We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The toilet could have been higher for taller people.

I chose this hotel because I had read a few reviews claiming that the beds were more comfortable than most hotel rooms. I was not disappointed...the bed was absolutely one of the best I'd slept in away from home. I always bring my own pillow, as you just can't sleep the same on a different pillow, but I found that the hotel's pillows were a great combination […] with the bed and in fact, were better than my own pillow! The room was very clean, and the shower was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem I had was my own fault...I left a small suitcase in the room. When I checked out early in the morning, I stayed in Montgomery for another 8 or 9 hours...until about 4-5pm. Surely by that time, my suitcase had been found, but when I called, there was no note left by housekeeping and the staff were all gone for the day. So, the next day when I called, it was indeed there, and I had to drive two and a half hours to pick it up, as I needed it quickly. Housekeeping should have notified the front desk and turned it in ASAP, and then they could have called me before I left town. Skaityti daugiau

Our stay was basically fine. The hotel was clean and well located relative to our needs with a friendly staff (most of the time). Two problems we encountered were a luke warm indoor pool, which was a disappointment since that was one of the primary purposes for choosing this property, and an erratic Internet connection, which was frustrating to us (staying […] on the 4th floor may have contributed to this problem). This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was a nice size and very clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. The only negative aspect was many of the items on the breakfast Buffett were out. I would stay at this hotel again!

We just needed a nice clean room fairly close to somewhere to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and there were restaurants a plenty. Would stay again if in the area.

Originally booked rooms at different hotel but after reading reviews I cancelled and decided to with Comfort Inn and Suites....... because their reviews were pretty good. I was satisfied with that decision and will keep Comfort Inn and Suites in mind next time I'm in town.

Pleasantly surprised. My expectations were to get a nice clean room, but I received a room that looked brand new and was extremely comfortable.

Upon arrival the clerk was sweeping the floor while offering assistance lacking professionalism and not friendly. The room that I was assign didn't have the arrangement that I requested.( a sofa ) and was told that woulld be an ugrade. We enjoyed our stay there very much. It had my 3 biggies: good shower, comfortable bed and quiet. It also had a very good hot breakfast.

First time I have been disappointed with a Hotel.com stay. I had paid extra for a "suite" with "queen size" beds. This was not the case. The "breakfast" was not much better. We even had crickets in the bathroom. Over priced for what we received. We will not stay there again.

We chose this Comfort Inn based on a great experience the night before at the Comfort Inn in Lake Charles, LA, which we also discovered through hotels.com. Great staff, great amenities and a guaranteed smoke-free environment made this hotel choice a no-brainer.

I did my research, and it paid off. This was one of 6 hotels I had to stay in during a recent trip, and it was very nice.

We were very pleased with the hotel's condition, cleanliness, and comfort. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped direct us to local attractions. The hotel was very close to the interstate which is a plus for people just traveling through, but if you are staying for more than a few nights it did make for a higher noise level at night.
