The hotel is directly off of I-81 but the traffic noise is minimal. It is located in an industrial park, right next door to a state police barracks, and I was able to locate the entrance late at night without a problem. I was very pleased with the hotel & staff. The hotel was clean & quiet. Hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was clean, & the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel was off of the Interstate far enough that there was no noise from passing traffic. I will remember this hotel for future trips.

Everything went fine for my son and I. The room was kept clean and there was plenty of good food for breakfast.

We didn't know the area and had to take pot luck. The hotel was convenient to I-81 and clean enough. We had to take the handicap-accessible room as all else were taken. Okay, but nothing special.

Breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food, neat and well stocked. All personnel in the hotel were extremely polite and pleasant. The workout room is small but adequately equipped.

Everything was fine but, the comfort of our bed. The shower was average.

On arrival, the room we were given was not up to the level we had reserved on Hotels.com. After bringing it to the attention of the clerk it was promptly corrected to the room we had paid for. The staff was especially hospitable and helpful.

Hotel maintenance and appointments were way above average and it looked like a new facility although it is three years old. Breakfast included in the fee was also above average for choice and freshness. Staff were without exception courteous and helpful, overall a very good hotel experience.

Stayed going to/from Pittsburgh from Bergen County, NJ, over Thanksgiving. Rooms are clean and modern; so is the pool. Breakfast is satisfying. Good for my young teens. Internet is plug-in, not wifi, so Macs will have trouble... but there is a PC you can use in the lobby. Entrance to hotel is at the end of a road off of the main road so hard to find […] in the dark. I was staying there after a wedding in King's Gap, what i was disappointed with was there was no bar or restuarant in walking distance. The Hotel had everything mentioned in their room amenities section of their overview. Staffs were very friendly and helpful with directions. Customer dont run into oone another because it is so spacious that hardly lodgers ever brush by you. If anyone like a good and very nice place to stay, you will find it in this hotel. Although this hotel is in a neighborhood that is close to an industrial park, it was convenient, clean and efficient. Currently there is construction on route 81,which is very close to the entrance, and it's completion will enhance the convenience of it's location.
