Used this hotel as an overnight stop from the ferry terminal before continuing on our trip. Hotel was in great condition, staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from.

This Hotel is great. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of selections. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

it was clean, staff was friendly.breakfast had lots of options , although more fruit or low fat items would be good. My only complaint was the room was way too hot

Good place to stay with kids, the one thing that really made a difference was the staff. Very friendly and helpfull, would go back.Rates on family rooms reasonable.

We were on a ski trip to Mt. Washington Alpine Ski Resort. Great location if you don't want to stay on the Mountain. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. Pool and hot tub was adequate and well maintained. Free breakfast was satisfactory and area clean. We had the King Exec Suite. The room itself was good for 2 adults […] in separate bedroom and 2 kids on the hide-away. Shared bathroom. Clean and comfortable. However, I do not recommend room 214. It is above the lobby and you can clearly hear the auto lobby doors beneath. It woke us up and kept me up, was not impressed. Also TV system lacks pay-per-view and the audio frequently glitches out on regular programming. Almost too disruptive to watch tv. (maybe the weather interfering with satellite?? 2 nice tv's with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. All very clean and well maintained. We will stay again without hesitation but not in room 214. It was a great room. clean and everything you would expect. When we arrived at shift change 11 pm, there was a car with a driver in the handicapped parking. This young man entered the hotel while we were getting out overnight bags. There was no handicap sign on car. We registered and I went and moved the Car. When I went though the lobby the driver […] was the new clerk on the desk!!!!! I was a little Stunned I thought early it was just some PUNK visiting a guest but to see this was the night staff....... We loved the pool/waterslide, so much fun for the kids! Our room was way too hot even with the air conditioning on, we'll be sure to sleep with the window open next time. Very impressed with the buffet breakfast!

Have stayed at this location on a number of occasions. Always impressed by the facilities and the friendly and helpful staff. The only area that I would like to see improved is the hot food offerings of the eggs and sausage. They need to be improved but the rest of the breakfast is very good.

I was a long time Best Western customer before I discovered hotels.com. This was the first hotel I booked through this site. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. There morning breakfast was one of the better ones I've seen (I travel 100 days a year so I see a lot). I would recommend this hotel!!

Suite was excellent lay-out although the hide-a-bed which my son slept on had a plastic covering. Body lotion had been used. Staff very pleasant. Was good value for money.

I really liked this hotel and will definitely stay there again but will bring my own pillow from home. The pillows are terrible.

Here for business. Great hotel. Very well maintained. Everything is new and maintained to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable. The only wish is that of a better breakfast offering for the hot food. Excellent facilities wit gym and pool/Jacquzzi.

Just a one night stop. Staff courteous upon arrival and arranged for a pack up breakfast for us the following morning as we had to leave early to catch the first ferry the following morning. Gym facilities were in very good order albeit just a few machines in a small room. Didn't use the pool but looked very clean and in good order. My one night stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, rooms very well appointed and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was also very good, plenty of tables and the size of the tables were good for four persons. I will stay there again if I have the chance.

Hotel is nice for family travels. Pool and Waterslide were a big hit. 2 "complaints" 1)Free Breakfast was totally shut down exactly @ 9:30am weekdays. For families staying at hotel in summer time this seems a bit early. Show up at 9:31am and you are SOL, and the room sits empty and unused the rest of the day. Why not extend time until 10:30am during […] summer? It was all families staying there, not business travellers (Waterslides arent big with business crowd). 2) Shaw Digital TV service was nice, but super frustrating to use as the guide on tv shows all the channels, but in reality only basic cable package was available. Needed to refer to laminate channel listing sheet to know what was available. Why not either program guides to show only available channels or subscribe to all channels? Just a thought. We only intended to stay one night but enjoyed it so much that we stayed for a second night. From the warm, friendly reception, to the clean, comfortable well-equipped room, to the excellent breakfast we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend it.

After a long drive, I had a very comfortable and clean room to relax in. The pool and hot tub allowed me to have a good night's sleep. I also like the fact that breakfast is included. I would come back here.

This was great - my kids loved the waterslides and I loved the hot tub! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We were in a room with a door for an adjacent room which we did not use, however, the sound of a man talking on the phone from the room next door was quite loud and annoying. Everything was excellent except the fact that the Saturday night we arrived back at the hotel there were no handicapped parking spaces available because of a car show. In fact there were no spaces available period. Individuals with no handicap signs parked in the spaces for the handicapped. The girl at the front desk told us we could park in the overload […] parking lot. If I'm handicapped, I should walk further????? Not a good suggestion. It seemed like a new hotel or possibly renovated. It was a very pleasant stay. Great food for the breakfast. Very comfortable beds. I would come back here for my next trip back. Free wifi came in good use to find things to do and eat nearby, on a late Sunday evening. Service by the staff during breakfast hour was very good.

the room was very nice, clean somewhat comfortable(pillows sucked) my biggestcomplaint would be that for a king suite it would have been nice to have real glasses to drink wine from not plastic(yuk). i have stayed at other chains and their suite had full set of dishes and cutlery
