absolutely terrible service! Wierd small pillows, non working hot tub & to top it all off, wouldnt budge on extra 1/2 hour ck out. Wife had to csncel appt. I dont usually leave feedback, but this place is not traveller friendly, stay away! Al, VA.

everything was great but 2 minor problems.i ask for directions to the hotel and the clerk was polite/professional but could not give me directions.upon arrival they felt bad and gave me a free lunch.finally when home i realized i had left my phone charger in the room and called the hotel back thinking they could mail it to me,i would pay postage but […] clerk seemed uninterested .still would stay there again. My family and I were surprised with how nice the room was. The only complaint was the low flow shower. There was no pressure at all. That being said it was still a very pleasant stay, and we would stay at this hotel again.

We had a very brief stay here en route to our final destination. I was left with the impression that this was an upscale Holiday Inn and we were very happy with our service. We liked this hotel. It was off the beaten path, but easy to get back and forth to the beach once we found it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to drive everywhere but found an excellent restaurant nearby that we visited twice for dinner.

kITCHEN HAD DIFFICULTY WITH TOWER AND COULD NOT PREPARE HOT MEAL, SANDWICHES OFFERED BUT CLOSED EARLIER THAN POSTED TIME. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IN AM WAS STILL CHARGED. bREAKFAST LIKE THIS IN OTHER 'LESSER" HOTELS IS OFFERED FREE. STILL OVERALL NICE

1. Saturday morning's breakfast. I paid $3.75 for oatmeal ($1-2. more than anyplace else) and there wasn't very much of it. 2. I called the Hotel about 4 hours after I checked out to say I had left a sweatshirt hanging in the closet. In fact, I called twice. I had requested the third floor when reserving the room in advance. Upon arrival we were tired and checked right in. We were given a room on the second floor with no view of our surroundings (shingles only) and since we were there for the Turkey Rod Run I wanted to look out the window and see my chevelle was safe. I immediatley called the desk and requested […] the third floor. They ask that we return to the front desk and we were then given a room on the third floor as originally requested. The room was clean and nice except the walls looked like they needed to be painted, I'm guessing they were repaired or patched. We stayed at this same Hotel durring the 2010 Turkey Rod Run and was very impressed. It seems to be going down quick for a recently built hotel. This Hotel was great. Very nice hotel, nice rooms. Even though the breakfast was not free, it was well worth the cost, the food and service was great. Really enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here only one night. But what we found was all good! It's convenient to Daytona Beach and shopping; it's kind of new - therefore clean and modern; the room was very large; and the staff was friendly. RECOMMENDED!

Have stayed at this Holiday Inn shortly after it opened and was impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of it. Checked in early enough this trip to take advantage of the restaurant. Great service there too, for dinner and breakfast. We will stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was clean. It was perfect for what we were in Daytona Beach for. I would recommend it for travelers who are not beach goers.

Loved this hotel. A definite step up from the practical HI Express. Everyone was helpful and friendly. This hotel in not directly on the beach which we liked. We enjoy the beach but also like the quite away from all the restaurants and shopping area. Will stay again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was fine for a quick stay, but wouldn't recommend it for vacation travels unless you're wanting to golf nearby at the LPGA course. The bed was not comfortable, there were no towels or water in the exercise room and the hotel is not within walking distance to any restaurants or shopping.

We have stayed at many Hotels over the years and I would have to say that this was one of the best stays ever. The comfort of the room and the area was just beautiful.
