Had my son's birthday there! The pool was wonderful and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was fantastic!

The shower had a high pitched whine which continued even after the pipes warmed. Needed to stay a few hours after 11AM checkout but was told I needed to pay an the entire amount for an additional day. I would understand this if the hotel had been full but it wan not even close. I offered to pay a lesser fee but I was told no.

Jackson, MI doesn't have many options. This is the best choice, clean, friendly, and conveniently located.

Close to shopping and easy to get to, just off the highway. The room was very nicely decorated, loved the decor. It was a smaller hotel than I was expecting overall, but very nice.

this hotel was over priced.. No breakfast. had a handicap person and room was a long ways from elevator plus nothing in room made it a handicap room. She could not move around the room as it was so small and had large pieces of furniture in it. I will never stay at a holiday inn again nor would I recommend it. What I saw on the website and what we got […] were to different things. The hotel was very dirty. Stains all up and down hallway. It was over all a very bad hotel and way overpriced. We loved all the little details at this hotel, like the separate area for the microwave, frig & coffee pot. The bed was so comfortable we had to ask what kind of mattresses they used. Everything was very clean with modern, pleasing decorations & design. We will definitely stay here again if in the area! The room was very clean. Even though we did not need the maids, the would call us to check on us by leaving a message.They even have an Executive housekeeper who checks your stay. Staff was helpful and aside from the youth hockey team playing hockey in the hallway above us on the second night, the stay was pleasant; The front desk person wes helpful and managed to get the people to quiet down so we could sleep. Had reasonably enjoyable stay.

We booked this hotel since it was located fairly close to Spring Arbor University. It is right off the freeway, but we did not hear any noise. It is behind Meijer, which we found convenient. Very clean, front desk helpful and nice. We would definelty recommend this hotel. It was about 10 minutes from downtown Jackson.

Overall, not bad. But the in room coffee pot was moldy. In restaurant, they were very understaffed and served me yogurt that was 3 days expired.

There was no Jazuzzi in the pool area. The room had a desk for business but nothing for food service. Other wise the hotel is great, new with a bar and restaurant and best of all room service. Thanks Irma

Not dress professionally. Took 35 min. to check me in. Checked me out to early. Door would not close all the way. Phone number on your web site was incorrect.

You won't be disappointed. i'm usually giving bad reviews but i can't find a bad thing to say about Holliday Inn Jackson, other than its is Jackson Mi :)
