Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Did not like the bedding...sheet, blanket, comforter all in one. Room was on the warm side even though temp. was turned down to 60, couldn't kick to top blanket off as you kicked everything off. The ad lists a restraunt...to me a restraunt is someplace you sit down, read a menu and then order. Everything about our stay in the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent except the mattress we slept on, it slopped to one side and needs replacing. Awesome breakfast included in the room price.

Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel staff were great, the hotel was impeccably clean, the wifi was seamlessly quick. However, listed in the amenities it says "free cable; free movie channels." First, the tvs were overly complicated to use and then the cable didn't work so there was no cable or movie channels. The hotel is tucked in behind the home depot and is very quiet. The breakfast cafe is amazing.

It was a great experience to stay in a Hilton at a very competitive price to other hotels that have not been nearly as pleasant. Good pressure in the shower, adjustable comfort on the beds, a nice breakfast, and 24 hour gym and pool. What an awesome place!!

All was wonderful except the beds. One side especially was very hard & uncomfortable, they are difficult to turn over in. We didn't find out till after we left that they were adjustable after reading others comments. It might be a good thing to make people aware of that & how to make the adjustments. Thanks

The room was somewhat nice and the front counter people were friendly. But the room wasn't as pictured. It appeared to be just stock photos from what I could tell. Maybe a little more personal touch is in order. Also, you couldn't close the curtains all the way, just a thin veil. The bathroom was nice and clean.

My only issue with the hotel was the beds. No one in my family liked the bed and as a result, sleep was tough on a 3 night stay.

The staff went over and above after having a mix-up with our reservation The food in both the restaurant and lounge was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we were in two different rooms) were clean, spacious and comfortable.

We were very surprised at how friendly the waitresses were in the restaurant and how great the good was. We decided to eat in the restaurant after driving around for an hour trying to find a place to eat. The food was fresh, well presented and delicious to eat. Thank you so much.

We stayed for two nights and used the shuttle to the airport. The hotel is very new and in great shape. The morning breakfast buffet was great and reasonable priced. It was nice to have free wi-fi and the room was terrific. We had a great stay.

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with all the amenities that one requires. Good restaurants nearby and an added bonus of a shuttle bus into town free of charge....which came in very handy. This was a little godsend as i found the local taxi service to be either overworked or undermanned. Have stayed in this hotel since new I see maintenance is not being maintained mens room in meeting room area needs a workover doors do not open and close properly. The firmness adjustment on one of the beds did not work. The complimentary coffee and tea were always empty. Enjoyed our stay very much. We were very impressed with our room. The bed was heavenly. The pool was nice, but the best part was that they closed it to kids after 10pm. It was open to adults 24hours. The breakfast was not included and we did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on it. They did, however, have complimentary Starbucks coffee in the […] lobby. While the overall appearance service was great, the one flaw all but ruined my stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was a huge dip in the mattress on the riight side in the bed next to the window. I so looked forward to getting a good night sleep after running around the city with my UGF freshman niece . Nice people horrible bed):

Very enjoyable. But one thing we would have liked was pay per view TV so that we could enjoy a movie - we had to get dressed and go to the local theatre and no one wanted to do that. But otherwise the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Every time we stay at a Hilton Garden Inn we are never disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again! I do wish they had a better pool but all in all it is a great place.

We stayed on the third floor of the hotel. The floors were constructed poorly as people walking in the hallways sounded like elephants on the loose. The soudproofing of the floors is not good. The other thing is the climate control system. The air conditioning is on or off. It was too hot when off and too cold when on. Lastly, the beds were not comfortable, […] even with the dial to set your desired firmness. My bed had a large depression in the middle. Moving out to the side of the divot in the bed was like sleeping on the side of a crater. Did not like! Had a bad night: sweating, freezing, too much noise in the halls, and a crater bed. Grumpy! The thing I love most about HGI is the smell of the freshly cleaned bedding, and that INCLUDES the bedspread. Nothing grosses me out more than an icky hotel bedspread. That is very appreciated.
