This hotel really tries to give you all the amenities you want at a great price. Room was comfortable and clean; fully stocked kitchen; free laundry (who does that?); hot breakfast 6:30-9:30am + continental @ 4:30am if you have an early flight; light dinner Tue-Thu; pool & hot tub. Customer service was superb...friendly, responsive, helpful and genuine. […] They're also smart about where they spend their money, which keeps costs down for guests. For instance, cleaning is available on the weekends only if requested. (You can always pick up fresh towels from the desk if needed.) We arrive late in the evening about 11 pm, tired from traveling, and long work week, we thought, Thank Goodness, we can get a good nights sleep. The front desk, wakes us up at 4 am in the morning on a Saturday! OMG! Everything as expected except breakfast. There was "something" in a chafing dish that was round, off-white and looked like a dirty sponge- I'm guessing it was some kind of egg product but I was too scared to try it

We were visiting our grandchildren in Albuquerque. They came over one day and were playing in one of the bedrooms and found two empty vodka bottles. We also found a child's tooth on the living room floor as well as someone's fingernail clippings on the couch. I am not sure how often the air filters are changed but the air conditioning vents had black […] soot around them, this was an indication of the level of cleanliness for the rest of the room.The grout in the bathroom was starting to turn black in many areas (it is a white tile bath/shower). We arrived on a Thursday evening and left the room around 11:00 am to visit. We returned to the room around 4:00 pm to find that there was no maid service done on the room. I called the front desk and was told that I could pick up clean towels from there. When I went to get clean towels, the lady wanted to argue with me about how many towels I needed. This appeared to be a fairly new facility, but all the evidence points to no one caring about the facility or the guests. The staff rarely acknowledged us as we came and went from the hotel. If you wish to have maid service on the weekend, you must make arrangements with the front desk prior to 5:00 pm on Friday. This information is located on a small card in the rooms. Easy to miss when you check in after a long flight or drive. This was a very disappointing stay in a hotel that was so new. I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Skaityti daugiau

We were initially put into a handicap accessible room, but the girl at the front desk quickly moved my family and me to another standard suite. The room was clean and well kept. My only issue was the shower grout was missing or black in a few places and there was quite a bit of hard water build up on the shower head. Lastly, the pillows were mediocre […] in quality at best. I attempted to call the hotel for directions and to confirm our late arrival, unfortunately when the staff answered they were abrupt if not rude and then proceeded to immediately put us on hold for five minutes and then hung up on us. We found our way to the hotel on our own, which was not easy, and let go the seemingly rude treatment on the phone. […] Unfortunately we were greeted with the same rude, abrupt, treatment by the same young lady who we had spoken to on the phone earlier, Marcela. This staff member probably is not the best fit to act as the face of customer service for this hotel. It tainted our view of the hotel and made it very unlikely we will stay there again.. I enjoyed every minute at Staybridge, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast the best, from all the other hotels I stayed in. I recommend anyone who needs a good nights rest to stay here and enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning!

Awesome hotel. We stayed here for about a week (Oct. 14-19, 2012). Clean, great breakfast convenient to highway and airport. Did not hear one planes take off or land (we stayed on the side overlooking the pool). Comfortable beds and living area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We asked the desk clerk to replace it with a new toner cartridge and she said they didn't have one. After about 15 minutes of trying to figure out what I was going to do, the desk clerk took the toner cartridge out of the printer at her desk and put it into the printer I was using just long enough for me to print out boarding passes. Breakfasts excellent, some evening meals very helpful (as hotel is a bit distant from conveniences). All the service people very courteous and effecient. The shuttle vehicle was handy when needed. Rooms adequate & clean.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The entire facility was well-maintained. We found it very convenient to I-25 and were surprised that we didn't hear any noise from the airport. We will definitely stay there again.

This was my second stay at the Drury. It's a very nice hotel that is easily accessible from I-25. The breakfast and "happy hour food" were excellent amenities and way above the average hotel offerings.

Close to ABQ airport so the surrounding area is a group of hotels. Right off of I 25. Downtown is only 4 miles. I 40 is 5 miles north.

It was great the room was close to the Airport and a great over night before driving home. It was very clean, and had nicer cabnite tops then my house.

It was an excellent stay, I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the morning, and slept well after a long drive. Thank you very much, Staybridge has excellent staff, friendly and most helpful.

We have stayed here before two times are were pretty satisfied other than it seems like the cleaning staff doesn't keep up with the general cleaning of the public ares of the hotel as well as should be the case. Particular issues this time - out tub would not drain (or drained so slowly that you had to take a bird bath). Called front desk and was told […] they didn't keep any maintenance staff on call so would have to wait until the maintenance people arrived at 7 AM the next day. Kind of a pain since we would have like to take a nice shower, but we lived with it and they were good to their word and had it taken care of early the next day. No shampoo in the room (had lotion and cream rinse, but now shampoo). When I asked the room attendants with their carts in the hall if we could get some shampoo, they said they didn't have any. Hmmm. Not a deal breaker, but odd that they'd put out cream rinse but shampoo.... The location is handy for us but we might look at one of the other hotels in the same block the next time. I reserved a simple room and ended up with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. Wish I was able to use it but I spent less than 10 hours in the hotel. Hotel is very close to airport and is surrounded by other hotels. There were no nearby restaurants that I could see. I liked that they offered down pillows. My master room had wheelchair access. This had an unfortunate […] problem. When I showered, the water ran across the bathroom floor to the closet area (in bathroom). This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.. Our stay started out by the idiot girl at the front desk (I think her name was Alayna?) giving us a room that someone was already in.. So after waiting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours we finally got a room.. Apparently the employees are allowed to bring their families swimming so of course the pool […] was constantly busy! The breakfast is a joke! No oj, soda machine was broken, the food was disgusting! Ifyou like cornbeef hash then your in heaven! The breakfast area was extremely overcrowded, and there was a mile long line for the one waffle machine every morning! We woke every morning to a loud awful noise out at the pool! The housekeeping is also a joke! All they do is replace towels and empty trash! We were there for 7 days and never once did they change sheets, vacuum, or clean our bathtub.. The room was OK at best. We were two people and we had to move the dresser in order for my husband to get to his side of the bed. The light wasn't plugged in on that side and there was no plug within reach of the lamp. Perhaps it should be billed as a room for one instead of a "Queen suite" Next time we will not pick this hotel.

I loved how spacious the room was. We stayed at the Marriot the 2 nights before & paid twice as much for half the size. I love that they have a free laundry room! It was so nice coming home with clean clothes instead of having to wash clothes when just getting back from vacation! Great Hotel!

Overall, good location, close to food and highways. Hotel is a little behind on maintenance, but adequate accommodations. Breakfast provided was good and varied from day to day.

However, when we checked in there were clothes from previous guest hanging in bathroom, no toilet paper, cabinet doors falling off hinges, bathroom towel rack barely hanging on the wall, and long screws holding together a desk drawer that could easily cut a person's hand/finger. This hotel was a sweet surprise. We needed a place with a full kitchen for a 3 day stay and this hotel fit the bill. Very comfortable beds and linen made the room extra comfy. The kitchen was tiny, with only a cook top and no oven, but that was ok as we were preparing only simple meals. The only negative is the breakfast. Not the greatest, but will fill you up. The fruit all taste like oranges. Other than that, everything else is excellent. Will be staying there when not at the B n B.

The hotel was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The size of the room was a bit deceiving and not really adequate for a family of four unless your children are little. The price was very fair overall however.
