It was just one night so not much to say. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast at 6 a.m. which is good. No refrigerator in room which I had hoped for. Although it was inexpensive, it turned out to be more expensive than the regular Holiday Inn where my brother was staying next door. A fantastic hotel to stay at if you need to overnight at Denver airport. Very clean rooms, comfortable and the staff were very friendly, even late at night. There were a few snacks available at all times in the dining room, you could get coffee, tea, cereals etc. with fresh milk and juices, great if you have just come in on a late flight. The vending items in the hotel are expansive. I paid for $1.25 for an 10 oz of bottled water. I can't find any water that are larger size in the vending machine. I would prefer if the machine offers a 20 oz bottle for a higher price instead such small bottle. The price for the hotel is reasonable in compare to other hotels of the same class in the […] same area and it included breakfast. The airport shuttle service is good with reasonable time intervals. Overall a nice stay. Breakfast options need improvement. Availability of shuttle on busy days is not great.

After a very stressful experience at the Denver airport, this very close by hotel was a welcome relief. Free airport shuttle and a great, free, hot breakfast as well as a comfortable bed saved my trip.

Very nice front desk staff and nice room. However, it is not a true suite in that there is just a half wall that separates the beds from the sofa area.

I stayed in this hotel after spending a day in the airport trying to get on a flight back home to Tampa. I read several of the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I booked through Expedia and then called the hotel to find out how to utilize the airport shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. The person at the desk was not the most friendly […] or helpful when I inquired about restaurants near-by, etc. My son and I were stuck without our luggage (which was already on its way to Tampa) and we did not have winter coats. I wanted to know if there was somewhere very close that we could have dinner or if we should bring food from the airport and the girl at the desk was very short and said "you will have options". We ended up eating at the sports bar and grill across the parking lot where we had a great, casual meal. Other than that...the room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable king size bed with nice bed linens. It was quiet, the shower was great, and had all of the aminities that we needed. In the morning, we had reserved a space on the 6am shuttle (make sure that you reserve early as the spots fill up fast in the morning!) that arrived on time and promplty delivered us to the airport. The breakfast buffet was not available that early, but my son was able to grab a bowl of cereal and hot coffee for me. We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express and would stay there again. Manager was wonderful and cooperative. We had an early morning flight and she even opened the breakfast room for us early so that we could eat something before we took the shuttle tot he airport. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

I flew in pretty late in the evening, so it was a nice and very easy place to stop and spend the evening.

If you're looking for a clean, nice place that's close to the airport.... this is the one. Cookies upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast that's fresh and offers choice. No complaints.

Brand new and great staff. Breakfast was also impresive. Good resteraunts and bars very close. Great for a short stay if you are needing close airport access or East Denver business.

I will never stay here again! There was a used bar of soap next to the toilet, a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain and "hairs" stuck to the shower curtain. Pretty gross!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST AT THIS HOTEL. CLEAN, GREAT BREAKFAST, AND LARGE BEDS. HOLIDAY INN OFFERS A GREAT STAY.

Two problems: couldn't find anyplace in the yellow pages that would deliver food. We were exhausted, or we would have gone to one of several restaurants nearby- but be aware that no one delivers!!! Also, the bathtub had dirt and hair in it, which was disappointing b/c I really wanted a hot bath! But it was otherwise clean in the room and bathroom. Close […] to the airport and they have a shuttle. Breakfast was free, and it's a good thing b/c all the hot breakfast items looked really gross! But the coffee was hot and we took some for the road. Alrededor no hay nada , pero es el precio que hay que pagar para estar cerca del aeropuerto , me gusta que tengan traslado gratis tanto a la llegada como a la partida .
