Nice rooms, extremely comfortable beds, amd a great staff. Large shopping center next door for in room groceries or a variety of restaurants. Easy walk to my office building site and easy highway access. Pretty, suburban area with lots of green space.

Very nice hotel! My only complaint is that they do not provide microwaves in any of the rooms. Regardless, it's a wonderful hotel!

could have been a bit better advertized to find the driveway to location, but everything was excellent...would like to stay there again when we are in the area..very clean and the staff was first rate. Great hot breakfast bar. I don't think ANYTHING was missing at that breakfast bar!! Will definitely use the heated indoor pool on next visit.

I stayed for one night going to an event in Baltimore. It was great proximity to the highway and only about a 10 minute ride to downtown and all of the venues.

I had a pretty good experience during my stay 2/8-2/10. My only gripes were the chinese food I found in my mini-fridge, and the fact that a room as modern as it was, did not not a microwave! I did not know that hotels without microwaves still exhisted! The room was clean (minus the food in the fridge :-/ ) , comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Thankfully, […] I did not need any assistance from hotel staff because whenever I walked through the lobby they were no where to be found. The hotel is in walking distance of a variety of restaurants/take-out options (i.e Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, etc. ), and a Giant grocery store. Overall was a good stay, I was doing a military move with my family and it was a rushed type thing. Your front desk during that shift needs better customer service.

My stay here was to visit a nearby company. The hotel was OK...nothing great. Beds were comfy but noise carried through the hotel making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Very friendly kind staff - couldn't do enough for us. Hotel is as good as it gets in this price range, clean, location was excellent for us - we were visiting my son who is at uni at UMBC about 4-5 miles away. The hotel is nicely tucked on the back end of a small strip mall.....nice restaurants literally in walking distance. Staff is uber nice. The room with the Jacuzzi......absolutely the best. Overal good hotel although location to highway made it noisy in the room.I did ask for a room on the quiter side not facing the highway but due to a group booking this was unavailable so if booking ahead ask as they seem to have assigned the rooms before arrival

My husband and I stayed here for three nights, we found the hotel clean, comforatable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast and guest laundry was an added bonus. Iwould not hesitate in booking this hotel again.

We were visiting family in the Baltimore area just after some hurricane-level storms had passed through, knocking out power to hundreds of thousands of residents and local businesses. Fortunately all was well at the Holiday Inn Express, which was nicely kept up, affordable, and quite comfortable. I can't understand why you would book an obnoxiously loud party, WITH a DJ from 9 until midnight into a room directly under sleeping rooms!!! Stayed at hotel for 3 nights with my 85 year old mother and 7 year old child. Very good location and clean. Breakfast was nice- something for every taste. Indoor pool was fun too. But, my mother and child both fell in bathtub while showering- very slippery (I bought a bathmat from store next day). The only problem we had with this hotel was that the scented cleaner they used for the floors (and to cover up the smoking smell from the smoking wing) bothered my allergies.

Our weekend was great. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable, all the employees were polite and helpful at all times and the breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was Sunday and Monday, July 4, there was no cream at breakfast. Might not sound like much but we do enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning with cream. Stayed there for US Open. Immaculate rooms, fantastic front desk service, very good free breakfast, walking distance to three nice restaurants, and nearby mall. Very fair price for such a newly built hotel. Would stay there again even if it wasn't that close to my destination.

This was obviously a newer property and everything was clean and fresh. Check in and Check out were hassle-free. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. My room faced the expressway so there was some early morning traffic noise. Decent fitness room with a see-through door so no safety concerns there. Convenient to BWI and to nearby areas.

Neat, new, and clean. Complementary breakfast includes eggs, sausage, and cinnamon rolls, with plenty of butter. Coffee was surprisingly good.
