Enjoyable stay. The only complaint would be an unsettled night's rest due to a number of younger guests (aged 8 years +) running through hotel corridor(s) noisely until early hours of the morning.

Nice hotel, comfy room with good wi fi and a decent TV. Everything you need in the room. The cooked breakfast was the only let down as it was a bit dry (had been left under heater for too long). No problem if you had cereals etc.

First impressions here aren't great. The car park is tiny so you've got to leave your car outside Wetherspoons in what looks like either a half build or half abandoned 'retail park'. You then get to the hotel to be greeted by a sheet of A4 selotaped to the door saying that it is permenantly locked "for security reasons". You ring the bell and in you […] go. Reception is staffed by a team from around the globe (the locals must be too scary to employ) and are efficient. My room was on the first floor (or "floor 2" as it says in the lift???). This was good because it meant that it was further away from the fighting locals on the grass outside. The room is fine, decent bed, reasonable shower (no bath), flat screen TV etc. The eating area (you wouldn't describe it as a restaurant) is not the best - one large communal table and a few tiny two seater tables and the odd settee dotted around. The food arrives alarmingly quickly - two minutes from order to being on your table - that must be some powerful microwave they have! All in all it's just 'OK'. Skaityti daugiau

The staff at this hotel are so friendly that I honestly can't fault them. Rooms are much nicer than your standard budget hotel and are cleaned to an immaculate standard, my only criticism would be the cheap thin duvets..with such nice rooms and decor, it is a real shame the duvets are like soggy wafers. Breakfast is buffet style and there's plenty […] of choice, once again, the ever friendly staff make breakfast enjoyable and relaxed but the cleanliness is just faultless. Great hotel, Lovely friendly staff who took time to tell us when breakfast was served and to show us the night before where to eat it , and if we needed anything to just ask. The room was very clean and warm. We had ample room to sit and watch tv in comfort. The bed was comfy and the shower was superb however we feel we needed a slip mat. The location […] of the Hotel was right next to a wetherspoon pub, great for us as you can get great meals and drinks. We would definitly stay again and recommend the Hotel. The location of the hotel was convenient and the room was relatively clean. However: the bed was very uncomfortable; the thermostat in the room appeared to not have any effect on the room temperature (we were extremely cold). Breakfast was poor: the cooked hot breakfast was barely luke warm and of poor quality.

I was in the room opposite the fitness centre. Not good at 10.45pm when there was a load of banging. All I could think it was the people dropping their weights on the floor (NOT GOOD)

I arrived at the hotel & was allocated a room. There was no heating, the blinds of the window could not be opened as there was no facilty to operate it. There was no bulb in the deskside lamp & one of the bedside lamps had no bulb. I complained & was moved to another room & again the heating was not working. I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and had pretty decent amenities. Altogether a good stay, for what I thought was a very reasonable price. The only small downside was that there wasn't much in the way of decent eating establishments nearby.

Good value for a middle of the range hotel. One oe two places to eat nearby and a fairly quiet location. Good for a one night stopover

Check in and out was very slow it took a while to get attention at the desk. I also reported a fault with a desk light on the 1st night and it was not fixed. The shower tray started to flood after 5 min in the shower. This was report at check out so I don't know if this has been repaired.

Excellent Staff, friendly, helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Great breakfast selection. First class special needs facilitities. Would definately reccommend the hotel and would return and stay if visiting the area. The surrounding area is beautiful a great location to explore Nortamptonshire trreasures and Leicestershire as well.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Hotel. Good location with good eating establishments located around. JD Wetherspoons next door and an excellent pub across the road called the Chequred Flag highly recommended. The hotel reception were first class and the hotel was quiet clean and provided me with a very restful nights sleep. I didn't have breakfast […] so can't comment on this area. Would stay again. I didnt get much sleep as a high pitched tone kept me awake for moist of the night. I would not stay there again for this exact reason as I went away for a break and was more than happy to sleep in my own bed the folowing night.

The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and for the price I was most impressed. Breakfast had a large choice and was very tasty. Even though it is located on a retail park we heard no noise from the nearby bar.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean, yet comfortable. The rooms have everything you would want including wired internet, TVs with more than the normal hotel TV channels, plus complimentary body wash, shampoo etc.. the breakfast was good with a wide range of pastries, muffins, toast, cereals and a cooked breakfast buffet available also. Overall, […] it struck me like a budget hotel with a few premium touches to make it feel less like a travelodge. The real plus for me though, was the staff! Anton on reception was exceptionally friendly and cheerful and rang our room to check everything was ok, which was a nice touch. On coming down to breakfast, we were greeted by a very friendly blonde lady (I wish I had taken her name as she deserves credit for her welcoming and ever helpful manner) - the staff were really very helpful and made the stay much more positive overall. We stayed here on 28th September while attending a family wedding. The room was very clean and modern. It was also spacious and we still had plenty of room to move around even when the sofa bed was pulled out. Shower was lovely and the temperature control was easy. Iron and Ironing board in our room as well as plenty of towels, handwash and hand cream, […] shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (although we didn't have a kettle and didn't notice until we wanted a drink first thing in the morning!). There are plenty of different lights in the bedroom and we found it great to have the reading light on which is flexible and provided enough light to see although still allowed us all to sleep. Queen size bed and sofa bed where both comfortable and our twin almost 3 year olds stayed put all night which was a bonus!!! Complimentary breakfast was included which was fantastic. Again, clean and roomy breakfast area to help yourself too. Coffee, juices, cerials, toast and jams, bacon, sausage, beans, scambled egg and mini chocolate or blueberry muffins (oh and bananas, oranges and yogarts in the fridge). Had a lovely overnight stay prior to a family celebration. The Reception Staff on both cheking in & checking our were excellent. The room was spacious & clean. Would not hesitate to stay again

I had a great at the Hampton in Corby. Although its not an obvious choice for a weekend getaway, my partner and I had an excellent time in the surrounding area including Rutland Water, Rockingham Castle and the pretty towns of Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham. The staff could not do enough for us and were very happy to store our bikes within the hotel […] (we didn't want to leave them locked with the car). The breakfast was fab and we appreciated not being turfed out of the building before midday - it meant we could have a proper Sunday lie in! Will be back again next time we're in the area! The hotel looks nice from the outside and has some parking which is good. The hotel entrance hall is also clean, bright and modern. The staff were very polite and we were in our room quickly. The room was simple, but nice and clean. The only real faults were the terribly uncomfortable mattress and view.

I was very impressed on entering the hotel room allocated. I have stayed in many hotels all round the world, and can honestly say, this room was one of the nicest, attractive, stylish,modern, and every comfort available. I would have scored 9 out of 10 for this room (rare for me). Care is needed throughout the hotel to keep the corridors and other areas […] well vacuumed. The bathroom was really good, but the water did not clear from the shower tray! some Hotels are now using soap dispensers hung on the wall - the ones here were dripping on the floors and into the shower tray,not good! The hotel was really nice. Spotlessly clean, modern and all you could want of comfortable hotel. Location was fine, quiet and plentry of free parking around 'free' breakfast was poor,sausage was 90%bread or cereal...horrible!! so we left it and crossed he road and ate at wether spoons for just £5 each. Very impressed - large comfortable room with excellent en-suite. Free internet connection in the room. Nice self service breakfast. check out at 12.00 (important for me). good car parking. The location may not be great, but it was certainly convenient for me.
