This is a beautiful property and we had a great time. Food was delicious. My only complaint was the lengthy check out (35+minutes) and I'm still not sure it's all correct. They were eager to correct bit each new print out included some additional incorrect charge. Made my lasting impression less than desirable.

My stay at the Novotel Airport Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is less than five minutes from the airport. The hotel operates two airport shuttle buses during the day and one at night around-the-clock (24hours). Never did my wait for the shuttle exceed two minutes. My room, a twin-bed deluxe, was very comfortable. The shower is quite large and relaxing. […] The hotel was very serene and tidy. My only negatives is the mattress was a little too hard for me and the desk clerk should inform you during check-in that the snacks inside of the fridge are not free. A very nice hotel. My family including my wife and two small children stayed prior to the early morning departure. The website doesn't let you select more than one child in a room but there was no problem. The staff and service were excellent. We'll definitely stay again!

Upon check-in receptionist aske me to fill in my contact details to the form incl email address. Then I became to know that I have been included to te A|club programm without ny concent. And started receive email ads from A|club. Unsubscribe link never worked so I filled in contact form asking Accord hotrls to stop sending me ads. Reply was that my […] membership was deleted and no further messages will be sent. Nevertheless ads jept coming. I sent another message to which reeuved the same reply. No worries, ads keep coming. Only stayed for one night prior to returning home. Service from hotel staff was first class. Transport to and from hotel was prompt and efficient. Excellent buffet and lunch and evening. Relaxing area at poolside. Hotel cleanliness was second to none.

Big modern hotel very close to Hyderabad airport with loads of facilities (good spa, good gym, restaurants etc). Hotel provides a free shuttle bus from International Arrivals. While the hotel is good the restaurant food are "too Indian". I went for dinner and all the food are Indian food (except for one seafood casarole). It is also the same for breakfast.

Went in at 14:40 Hrs to Check in, Had to wait an Hour before I am alloted a room, No Morning Newspaper for the Room, I had to make 2 calls and waited till 11:00 AM to finally receive one, never receivd newspapers thru out my stay:( Concierge & In room Dining Experience were GREAT :)

Hyderabad traffic is terrible: I took a 5 am shuttle for a 7:20 flight and had lots of time (my colleagues left their hotels in town at 3 am!) The hotel is clean and comfortable and everything works. I have stayed at a number of Novotel Hotel's around the world. I have stayed at this hotel before. I have always been impressed with this facility. This stay was extremely dissappointing to me in two ways. I made the reservation on Hotel.com and the hotel staff tried to tack on additional charges at check out. It took a call to Hotel.com to straighten […] this out. In addition, I requested a taxi to go the the Taj Palace and the concierge tried to rip me off. First they didn't get the taxi, as I requested. Then they tried to sell me the services of the hotel car (I understand the scam here....use a hotel car instead of a taxi and jack up the price) But it didnt stop there. Then he said it would take 30 minutes to get a taxi. When I pushed back on this he tried to say that I could pay any rate I wanted for the hotel car. When I quoted a rate below the taxi rate....a taxi showed up. Long a short, he tried to rip me off. A Novotel Hotel is too high of a hotel chain to pull this kind of ripoff's If I would of had time I would have complained to the manager. People should be fired for this kind of service.
