"Fraser Fraser"
Fantastic service apts, centrally located close to Dashji metro, very friendly staff, very helpfull. Stunning view, food was also very good. Definitely worth staying...
"Great Hotel with Nice Location"
The Fraser Residence is a very nice service hotel. The beds are nice and the rooms are clean. The view from our room is very nice specially at night. The only downside is that there is only one bathroom for the two bedroom suite. The staff was very helpful with all our inquiries. There is a small restaurant in front that serves good Szechuan food. "Great for family travel"
We travelled in three ( mum, mr, husband) and stayed in the two bedroom apartment for seven days during Chinese new year! The service was great- we had family dinner on Chinese n y eve and entertained ten people - the hotel staff brought extra chairs and tables over for us! Location is good too- close to two metro lines, 3 min walk to hua hai Lu, 15 […] -20 min to people square and nan jing Lu. We have stayed at the Fraser many times and will continue to do so. It's a fine hotel and an excellent location with easy access to shops and services....the breakfast at Element Fresh is a real bonus.

Great handy location to the Old Town (easy 5min walk), short couple of blocks to the metro, staff very helpful in locating a driver to the airport on our last day (too many bags for a taxi). Most staff spoke good English and the breakfast each day was very good (Western) with many choices and very reasonable cost. We really enjoyed having a two bedroom […] apartment with all our luggage (family of four traveling around the world for 4+ weeks) and the washing machine and dryer in one. I arrived at the hotel at 8am. Desk wanted to charge me an extra day due to a supposed check in time of 2pm. After my compliant I asked when did a half day extra charge start. I was told 9am ! By then it was 8.30am so I paid the extra 1/2 day. I had not experienced this in Shanghai apartment hotels before. My flights from Australia normally arrive at […] 6.30am. However after this rocky start I must say the apartments were great. Little bit of street noise even on the 20th floor. But staff were very helpful. One important thing. "Fraser residence shanghai - good value for money"
I am fortunate to have stayed in two different rooms due to a flight delay and come to realize something that I wouldn't have known about the hotel. Overall, I was initially worried about choosing this hotel because of some bad past reviews; primarily because of feedback about traffic noise throughout the night, and the staff's bad command of English. […] But my experience there has totally unfounded these concerns. I have come to realize that the traffic noise is only becoming an issue if your room is facing the main road, else one could hardly hear the traffic noise at all. And the staff's command of English language is acceptable. I would give credits to staff as they make an effort to communicate with us in a language foreign to them. I would say that the hotel's good location is a big draw to tourist, and it's proximity to famous landmarks, shopping belt and the subway train would continue to attract me to Fraser Residence. "Nice place, but sound proofing needed"
Due to the noisy hornings of typical shanghainese bus and cab drivers 24 hours a day,... the apartment should seriously consider sound proofing its room & glasses to provide a more comfortable stays for its guests.... other than this, it was a reasonably good residence.

"Great Location, Too Much Noise"
The location and services for this hotel are fantastic. We stayed for four nights and we walked to People's Square, Sien Tien Di, the French Concession, Hu Hai Road, for shopping, the Bund, etc... It really is an outstanding location. One problem, and it's a major one, the noise at night from the cars honking their horns is constant. The first night […] I had to check which window we had left open because the windows don't seem to provide any sound barrier at all. We were on the 10th floor and couldn't sleep because of the noise. We had a colleague on the 21st floor who had the same problem. The noise is so bad that you cannot sleep which is a shame because otherwise this hotel was great. Skaityti daugiau

Nice size apartment. Great value. Good location. Front desk staff totally unhelpful and some quite rude. Don't seem used to tourists. I assume most of the guests are renters? The breakfast restaurant was good. The website needs to adjust what is offered - there is no buffet and the voucher is for one person. We booked for 2 adults / 1 child received […] one breakfast. Thel hotel was quite nice. However, they could do a lot to improve their informational services to their guests. For example, they were unclear how to get to the Expo by metro and when I wanted directions on taking the Maglev train, they just advised me to take a cab. They offered no information on sights in Shanghai nor any tour opportunities.

Das Hotel hat ein herrliches Ambiente, sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich. Restaurant Freshelements im Haus ist super. Internationale Küche, Swimming Pool, Billiard, Businesscenter mit PC und Drucker, WLAN im ganzen Hotel, tolle Aussicht, moderne Einrichtung, Taxi vor der Tür, zum Bunt 10 Min. Fahrzeit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

위치가 매우 좋아요. 근처에 10분거리에 쇼핑할 백화점도 있고 그 백화점 지하에 슈퍼도 있고 신천지까지는 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 인민광장이나 난징동루까지도 기본요금택시이용가능하고요. 프론트직원이나 짐 수탁해주는 직원도 친절합니다.
