The entrance of the hotel looks amazing but it's rooms do need a major make over. Bed is hard like rock and carpet was worn out. The location of the hotel is very close to the Sunday night market and about 15 minutes walk to the daily night bazaar. Very clean. Close hole in the wall family restaurants very delicious close by. Only negative was wifi very expensive to purchase through hotel but free around surrounding small restaurants.

Hotel is nice but room wasn't cleaned after the former guest and we checked in at 21:00, no free WiFi and it takes 15 min to get a taxi from the reception (but the taxi stands outside the hotel and drives you to the same price!). We had a very nice stay here. no problems, service was great, room was clean and comfy. and it is right on the center square. We walked to the Night market from there (not too far but not real close either) GREAT burmese resturant just down the street (to the right)

The lobby was spanking new and shiny, but the room and furniture old. Breakfast was so-so. Staff were prompt and pleasant though. Location is good, it's right along the main road, easy to spot from far. It is also very near the sunday market and night bazaar.

In a city that can be very noisy and crowded this place was a haven. The views of the city from our room on the 6th floor was great. We felt secure. The breakfast buffet was a good convenience for we two coffee junkees. 무척 좋습니다. 이 호텔을 여러번 이용해보았습니다만. 디럭스, 슈페리어 등급에 따른 별반 차이는 없는 것 같다는 생각입니다. 따라서 조금이라도 저렴한 등급을 선택하셔도 만족도는 비슷할 거 같습니다. 아침식사는 물론 동일할 뿐만 아니라 무척 만족스럽구요..

추가예약을 하는 바람에 일시적인 혼란이 와서 곧바로 체크인이 이루어지지않아 조금 혼란스러웠지만 약 1시간 후 체크인 후 모든것은 편해졌습니다. 약 1개월전 투숙한 이후 다시 방문했었으나 무척 만족합니다...강추합니다

지난 1년간 총 3회(토탈 5회) 치앙마이를 방문하였는데...다른 호텔과 마친가지로 매우 만족합니다. 특히 교통의 요지인 타패게이트에 인접하여 매우 편리하며 깨긋합니다,.아침식사도 주문에 의해 직접 만들어주는 에그스크렘블 등 좋구요~특히 수영장도 무척 깔끔하고 좋습니다...가격도 무척이나 합리적이며 대가족등이 이용할 경우 중간문을 트면 방 2개를 스위트 처럼 사용가능해서 더 좋았습니다...Very~~Gooooood!!! Place~~and Very Goood Servive!!

ロビーは改装されて綺麗になっています。部屋は壁とかが塗り替えられていてそれなりです。やや古さが目立つところもありますが気にしなければ気になりません。フロントの対応はとても気持ちがよく二日目からは部屋の番号を覚えていてくれて顔を見ると鍵を渡してくれました。朝食は良くもなく悪くもなくのレベル。部屋は一般的な広さです。ターペー門付近の滞在希望の方には良いのではないでしょうか。今回北向きに部屋で静かでしたが西向きのターペー門側の部屋は道路に面していますのでうるさいかもしれません。

明らかにﾌﾛﾝﾄ従業員と思われる方から へんな電話が あまりいい気分ではありませんでした。

夜中に変な電話が （部屋番号と名前を誰にも教えて いないので明らかにフロント関係者？） 翌日フロントマネージャーに こんなことは初めてですと クレイムを伝えましたが・・

Hotellet ligger fint i Chiang Mai og var billigt da vi boede der. Morgenmaden var dog så elendig at vi ikke spiste der selvom det var inkluderet i prisen. Når man først ankommer i lobbyen ser det rigtig lækkert ud, men så snart man kommer ind i elevatoren og begiver sig op, er hotellet slidt, lugter og alt er snusket.
