We had a pretty good stay. Room is kind of small but clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Pool and lobby were nice.Not that close to Bangla street but managable.Overall good place to stay.

Overall the stay was very comfortable- this hotel is very close to the Patong Beach. Like any other IBIS hotel worl wide, there are no bell boys and there is no room service. However the hotel is a bit far away from Phuket Airport.

Great location to the beach, but hard to find the hotel when we were driving. The bar staff were very friendly and nice. The pool and massage services were convenient and one of the best parts of the hotel. We also appreciated the free wi-fi.

Good hotel for the price and very conveniently located near the beach and other amenities. Small room but still ok. the Chef is excellent and we ordered a few times before we left and everything that we ordered was excellent.

A very welcoming, clean and a nice play is what i can describe IBIS Patong, Phuket as. The whole experience was fantastic. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel met my every expectation. Great recommend. Plz always have it listed on Expedia. Thanks

Hotel was OK location . About 6 minute walk to beach. However downside they don't provide room service . So you have to collect it yourself from downstairs. The room is so small ...you feel like your stuck in this little hut . Even when you open the shower door there is no space for you to walk through . However the staff was really good . I wouldn't […] recommend staying there because you don't feel relax at all . Sometimes after a big tour day ..its nice to come in a spacious room an relax .. but I didn't get the feeling from Ibis. Hotel Ibis staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were adequate for our stay however I did find the beds fairly hard for my taste. The location of the hotel and surrounding facilities, eg grocery supplies, banking, restaurants, taxi services were excellent. Super Cramped Room, Extra small Bathroom (only size zeros can manage to take bath), Waiting for Check In, No towels available, Rude Staff. Expensive Room Rates. Over all a total turn off experience. There are better hotels in the surrounding areas.

It's not bad when you have many outdoor activities. If you want to stay here with children, it's not good choice because a room is small and a swimming pool is also small.

I can say this is the good place to stay... Not only the service is good, the price is within affordable range. The only thing we want to highlight is, even we book for non-smoking bedroom, the trace of cigarette odor still can be smelled. Nice place to stay!

Entrance and bar/bar/pool areas looked very fresh and new on arrival- however the rooms were very minimal to say the least. Not at all a continuation of the flow in reception. Great massages by the pool side team

Great location,good restraunt,pool and bar.The room was tiny and the bathroom was very small shower no tub we didnt spend that much time in our room anyway.The staff was great,5 minute checkin hotel was very clean.Over all a great value I would definantly stay Ibis again and would recomend to anyone staying in the Patong area.

Great hotel, close to beach,and shopping centre.The staff were friendly ,had some super spa treatments cant remember the guys name at spa but he was was very good at Thai Massage.I have stayed at Ibis hotels in France and New Caladonia they are always consistant with their standard of service.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and its friendly reasonably priced and away from the madness of Bangla Road..However one small complaint booked alarm call for 4 am to depart for airport and it was forgotten .If cab driver hadnt rang my room at 5 am I would have missed the plane and Ibis would have had to pay !!!!!! The best part about this hotel is that its in the heart of the city and hence you're not wasting time commuting or spending on transportation costs. Everything is a stone throw's away. The main mall Jungceylon is walking distance as well as patong beach. To top it all the hotel offers the services of a 3-star at a very low price. I really enjoyed this hotel it was quiet and the rooms were great. It is only a short walkl to beach and easy to get to all shops and other surrounding hotels.

The hotel is very modern and has all the convenience you need in a hotel. The pool was great and the breakfast buffet was nice. It is a bit of a walk to the major night life but very close to the beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful at the hotel, and spoke enough English for us to communicate. The foyer and room was always clean, and we had many great meals at the restaurant downstairs. Stayed 12 nights at IBIS in Patong. Overall the stay was great, staff were friendly and helpful and the price very affordable. The only problem was the bed was really hard, however after a few nights we got used to it. The rooms are not huge but big engough to stay in for a holiday. Overall great experience and would stay there again.

I was disappointed by the large "security deposit" I was hit with on arrival despite having prepaid in full. The rooms are very small and I am glad I was travelling on my own. House keeping staff seemed to arrive at random times throughout the day to clean the room. I checked out one day early and was questioned rudely and repeatedly by the staff at […] the front desk about why I was doing this and then it took about thirty minutes for this to actually be processed. The staff in the bar seemed to be bored most of the time and it seemed like a big effort to get a drink for a customer. The long corridors echo every noise so they can be quite loud. 결코 싸고 좋은 호텔이란 없습니다...다만 지불한 숙박비 대비해서 얼마나 좋으냐겠죠...전 이비스호텔의 숙박비 대비 좋은 호텔이라 생각되네요 잘 놀다 왔습니다...주변의 좋은 호텔은 금액이 비쌌고 저렴함 호텔은 시설이 많이 부족하도군요...그럼면에서 본다면 이베스호텔 만족스러웠습니다 ^^

처음에 도착하였을 때는 약간 실망하였지만 시간이 지나며 주변 거리와 볼거리들을 돌아 보며 호텔 위치가 가격대비 적당하고 좋았습니다. 특히 해변과 가까워 수영복에 타올만 걸치고 가 저렴한 파라솔과 비치의자를 빌려 여유있는 해수욕을 즐길 수 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 사람도 적당히 있고 지금도 그곳의 기억이 생생하네요.

Les points négatifs : Les chambres de bases sont petites. Les lits petits. Très peu de rangement. La chambre était propre mais pas le balcon au niveau des fleurs (préservatifs, sous-vêtements...) Il n'y a pas de quoi apprécier un long séjour. Le frigo est petit et fonctionne mal. Nos toilettes étaient bouchées dès l'arrivée. Au moment où j'écris ce […] message (juin 2012), des travaux étaient en cours dans l'hôtel, c'est assez désagréable de se faire réveiller de cette manière. Les points positifs : C'est proche du centre et de la plage à pied. La piscine est agréable. Personnel sympathique. Il y a le WIFI inclus et des ordinateurs disponibles pour surfer. 酒店位置也算方便, 夜晚附近也有很多食市 房間沒有牙刷, 拖鞋的 大堂提供free wifi, 房間則要付費 整體來說也算是物超所值

합리적 가격으로 충분한 편안함을 준 호텔이었던 것 같음 다만 빠통 중심가에서 북쪽으로 치우쳐 정실론이나 방라까지 걸어서 여유있게 10분은 잡아야 할 듯 해변은 가까우나 빠통에서 해변에서 시간을 보낼 이유는 별로 없었음(까타라면 모를까...) 룸은 작지만 전혀 불편하지 않았고 깔끔함. 텔레비젼이 작은 것이 조금 아쉬움 가격대비 추천할 만한 호텔

酒店離巴東海灘只需走十分鐘路, 但離市中心及大商場便需十分鐘車程. 酒店房間簡潔, 小露台可望內園泳池, 景觀不俗, 但房間牆壁太薄, 隔壁及走廊太傳聲, 睡不太好.
