotel they had beautiful rooms. However this is my second visit and I didn't get my king size bed that I requested in advance, They did give me a cheaper room however. I stayed for 6 days and the breakfast was the same everyday,looks like leftover scramble eggs and sausage,everyday. Broken finger nail with red nail polish on the bathroom floor was on the bathroom floor, everyday i go out the room gets cleaned but the nail was still there. had to asked for wash cloth everyday. We arrived late and were 'bumped up' to a Junior Suite. Very nice....too bad we were only staying 4 hours before our flight. However, no face-cloths, no SOAP!!!, a clock that did not work #down to the front desk at midnight to wait for an exchange# and you had to hop out of bed to turn off the lights... put a damper on the brief stay.
