Hotel itself was comfortable but we were woken up by ventilation fans banging and humming before 5am. No further sleep! Because we had booked and paid through an agency and not direct the hotel would not implement its satisfaction or refund guarantee. No manager was available over the weekend and the reception staff were uncaring and unhelpful.

We stayed here while attending the funeral of a friend. The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel is quite new with very nice size rooms and comfortable beds. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairly new and perfect for the price. They don't have a lot of services though. Room service end really early even on weekends. You just have to make sure you have stuff with you.

Stayed a weekend while looking at area for a possible relocation. We got there early (before normal check in time) and we were able to check in to our room which was nice considering we had just driven 5 hours. Staff was very nice and informative. Work out area was small but very effective. About the only thing I can say bad was the pool was very cold. […] Was hoping for warmer considering the winter weather. It is a very clean hotel. The staff friendly and unpretentious what we like very much. Breakfast good. We truly recommend this hotel as a stop going from north to south, very close to highway.

We spent a very comfortable night at the Winchester Hilton. I was however very disappointed to find the hotel rate lower than the hotels.dot com rate.

Overall the hotel service is great. It is clean, staff is very helpful. At breakfast the service was quite slow, though. Other than that, it was one of the best hotel experiences I had.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and inviting. However the building was built poorly. We stayed on the 3rd floor and unfortunately the rooms were not insulated well because we could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the hallway; doors shutting, guests talking, vacuums and cleaning staff conversations. Nice! Very clean and relaxing. Quiet with a nice business center. Myvhusband and I were able to get great rest before continuing our road trip. Free wireless in our room. Only wished Winchester had more choices to eat late.

This facility was well kept,clean and friendly. The front desk staff was courteous and when faced with an issue, did a great job of immediate service recovery that any of us would have been proud of. Our one night stay was as good as it could be. The beds were very comfortable and roomy (queen size).

I enjoyed the Hotel stay, very comfortable! Cleaning service is very conscientious, however would prefer they clean the room, if staying multiple nights, until after 11:00 am, if possible? Thank you!

Quite simply put, it was perfect. Service, cleanliness, comfort and VERY affordable. Using Hotels.com saved me about $40 and the Holiday Inn was, as it usually is, perfect.

They go out of their way for you, the only thing they need to do is put decaf coffee out in the morning. They have free coffee out every morning in the lobby but they do not have decaf saying no one asks for it. You can get decaf in their restaurant but that doesn't open until 7am.

This hotel and its staff were exceptional. We had booked a one night stay in a king room and my parents were also staying in this hotel. Heather checked us in early and was very polite and friendly. She asked if we had a floor preference, and I asked to be near my parents' room. She put us two doors away from my parents on the 4th floor! The room was […] clean, but I only gave a 4 out of 5 because there was a jar of salsa in our mini-fridge. Other than that, it was great. I cannot imagine a better value in a hotel within the local area. This HD is extremely clean, up to date safely located, food and others right next door. If you are looking for a room for a day or a week, this IS the place to stay. The room was spotless, quite, roomy and comfortable. The only complaint one may have is in regards to the bed and pillows. […] The bed was a touch lumpy but still comfortable. The pillows are those little half pillows, which have a lot to be desired. We stayed here en route to Myrtle Beach and were very pleasantly surprised! Relatively new hotel or newly renovated at a great rate with clean rooms and facilities. There's a restaurant on site but many other restaurants nearby, plus, some decent shopping within a 10-15min. drive. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and […] well laid out with a coffeemaker (complimentary coffee also available in lobby in the a.m.), microwave and fridge. Also, the entire hotel is smoke-free and the location is right off the highway! The hotel also has an indoor pool, gym and ample free parking. I was there unexpectedly due to a family emergency. So I had my 2 young children with me as well. It was CLEAN. It was NICE & the service was very nice as well. Bonus was that there was a Cracker Barrel nearby as well.
